Mr. Kavanaugh has over 27 years of engineering/hydro geological consulting, environmental site assessment and site remediation experience. In addition to his fiscal and marketing duties as a Principal at Environmental & Construction Management Services, Inc. (ECMS), he oversees the environmental staff, coordinates business and professional development of staff, provides technical QA/QC, and offers specialized corporate technical support in accordance with state and federal regulatory agencies.
Mr. Weydt has over 23 years of asbestos and lead-based paint management experience. In addition to his fiscal and marketing duties as a Principal at Environmental & Construction Management Services, Inc. (ECMS), he oversees the technical staff, coordinates business and professional development of the Corporation, provides technical QA/QC, and offers specialized technical support in accordance with state and federal regulatory agencies.
