EDM - Key Persons
Ms. Fox is responsible for managing all aspects of software deployments, client service, training, and eh&s consulting. Her unique mix of software knowledge and eh&s expertise makes her a valuable asset to EDM and our clients. She brings over 12 years of technical environmental and safety experience, including time with: ArmorWorks LLC, as Environmental Health and Safety Director; Triumph Thermal Processing, as Analytical Chemist and Safety Representative; Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., as Analytical Chemist; and B&P Laboratories, Inc., as Lab Technician. She graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Washington, and has completed her M.S. degree in Technology, Environmental Management. Alison is the proud mother of two energetic children, and currently resides in Chandler, Arizona.

Mr. Holmes is responsible for all sales, marketing, customer support and business development activities for EDM. Mr. Holmes is actively involved in product demonstrations with sales staff, on site customer support, internet marketing, lead generation as well as the execution of alliance and partnering agreements. He joined EDM in February of 2005, with more than 17 years of experience developing business in the environmental services and engineering field relating to: hazardous waste TSDFs, site assessment, remedial design and installation, consulting, compliance, and site services. Mr. Holmes is a native Arizonan and graduated in 1987 with a B.A. in Business Management from Northern Arizona University, and followed up with post-graduate studies in Environmental Science and Engineering. Joe and his wife Janet have two active children, and maintain their residence in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Mr. Gramer is responsible for the overall management and direction of EDM. From strategic planning and business analysis to product development, marketing and sales he is a hands-on, engaged manager committed to excellence. Mr. Gramer brings more than 26 years of experience in business organization, management, and financial operations to EDM. Over the past 12 years, he has been helping start-up entrepreneurs get their operations organized, and has been involved with EDM as a financial consultant from the beginning. Mr. Gramer agreed to become a Managing Member of the LLC early on and in the 2nd quarter of 2006 acquired the controlling interest in EDM. His career path has led him through numerous industries, including: internet based Software Applications and Search Engine Development; He has a B.S. in Business Administration from St. John s University in Minnesota and obtained his CPA certificate, and followed up with post-graduate studies at William Mitchell College of Law. Dick and his wife Robbianne have four dynamic children keeping them very busy in and out of their home in Scottsdale, Arizona.
