Amy Colleary

Amy Colleary has been in the Government and Commercial Contracting industry for over thirty years. Her greatest strength comes from her years of applicable experience in both the large and small business environments as well as support for new startup companies. Amy was previously the Subcontracts/Contracts Director for the University of Dayton Research Institute (UDRI) and received her Certification in Senior Leadership while there. Amy was also appointed as Senior Director of Contracts and Administration at General Dynamics Information Technologies (GDIT), followed by her position as her most recent position of Vice President of Contracts for APR Energy. Amy is committed to the highest level of professionalism through a proactive, lean forward work ethic through good working relationships with her customers.

Andrew Murphy - CFO

Mr. Murphy has over 16 years of progressive business experience in accounting and finance including nearly 5 of public company experience for a London Stock Exchange-based company. He joined Duos Technologies, Inc. in 2020 where he served on the Commercial team to support new project bids while also building out the Finance function. Prior to joining Duos, from 2011 - 2020 Mr. Murphy held progressive senior Finance roles within APR Energy, an global fast-track power and asset management company formerly listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). In these roles Mr. Murphy oversaw the pricing & risk management efforts for more than $800 million in new business and asset transactions across the globe. Additionally, He was also responsible for managing the FP&A function as well as supporting M&A activity and the investor relations function during APR Energy's time on the LSE. Prior to his time with APR, Mr. Murphy served in corporate accounting roles within a Fortune 500 company as well as a time working in public accounting with a focus on tax and business services. Mr. Murphy graduated from Jacksonville University "cum laude" with a business degree in Accounting and later his Masters degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. Mr. Murphy has over 14 years of experience in the accounting and finance side of the business. Most recently, he was Vice President of Finance for APR Energy and wore a number of responsibilities including Commercial risk management, overseeing the financial planning and analysis group, and external investor relations. During his tenure in the Commercial team, Mr. Murphy was the financial lead for securing nearly $800mn of new contract revenue for APR Energy while supporting contract negotiations and enterprise risk management. Prior to APR Energy, Mr. Murphy came from the waste management industry and public accounting working in tax and business services group. Mr. Murphy has a degree in Accounting along with a MBA from Jacksonville University.

Charles (Chuck) Ferry - CEO

Mr. Ferry was appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2020. Mr. Ferry was further appointed a Director on November 19, 2020 by a vote of the shareholders. Mr. Ferry combines over three years of experience in the energy industry and seven years in the defense contracting industry following 26 years of active duty service in the United States Army. Previously, Mr. Ferry had been involved in two companies in the defense industry holding positions including Director, Business Development and Operations; Vice President of Operations; and General Manager. From 2018 through 2020, Mr. Ferry was the Chief Executive Officer for APR Energy, a global fast-track power company. Prior to this, Mr. Ferry was the President and Chief Operating Officer of APR Energy from 2016 to 2018. From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Ferry was the General Manager for ARMA Global Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of General Dynamics, a defense contracting company that delivered Information Technology engineering, services, and logistics. Mr. Ferry was the Vice President of ARMA Global Corporation from 2010 to 2014 before its being acquired by General Dynamics. From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Ferry was the Director, Business Development and Operations at Lockheed-Martin. His leadership assignments in the U.S. Army include: Director, NORAD - NORTHCOM Current Operations, Infantry Battalion Task Force Commander, Joint Special Operations Task Force Commander, Regimental and Battalion Operations Officer, and Airborne Rifle Company Commander. His military leadership assignments include 48 months of combat in Somalia, Afghanistan and Iraq. Mr. Ferry has an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. The Board believes Mr. Ferry brings significant commercial and operational experience to the Company and has shown demonstrable leadership skills both as a military officer with a distinguished service record and in leading companies to profitable growth. Mr. Ferry has over 35 years of military and private-sector leadership experience. Prior to joining Duos Technologies, He was the CEO for APR Energy from 2018 to 2020 and COO/President from 2016 to 2018 leading a global fast-track power company with P&L responsibility for $325 million in annual revenue, 800 employees and 17 globally dispersed power plants. Mr. Ferry was General Manager/VP at ARMA Global Corporation from 2010 to 2016, which he helped grow from 80 employees and $20 million in annual revenues to 1,200 employees and $200 million in annual revenues. Previously he was a Business Developer and Operations Manager with Lockheed-Martin. He served 26 years on active duty in the U.S. Army leading Infantry, Ranger, and Special Operations Units to include 48 months of combat in Somalia, Afghanistan, and Iraq. In 1993, while second-in-command of a Rifle Company in the battle of Blackhawk Down in Somalia, he earned a Bronze Star Medal for Valor. In 2007, while commanding a Rifle Battalion, he earned a Silver Star Medal for valorous actions in Ramadi, Iraq. Mr. Ferry has an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in Political Science and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.

