Arthur joined Dutra Enterprises, Inc. as an Accounting/Administrative Assistant in 2022. Before joining DEI, Arthur worked as a social media intern for Bay Area Wedding Fairs and helped advertise their business to over 3,200 followers. Arthur was born and raised in the Bay Area. Wanting to broaden his horizons and exposure to different environments, Arthur attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, where he gained experience in both marketing and accounting, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. Shortly after graduation, he attended UC Berkeley Extension and earned a certificate in Digital Marketing.

Dominic D. Dutra - CEO, President

Dominic D. Dutra has dedicated his life to helping others. He has proudly served his community as a two-term member of the Fremont City Council, his church in various volunteer roles, and his alma mater (Santa Clara University) as an adjunct faculty member. As an educator, Dominic works to equip and cultivate excellent, virtuous business leaders, preparing them for the challenge of business in the 21st century. As the former President and CEO of Dutra Realty, Dominic seeks to leverage his business and real estate expertise to make our world better. Dominic founded 3D Strategies with this in mind - people matter more than profits. 3D Strategies reflects Dominic's life-long Christian values and his passion to serve organizations that make a real difference at the community level. 3D Strategies is committed to translating Dominic's real estate expertise into community flourishing by optimizing the underutilized and surplus property of non-profits and public organizations. Dominic thrives in helping such organizations become more fiscally sustainable, even as they become more effective in meeting their long-term goals and accomplishing their respective missions. Dominic has a BS and an MBA from Santa Clara University. He and his wife, Lisa, have been married for 34 years and have raised two children - Gabriel and Tricia.

James Wilson

James Wilson is a specialist in land acquisition, assemblage and in the processing of Vesting Tentative and Final Maps. His duties include participation in the expansion of the DEI‘s asset base, in-house and private sector investment formations, broker and consulting services and, among others, increasing the value of unentitled residential, retail, office and R&D lands by obtaining entitlements and thereafter reselling the vested lands, at a fair profit, to national and regional corporate developers, investors and build-to-suit mixed- and single purpose users. James' past work experience included a leadership role as a Senior Buyer/Planner in the medical device, computer hardware, and Ethernet network industries. He managed suppliers domestically and internationally with responsibility for general business operations, new product development, the maintenance and betterment of supplier relations, price settings and negotiations, marketing and overall short and long term planning. James participated in global supplier quality audits and, as a member of the Lean Operation Concept Team, implemented processes and procedures that streamlined communication and improved efficiency. His well-rounded background has proved to be well suited to the success and continued expansion of DEI. James earned a B.S. in Business (Marketing) from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College. He is currently a volunteer for OneChild, an organization that promotes self-esteem in underprivileged children, a former member of the Masonic Lodge, and church treasurer for Grace United Methodist Church.

Pei Liao - CFO

Pei Liao oversees the company's financial operations and is responsible for its general accounting, financial management, tax planning, budgeting, investment analysis, and income and expense oversight and forecasts. In 1993, she joined Dutra Realty Enterprises, Inc. and was given the daunting task of handling the finances of a rapidly growing company. From 1994 to 1999, she worked closely with both the CEO and the President to plan and implement strategies that enabled the company to begin their expansion throughout the East Bay. Pei was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 1995. Pei graduated from California State University in Hayward with a Master's Degree in Business Administration in Accounting. Prior to coming to the United States, she worked as an assistant to a Director of the largest utility company in Taiwan with over 25,000 employees.

Vincent Liu

Vincent Liu joined Dutra Enterprises Inc. as an Accounting/Administrative Assistant in 2021. He also assists with transaction coordination for Dutra Land and Consulting Services Inc. Vincent graduated from University of California Santa Cruz with a B.A. in Business Management Economics with a minor in Technology and Information Management.
