Beth Winkler

Beth Winkler is the Office Manager at Dynamic Safety L.L.C. After joining in 2016, her talent quickly proved she is a valuable asset to our team. Beth will typically be the first person you will speak to at Dynamic Safety. She assists in daily office operations as well as assisting our clients with their needs. She is currently working to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University.

Eric Paul

Eric came to Dynamic Safety L.L.C. after a 27 year law enforcement career in Wheaton, Illinois. Eric spent the last 15 years as a State Certified Crash Reconstruction Specialist investigating serious injury and fatal traffic collisions. He spent 11 years in the Traffic Enforcement Unit where his primary responsibility was investigating serious injury and fatal traffic collisions. Eric was certified by ACTAR in 2003. Up until his retirement, Eric was a member of the DuPage County regional team where he was a Team Leader. He has experience in teaching law enforcement the science of vehicle collision investigation and reconstruction. Eric is a past President and Vice President of the Illinois Association of Technical Accident Investigators (IATAI). He has extensive on-scene experience in the identification, documentation, and interpretation of physical evidence related to traffic crashes. Eric has authored articles in the area of crash investigation and traffic enforcement. Education: Numerous traffic crash reconstruction classes from Northwestern University, IPTM, and other training institutions

Jeffery D. Brandt

Jeffrey Brandt joined Dynamic Safety L.L.C. in 2008 as a Technician with extensive experience in mapping (surveying). Jeff assists with vehicle and site inspections, and organizes and prepares the data collected for reconstruction analysis. He also uses collected and obtained data to draw initial diagrams to be used by the principals for their analysis. When a principal is not needed, Jeff attends in-house inspections. He does basic videography and video editing, and has built various full-scale vehicle models for our clients. Jeff's responsibilities also include maintenance of the facility and all of the field equipment.

Jim Byrne

Jim came to Dynamic Safety L.L.C. after a 24-year law enforcement career in Nevada. Jim has spent the last 18 years as a Fatal Collision Investigator for the North Las Vegas Police Department. Jim was responsible for the investigation of serious, critical and fatal traffic collisions. During his time with MCI (Major Crash Investigation) Team, he was in charge of training the other investigators and the equipment for the unit. Jim was the D.O.T Commercial Inspector for the department where he performed Level I inspections on Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) trucks and trailers, including passenger buses and Hazmat vehicles. Jim also handled all the Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) crash investigations for the department. Jim has been recognized as an expert in the field of Accident Reconstruction in Nevada courts. He has experience in teaching many facets of collision investigation and reconstruction to other law enforcement investigators. Jim keeps up with the latest technologies including the imaging of passenger vehicle and heavy truck EDRs (Event Data Recorders). He has over 3000 hours of collision reconstruction training. Education: Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from University of Nevada - Las Vegas

John DiTallo

Kevin G. Vosburgh

Mr. Vosburgh came to Dynamic Safety after 12 years of consulting in numerous fields of mechanical engineering. He has extensive training in the areas of vehicular component and systems testing; vehicle dynamics and accident reconstruction related to automobiles, commercial vehicles, off-highway construction equipment, vehicle fires, fires related to mechanical equipment, and computer-based collision simulations (HVE-3D). Mr. Vosburgh also investigates consumer products, appliances, powered door systems, forklifts, aerial lifts, and industrial equipment and heavy machinery. His experience at Navistar-International Truck and Engine Company with product development and reliability along with his graduate and undergraduate studies in vehicle safety, suspension and drivetrain systems is used for consulting in design, testing and development of drivetrain and suspension components. Richard G. Cannon

Experience A partner at Dynamic Safety L.L.C. since 2003, Mr. Cannon is a licensed professional civil engineer who consults on transportation and traffic engineering and planning. His expertise includes issues such as geometric design to highways, parking policy, traffic and pedestrian safety, traffic collision patterns, traffic control devices, development traffic planning, roadway maintenance and construction documents. As an adjunct faculty instructor at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, he teaches courses in the areas of traffic engineering and design of transportation facilities. He also had taught as an adjunct professor at the Northwestern University Center for Public Safety (formerly the Northwestern University Traffic Institute). Thomas E. Green

Experience Tom founded Dynamic Safety in 1997. With a degree in mechanical engineering and extensive hands-on experience in automotive systems analysis, diagnosis and repair, he has more than 30 years of experience investigating and reconstructing collisions. During that time, he has disassembled, inspected, tested and analyzed virtually every vehicle system in hundreds of crash vehicles ranging from passenger cars to heavy vehicles to ATVs. He was also an adjunct faculty instructor at the Northwestern University Center for Public Safety, holds a patent for a Safety Vehicular Fuel System and has spoken at numerous conferences. Plus, Tom has written an SAE technical paper and co-authored two chapters in the Northwestern University Center for Public Safety textbook "Traffic Crash Reconstruction."