Chris King - Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. King brings over 20 years of operational and commercial leadership experience within the energy and supply chain sectors. Prior to joining Duos, he served in a series of progressive management roles within APR Energy ("APR"), a global fast track power company. During Mr. King's time at APR, his responsibilities included: leading all power plant operations, which consisted of 16 sites around the world and over 500 employees; managing acquisition integrations of over $300 million in new projects; maintaining full P&L accountability for all operations; and building and heading up a team that closed over $1 billion in new revenue, asset sales, and contract extensions. Prior to his time at APR, Mr. King held several operational leadership roles at CEVA Logistics, including a role as Lean Six Sigma Leader in charge of designing and executing continuous improvement projects for CEVA operations across the world. Mr. King holds a bachelor's degree in International Economics from the University of Florida, and a master's degree in International Business from the University of Florida.

Dan Smythe

As the Director of Software and Artificial Intelligence at Duos Technologies, Dan is responsible to deliver value to customers by detecting anomalies on railcars at track speed using supervised machine learning, enhancing rail safety, efficiency, and railcar inspection. Dan has over 35 years of military and private-sector experience in artificial intelligence, organizational leadership, software engineering and systems development. Prior to joining Duos Technologies, he held various software program management, software quality assurance and functional business analyst roles in the Telecommunications, Petro-Chemical and Clinical Research industries. He served 20 years on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Army including 12 years in various strategic DoD organizations in roles developing and delivering effective software and network engineering solutions. Previously he served 8 years as a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter pilot. Dan earned his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point in Computer Science, and earned his Master's Degree in Software Systems Engineering (with a Graduate Certificate in Information Engineering) from George Mason University.

Derrick Schmenk

Mr. Schmenk has extensive experience in server and network architecture, service management, data integration, programming, IT network security, and enterprise IT administration. He is responsible for managing, designing and implementing IT infrastructure both internally, and at our client sites. Derrick has over 16 years of experience with various firms in logistics, sanitation, consulting, and technology which he built and completed numerous high-performance system architecture projects. He has also developed solutions to service delivery challenges where safety and security requirements hinder most service models and processes. Mr. Schmenk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Management with additional majors in programming and network technology.

Fei Kwong

Ms. Kwong has over 20 years of marketing, graphics, production, logistics, and project management experience. One of the early employees of Duos Technologies, Ms. Kwong served for 14 years, as Production Manager, creating the company's signature marketing design elements, software interfaces, and public messaging. From 2014 to 2020, she served as Global Project Manager for CT Miami/BLU, where she oversaw vendor contract negotiations, inventory, supply chain contracts, and logistics systems for their US and Asian offices. Eventually, Ms. Kwong also acted as the General Manager of the company's offices in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. She returned to Duos in 2020, as Marketing Manager, until her 2021 promotion to Director of Corporate Communications, where she is currently responsible for Duos' Marketing, Media Productions, Investor Relations, and Public Communication. Ms. Kwong attended Jacksonville University and is a graduate of the University of North Florida. She is fluent in three languages and multiple dialects.

