Alessandro Modigliana

Alessandro Modigliana is Head of Systems Architecture at E-Space. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that E-Space constellations meet customer requirements while also driving the technology roadmap for the Communication Payload for the current and next generation space systems. Alessandro has over 20 years of international experience in concept definition, design, development, integration and deployment of satellite telecommunications networks, for both prime system infrastructure (Airbus D&S) and service providers (Inmarsat). He also has extensive experience in technology and product innovation (Satellite Applications Catapult).

Amy Mehlman

Amy Mehlman is the Vice President of Global Affairs and Stakeholder Relations at E-Space, where she leads partnership development, policy and all business and sales efforts with international and domestic governments, defense organizations, partners and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). She brings to E-Space a deep understanding of government and defense industry dynamics, satellite technology applications and the ability to navigate international regulations to ensure E-Space's success on a worldwide scale. In addition to heading up the Company's global defense business, her leadership extends to overseeing E-Space's efforts to secure international market access and shape global policies focused on spectrum innovation and space sustainability. She recently spearheaded the Company's latest delegation and activities at the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-23). Amy joins E-Space with a robust background in government affairs. She served as the Vice President of U.S. Government Affairs and Policy at Viasat, where her responsibilities included overseeing domestic and international policy initiatives related to satellite licensing, space safety and spectrum equality. Prior to Viasat, Amy held the position of President at Mehlman Capitol Strategies, a successful boutique telecommunications public policy firm. Additionally, she contributed her expertise at the Washington, D.C. law firm Wiley, Rein & Fielding, where she played a key role in assisting leading wireless, satellite, telecom equipment and broadcast companies in shaping and implementing the provisions of the historic United States' Telecommunications Act of 1996.

Chris Phillips

Chris Phillips is Vice President, PR and Corporate Communications at E-Space. In this role, she is responsible for the development and execution of the Company's global communications strategies across external and internal stakeholders. She also serves as a Company spokesperson. Chris joined E-Space after several successful years leading external and executive communications for satellite operator, Viasat. She brings to E-Space more than 20 years of experience driving corporate communications, media relations and crisis communications programs for large- and mid-cap public companies, high-growth start-ups and international industry associations. She has been featured in a number of media outlets including Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, SpaceNews and The San Diego Union Tribune, to name a few.

Greg Wyler - CEO, Founder

Greg Wyler is Founder, CEO and Chief Architect at E-Space. In this role, Greg has re-imagined low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite system design, manufacturing, economics and service delivery to overcome the limitations associated with legacy LEO systems. Greg also serves as Chairman of the E-Space Board of Directors. Greg is a recognized technology entrepreneur, engineer and visionary, with a proven track record of creating and growing innovative space companies. In 2007, he founded O3b Networks, followed by starting OneWeb in 2012. Both have proven successful, leveraging satellite technology to fuel global connectivity missions. Greg holds more than 35 patents related to the design, implementation and use of satellite communications technology.

Ryan Gardner - Chief Legal Officer

Ryan Gardner is General Counsel at E-Space. He oversees the Company's legal, ethics, privacy and compliance efforts, and ensures E-Space is transparent and legally-compliant with its international policies and procedures. Ryan also serves as E-Space's Corporate Secretary, reporting activities to the E-Space Board of Directors. Before joining E-Space, Ryan served as a strategic counselor to OneWeb during the company's most transformational years. Prior, he worked in private practice, acting as outside general counsel to several small- and mid-size organizations, providing legal support in the areas of venture financing, corporate governance, employment practices and commercial disputes. He began his legal career with Hogan & Hartson LLP (now Hogan Lovells) in Washington, D.C.

William Ricard

William Ricard is Managing Director, France at E-Space. In this role, he is responsible for driving the Company's business strategy and operations in France, inclusive of efforts around corporate development and industrialization. Prior to this role, William served as the Company's Director of Commercial Strategy & Product Development. Before joining E-Space, William served in strategic advisory roles at Booz & Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In each role, he focused on strategic space activities with a specialized focus on downstream satellite services. He has worked extensively on the formation of commercial strategies for space players, commercial due diligence and the development and introduction of new, innovative intelligence products leveraging satellite assets for non-traditional end-users.
