TIPS FOR IMPROVING YOUR RUNNING TECHNIQUE

Ten years ago I started running as a way to improve my fitness and lose some weight. I discovered I loved running and have now completed five marathons. I started this blog to help new runners avoid common injuries that occur with a poor running technique. Getting your technique right can reduce post-run muscle pain and recovery time and improve your speed. I also publish guest posts from other runners who share tips on a range of related topics, such as improving your stamina, selecting running shoes that provide adequate support and nutrition tips for runners.