Frank Lonegro

Mr. Lonegro will serve as an independent Director of Duos, replacing Ed Harris who served on Duos Board until November 2022. His addition to the Duos Board brings the board composition back to five total directors, four of whom are independent. During his tenure at CSX, Mr. Lonegro was a prominent advocate for rail safety. He led CSX's Positive Train Control ("PTC") initiative from 2008 to 2015 and represented the industry in several Congressional and regulatory hearings. Mr. Lonegro has a proven track record of driving shareholder value, spearheading major initiatives, navigating complex environments and transforming organizations. His depth of experience will contribute significantly to the Duos Board.

James Craig Nixon

Brigadier General Craig Nixon (Ret.) is a combat decorated, special operations soldier. Over a 29 - year Army career, Brigadier General Nixon served in a wide range of assignments including seven tours in special operations units including assignments as the Commander, 75th Ranger Regiment and Director of Operations for Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and US Special Operations Command. He is a combat decorated soldier whose awards include the Distinguished Service Medal, Silver Star, three Bronze Stars, and the Purple Heart. After retiring from the Army in 2011, he was an original Partner at McChrystal Group, helped create a highly successful leadership consulting company and led their engagements with a number of technology focused Fortune 500 companies. In 2013 he became the CEO for ACADEMI and over three years through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions built Constellis Group, a global leader in security and training with over 10,000 employees in 30 countries. During his tenure Constellis tripled in revenue to over $1 billion annually and saw a fivefold increase in EBITDA. He is currently the founder and CEO of Nixon Six Solutions, a consulting firm focusing on growth and market entry strategy, leadership, and mergers & acquisitions. He is on a number of government and technology boards and is also a frequent speaker on geopolitics, leadership, and veterans challenges. Brigadier General Nixon is a graduate of Auburn University and has earned master's degrees from the Command and Staff College and the Air War College. He is a decorated retired General Officer, successful entrepreneur, and passionate supporter of veteran non-profit organizations. He was selected for the Ranger Hall of Fame and Auburn University at Montgomery Top Fifty Alumni in 2017.

Jeff Necciai - CTO

Mr. Necciai brings almost 30 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering value-driven technology solutions across a wide range of industries. In addition to managing the company's product and solutions roadmap, he oversees multiple collaborative technology teams that develop the company's unique and value-focused solutions. Prior joining Duos, Jeff served as the Chief Technology Officer of NASCENT Technology, where he cultivated and led high-performing cross-functional product teams to develop and deliver comprehensive gate automation solutions to rail and maritime terminal customers. Jeff was responsible for the solution design and software architecture for many of the company's innovations, including an advanced OCR and imaging solution, proprietary point-to-point VoIP technology, an automated work queue management system, a line of integrated "smart" outdoor IP-based callboxes, and a comprehensive human-assisted security and surveillance platform. In 2001, Jeff co-founded and served as Lead Systems Architect for Solution Dynamics, which developed remote digital video surveillance products for institutional customers. Jeff is listed on several technology-based patents and has contributed articles for publications such as American Shipper, World Cargo News, and the Journal of Commerce. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

John Pugliese

Mr. Pugliese is responsible for managing, designing, and implementing IT/SW infrastructure both internally, and at our client sites. He has over 33 years of military and private-sector leadership experience. Prior to joining Duos Technologies, He was Previously a 5G Telecommunications Subject Matter Expert, supporting the Department of Defense and a Signal Coach at the United States Army National Training Center in Fort Irwin California. He served 30 years on active duty in the U.S. Army as a Signal Corps Officer. He has served in leadership roles from Platoon to Brigade Commander and deployed to Combat Three times. His Assignments include Special Operations and Airborne Units. He was in the lead assault of ground operations in Afghanistan. In his Role as the Brigade S3 for TF Signal during Operation Iraqi Freedom, he was awarded the Bronze star. His final assignment was as the J6 Director for US Southern Command where he supervised a work force of over 410 Joint Service personnel and executed a budget of over 80 million dollars. Mr. Pugliese has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida in Political Science, a master's degree from Websters University in Management and is a graduate of the U.S. Navy War College (Masters in National Security and Strategic Studies).

