Gregory R. Brown - Founder, Shareholder

Gregory R. Brown is a shareholder and co-founder of the firm, practicing in the area of civil litigation. He has attained an AV preeminent rating from Martindale- Hubbell which is the highest possible rating. Mr. Brown has over 43 years of experience representing clients in all aspects of civil trial law, including extensive jury trial and appellate work. Many of his cases involve the defense of tort claims against electric utilities. He is a Senior Fellow, Litigation Counsel of America, and was featured for successfully defending an 8.5 million claim brought against an electric utility. Mr. Brown has been selected by the American Society of Legal Advocates in recent years as a Top 100 Litigator Lawyer in the State of Iowa and was recognized as its National Lawyer of the Month. He was previously selected by the BTI Client Service All-Star Team after being nominated by a Fortune 1000 client for outstanding and superior client service. Mr. Brown was a speaker at several seminars when Iowa first adopted Comparative Fault and presented several articles on Iowa's adoption of Comparative Fault. Hearst R. "Randy" Duncan

Randy obtained his J.D. from Drake University in 1963. He co-founded Duncan Green, P.C., in 1993. He practiced law for over forty years, including aviation law, legal malpractice, personal injury, products liability, and trial law in all areas of civil litigation. He was highly regarded by his peers as a legal practitioner, such that he was selected to be a Fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers as well as the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Wes Graham

Wes Graham represents individuals and businesses in commercial, employment, and probate matters. His experience includes representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of disputes, including employment, contract, commercial real estate, securities fraud, and estate and trust litigation. Wes also advises clients on a range of corporate and transactional issues. Prior to joining the firm, Wes practiced for more than seven years with Henson & Efron, P.A. in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and then six years with Graham, Ervanian & Cacciatore, LLP in Des Moines. Wes is currently licensed to practice in Iowa and Wisconsin. Wes has been selected for inclusion in Great Plains Super Lawyers (2013-2024).

William W. Graham

Bill Graham maintains an extensive trial practice, arguing cases before judges and juries in both state and federal courts. Throughout his career, it has been his privilege to advocate for clients involved in a wide spectrum of cases, from complex business and intellectual property disputes to personal injury and professional liability claims, as well as employment, product liability, family law and estate and trust litigation. Bill has been elected to fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers, the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, and Litigation Counsel of America.
