Amanda is a member of our property law team and provides support to our lawyers with a particular focus on the areas of commercial and retail leasing.
Amanda has a sound understanding of the practical requirements of a leasing matter, both acting for a lessor or lessee. She assists our lawyers in ensuring effective communication with our clients, leasing agents, other legal firms and authorities, and will manage the practical requirements to finalise a lease matter as appropriate.
Her efficient and personable manner ensures that she is well respected by each of those parties involved in a leasing transaction.
Amanda's focus will always be to ensure that our clients' obligations for their leasing matters are met and that their interests are protected.
Amy is one of our property, leasing, commercial, and estate planning lawyers. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Glasgow in Scotland, she has since completed the required studies to become a practicing lawyer in New South Wales.

Amy has a comprehensive understanding of property law and experience in a range of property transactions including:
residential sales and purchases;
commercial sales and purchases;
commercial leasing;
retail leasing;
independent legal advice.
Her practical yet empathetic approach in dealing with her clients ensures that their legal matters are always addressed smoothly and effectively.
Amy's studies and work experiences have also given her a strong understanding in other areas of law offered at E&A Lawyers, including estate planning and deceased estates.
Bridget works exclusively in the area of family law. She has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, including;
Chris works with clients in the development of a comprehensive estate plan to effectively manage their affairs and protect their wealth, both during their lifetime and following their death. In doing so, Chris ensures that clients' estate plans are customised to suit their individual needs and circumstances.
Jane works exclusively in the area of family law.
Jane is one of our team of family lawyers, working to deliver quality service in matters relating to:
divorce & separation;
property settlement;
children and parenting;
family law litigation; and
family dispute resolution/mediation.
Jane is dedicated, diligent and highly organised. She maintains a client-centred approach to dealing with our clients and communicates in a sensitive manner, maintaining the utmost respect for client confidentiality.
Prior to joining E&A Lawyers, Jane had a successful career as a Client Relationship Manager, providing IT Services to law firms and barristers. Her experience provided her with extensive knowledge of the legal industry and enhanced her ability to resolve complex issues using her communication skills and attention to detail.
Jenna is the personal assistant to our property and estate planning lawyers here at E&A Lawyers. With her experience across multiple areas of law, she plays a crucial role in supporting our team in the effective management of their matters.
Jenna is often an important point of contact for our clients as she supports our lawyers. Her warm manner and friendly approach to clients assists our team in providing advice and in navigating the requirements for their matters.
Lauren's primary areas of practice are:

Lauren is one of our lawyers working in the areas of Wills, trusts and estates and property law.
Leanne is our Senior Paralegal in the area of Probate and Deceased Estates. She is well experienced in dealing with the practical requirements and complexities of estate matters.
Leanne will often be an important point of contact and support for clients who have lost a loved one. She recognises the need for additional care for clients during what can be a traumatic and distressing time in their lives, and will work with our clients to ensure that their matters are dealt with in an efficient, yet empathetic manner.
Leanne also has extensive experience as the former Practice Manager of E&A Lawyers. With a degree in psychology and education and a background in management and human resources, she has been involved in the development, implementation and regular review of systems and procedures at E&A Lawyers to ensure that the firm has always provided efficient and effective service.
Leanne is a Justice of the Peace.
Lynne is a highly competent and effective paralegal with extensive legal experience in property law. Her focus is in managing the requirements for the conveyancing transactions after an exchange of contracts to bring each matter to settlement
Lynne originally joined E&A Lawyers in 2000. After leaving in 2016 for a brief time to gain experience at another firm, Lynne re-joined our team again in 2018.
Lynne coordinates the successful settlement of sales and purchases of property for our clients, including many on the electronic conveyancing platform, PEXA. E&A has been a leader in the implementation of PEXA on the Northern Beaches.
Lynne's calm, efficient manner enables her to bring to completion even the most difficult transaction with the minimum of fuss. These attributes are well respected and appreciated by our many satisfied clients.
Martin's primary areas of practice are:

Martin has significant experience and an extensive understanding of many areas of law. His main focus and interest lie in the areas of commercial and business law and estate planning.
In addition to operating his own successful legal practice for many years, Martin is a Director on the Board of a number of companies.
Martin has developed considerable knowledge and experience in the establishment and use of discretionary testamentary trusts and is well regarded in this field. He has substantial experience in ensuring that superannuation benefits and other business structures are managed as part of the overall estate plan.
In his role as Practice Manager, Ryan is responsible for the management, administration and accounting functions of our firm.
He has an extensive understanding of our office software and technology and works to drive the review, development and implementation of new systems in our firm. The implementation of those systems ensures that our legal services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Ryan also supports our lawyers as a paralegal in matters relating to family law. He will often be a point of contact and assists our clients and family lawyers in all aspects of these matters.
Ryan is a Justice of the Peace.