John White

Mr. White has over 40 years of military service and private sector experience. He is currently the lead for Duos PMO, Operation Center, and SCM teams, responsible for all aspects of project development and operations. Prior to joining Duos Technologies Mr. White was the Regional Manager for Sun Pro Solar where he was responsible for managing installations, maintenance, budgets, and warehousing for three states, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Prior to that Mr. White was the Senior Project Manager for Global Projects at APR Energy from 2017 to 2020. Mr. White was responsible for the planning and installation of power plants across 4 different Countries/Territories: Australia, Africa, Dominican Republic, St. Thomas USVI. Mr. White was assigned as the Regional Program Manager for Australia in 2017 where he simultaneously installed 2 x Power Plants in Adelaide, Australia; both completed on time and under budget. He served 30 years on active duty in the U.S. Army Leading (Light and Airborne Units). Mr. White has over 13 Combat Deployments across South America, Africa, Afghanistan and Iraq. Mr. White achieved the highest enlisted rank possible during his military career - Command Sergeants Major.

Kenneth Ehrman

Kenneth Ehrman Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Corporate Governance & Nominating committees (also serves as a member of the Compensation Committee) Mr. Ehrman joined the Board on January 31, 2019. He was elected as Chairman of the Board in November 2020. As an innovator in intelligent machine to machine (MtoM wireless technology) and industrial applications of the internet of things (IoT), Mr. Ehrman has coauthored more than 40 patents in wireless communications, mobile data, asset tracking, power management cargo and impact sensing as well as rental car management. Mr. Ehrman is the founder of Halo Collar, which invented a technology used for the tracking of canines to replace GPS-based wireless fences. Halo Collar has recorded more than 20,000-unit sales since its inception in July 2020. He also currently serves as an independent consultant to several high-technology companies in supply chain/logistics and transportation. Mr. Ehrman advises technology companies focused on solutions for these industries. Prior to joining our Board, Mr. Ehrman served as Chief Executive Officer of I.D. Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ IDSY)("IDS"), a company he founded in 1993 as a Stanford University engineering student. During his tenure at IDS. Systems, he pioneered the commercial use of radio frequency identification technology for industrial asset management and took the company public on the Nasdaq in 1999. Under his leadership, IDS was named one of North America's fastest growing technology companies by Deloitte in 2005, 2006, and 2012. Mr. Ehrman received multiple awards during his time at IDS, including Deloitte Entrepreneur of the Year and Ground Support Worldwide Engineer/Innovator Leader. Leah Brown

For the last 18 years, she has worked in the transportation sector for several companies including a Fortune 500 company in various management capacities. As a proven leader, Leah has a wealth of experience working in various positions in the areas of accounting, finance, budget, program oversight, strategic planning, and management. She is noted for leading teams to evaluate business processes, identifying opportunities and facilitating end-to-end process design. As the Controller at Duos Technologies, Inc. she is responsible for leading a team in the management and execution of all aspects of accounting including cash reports, cashflow analysis, sales tax compliance and reporting, project accounting and financial statement reporting.

Louis Muldrow

Mr. Muldrow is responsible for supporting the organization's commercial and go-to-market strategies for its new subscription offerings. Louis brings over thirty years of rail industry experience across sales and marketing management, business development, and finance roles at a Class I railroad and a global banking institution. Most recently, he was Vice President-Leasing at SMBC Rail Services where he improved car utilization and margins across the southeastern US. Prior to that, Mr. Muldrow spent 23 years with CSX Transportation in senior commercial roles, including leading teams in the Coal and Minerals business units. Louis holds a BBA and MBA from the University of Kentucky.

