Andrew Robinson

With over 25 years experience across the full spectrum of construction and project management, Andrew Robinson has an impressive history in the construction industry. Before joining Eastview Australia, Andrew served as Senior Project Manager of the construction of the Olympic Precinct at Blacktown and Project Director of the completion of the Westpac and Amex refurbishments across Australia. He has worked for an impressive range of blue chip companies including Girvan NSW, Kosciusko Thredbo, Incoll Management and Amalgamated Constructions. Andrew joined Eastview Australia in 2001, and has presided over many high profile developments.

Dan Kasatchenko

Dan is a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly motivated Project Engineer with extensive knowledge and experience in project management, contract administration and construction. Dan has been responsible for managing site activities and contract management on several major commercial, residential and civil projects. Dan commenced his career as a Project Manager after completing his Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Finance, at the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. In his time with Eastview, Dan has successfully managed various aspects of construction on key commercial and residential high-rise projects on the Gold Coast. Dan has been involved in all aspects of the planning and construction of these projects acting in a wide-ranging capacity. Dan has also gained valuable large project experience in the commercial and civil infrastructure construction sectors working for tier one consultant AECOM. During his last role as an accredited Site Engineer for DTMR on Cooroy to Curra - Section D, he was responsible for managing a $200m earthworks package and successfully defended the Principal against multiple claims raised by the contractor. Dan has earned a wealth of experience in the projects that he has completed to date. He has obtained the necessary skills to deliver high profile projects on time, budget and with a high standard of quality assured. Dan is currently working on the early stages of the $500m Paradiso Place project in Surfers Paradise and also the Allure project on Chevron Island where he was involved in managing the complex "D" wall.

Graham Goldman - Managing Director

With 30 years industry experience, Graham is one of the most dedicated and hands-on leaders in the building industry. Graham began his career in Canada. He returned to Sydney as a Project Manager for Condux, later joining the Baulderstone Group and Baulderstone Hornibrook, where he was the State Director. Graham established the Queensland branch of Eastview Australia in 2003 and under his guidance Eastview Australia has now completed over $1 billion in projects. Graham in his capacity at Baulderstone and then later onwards Eastview in QLD has managed or constructed some of the major projects in South East QLD including projects such as the Wave Building, Oceania on Broadbeach, Carmel by the Sea, Verve, Vogue and Sierra Grand in Broadbeach along with projects in Burleigh Element and Ivory. Graham managed numerous significant projects in Sydney including Birkenhead Quays, 2 Bond Street Apartment Hotel, and the major refurbishment of the Regent Hotel (now known as the Four Seasons) for the 2000 Sydney Olympics.

Jim Simons - Managing Director

Jim founded Eastview Australia in 1996 as a specialist Project Management Company, and under his leadership it has become an industry leader, developing landmark projects throughout Australia and overseas. Before founding Eastview Australia, Jim worked for Girvan Constructions as a Site Engineer on the $120 million Citadel Tower project in Chatswood and as a Site Manager for B+B Constructions.

LAUREN ATKINS

Lauren commenced with Eastview in 2014, whilst completing her Bachelor Degree in Urban Development, Majoring in Quantity Surveying, at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. In her time with Eastview, Lauren has gained a wealth of experience covering all aspects of project development from feasibility through to construction. Lauren has valuable cost planning and control skills, also project reporting and administration proficiency that enable Eastview to provide a high quality and informed service to our clients.

Max Simons

Job Titles:

Max followed in his fathers footsteps and started working for Eastview as a full time employee in 2017. Initially placed onsite, Max was able to obtain vital experience in construction management. Max has a Diploma of Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from UTS. During his time at Eastview, Max has worked on residential, commercial and industrial projects covering all aspects from design, tendering and construction.

Nathan Coleman

Nathan has extensive experience in the building industry, both on site and in Project Management. His ability to see the big picture as well as the detail of the job ensures Nathan is highly regarded and respected within the industry. Nathan has been in the building industry for over 24 years. Initially starting out at Engineering Firm Robert Bird Group in 1998 before moving to Baulderstone Hornibrook in 2003 and working for the CIMIC group of Builders for 13 years. Nathan has experience in High Rise Residential, Hotel, Commercial towers, Shopping Centres, University Buildings and overseas experience in Wynn Palace Casino in Macau.

Nick Ensor

Nick has over 15 years' experience in the construction industry. He commenced his career in the building industry as Quantity Surveyor in 2007 prior to working at Condev Construction in 2012. Nick gained over 9 years' experience across southeast Queensland, Sydney and Victoria working for Condev Construction. Nick has worked on a wide range of projects requiring detailed expertise and a unique skillset to coordinate and work with key stake holders to ensure prompt outcomes for his clients. Nick has a strong cost background and ability to ensure efficiencies in design through to the delivery of the project and during the construction phase. Through Nicks past experience as a head contractor he has gained the ability to foresee problems and create solutions in live environments prior to them becoming an issue to the critical path of a project, enabling a successful outcome for all parties.

Paul Mangelakis

Paul is a driven and enthusiastic Project Engineer who is well versed in organising and working in team environments. He excels in communication skills and has a strong sense of client focus, ensuring each project is delivered on budget and in a timely manner. Paul commenced his professional career at GHD Australia, working in the Brisbane Mining team, after completing his dual degree in Engineering (Civil) and Commerce (Accounting) at the University of Queensland. Paul has gained valuable cost, schedule, project reporting and administration skills during his career. Acting as the main interface between key stakeholders, contractors, and different project teams. These skills will enable Eastview to provide a high quality and informed service to our clients.