Mike Adams

Mr. Adams has over 26 years of military and 18 years of Human Resources leadership experience. Prior to joining Duos, Mr. Adams served 26 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy in the Submarine Force, 18 years of which was as a Chief Petty Officer. He served two tours as a Divisional Chief, where he led a division of up to 15 junior Sailors through the maintenance and upkeep of all Submarine Auxiliary Mechanical Systems, as well as being responsible for their qualifications, training, and professional development. He served two tours as the Material Maintenance Management Coordinator, where he led ship's crews of up to 170 personnel in the scheduling, deconflicting, and completion of all preventative and corrective maintenance onboard, as well as the coordination with all contractors in the installation and use of all temporary systems required to complete all tasking. He also served two tours as the Chief of the Boat, where he supervised, managed, and mentored 4 Departmental Managers, 20 Divisional Managers, and 165 personnel in the overall accomplishment of all assigned tasks. Mr. Adams has a degree in Technology Education from Valdosta State University and is currently working on finishing his MBA and HR certification.

Ned Buschelman

Mr. Buschelman is responsible for leading our engineering team and the development and success of current and future intelligent technology rail solutions. He recently led the development and installation of expanded RIP subsystems to include 2x23 additional cameras across two existing RIP sites in Canada allowing for a significant increase in the imaging of critical railcar components. Prior to joining Duos, he was the Sr. Manager of the Technology and Performance Group at APR Energy where he led a team to develop and perform reliability-based maintenance procedures by leveraging predictive analytics for enhanced asset management while also acting as the Lead Engineer for engineering and re-design processes of operational aeroderivative gas turbine power plants in North America. Mr. Buschelman held roles as Asset Manager for locomotive and car reliability specializing in rail operations and reliability at CSXT Transportation, as well as Mechanical Engineer 3 for Newport News Shipbuilding. Mr. Buschelman holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of South Florida.

Ned Mavrommatis

Mr. Mavrommatis joined the Board on August 13, 2018. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Halo Collar since May 2022. The Halo Collar is the newest smart safety system for dogs. Co-founded by Cesar Millan, this patented system utilizes proprietary technology and dog psychology to provide a wireless smart fence, smart training, GPS tracker and activity tracker combined into one easy-to-use smart collar. Prior to Halo Collar Mr. Mavrommatis served as the Chief Financial Officer of PowerFleet, Inc. (NASDAQ: PWFL) from October 2019 to May 2022 and of IDS from August 1999 to October 2019. PowerFleet is a global leader and provider of subscription based wireless IoT and M2M solutions for securing, controlling, tracking and managing high value enterprise assets such as industrial trucks, tractor trailers, containers, cargo and vehicles and truck fleets. Mr. Mavrommatis started his career in public accounting. Mr. Mavrommatis received a Master of Business Administration in finance from New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College, The City University of New York. Mr. Mavrommatis is also a Certified Public Accountant. The Board believes that Mr. Mavrommatis' management experience, accounting expertise and long history and familiarity with industries the Company currently operates in, makes him ideally qualified to help lead the Company towards continued growth.

Scott Salberg


Selena Blanco

Ms. Blanco is a seasoned supply chain professional with 15+ years of experience in operations, distribution, procurement, demand planning, logistics, team development, and process leadership in a global environment. Selena is responsible for leading the transformational activities to build procurement, warehousing, and logistics capabilities for Duos. Prior joining Duos, she was the Global Warehouse Director who monitored Foreign Trade Zone operations and managing warehouse inventory control, balance, and admission data. Ms. Blanco holds Bachelor of Science in Management from University of Phoenix.

Tom Hughes

Mr. Hughes is responsible for supporting the organization's commercial and go-to-market strategies for its new subscription offerings. Tom brings over thirty years of experience in sales management for high-growth software and hardware companies. Most recently, he was an Account Executive for Global & Strategic Accounts at Celonis where he developed go-to-market materials for process, task mining and process optimization. Prior to that, Mr. Hughes was Director, Digital Enterprise Solutions at Wabtec where he served as digital sales lead for several Class 1 railroads. Tom previously held various senior sales roles at IBM and BMC Software.
