Faten Carpinelli is our number one Frontliner; she answers the calls and processes most or all of the work. She does a great job at getting good quotes for our clients and finding the best deal.
Faten joined Eastern Equity Insurance Brokers in 2014 and since her arrival she has been a lovely, smiley person in the office.
She is married to Vince and they have a daughter Mia. When not at work, Faten is a connoisseur of all the best restaurants and cafes in Adelaide. She likes walking, beaches, warm weather and travelling, especially back to her family in Lebanon.

Melinda joined Eastern Equity in 1996. Previous to this, she worked for a major Australian insurer and for other insurance brokers for 13 years.
Her wealth of knowledge of the industry is invaluable and Melinda has retained clients due to her great service and by looking after and understanding their insurance needs.
Melinda has a great easy going personality, likes a good laugh and enjoys her role as a Senior Account Executive, through which she has developed good friendships and the respect of her clients.
She has a love of travelling, and has sailed half way around Australia (via Tasmania). Now she enjoys time relaxing, having a few quite wines and spending time with her partner and their groodle, Otis.
Sue Camero joined Eastern Equity Insurance Broker in September 2006 and has more than 12 years' experience in the insurance industry. Sue is a mother of two and a lover of family, sports, travel and animals.
She has extensive knowledge of the Insurance Broking Industry and is very successful at working towards the best outcome for our clients.
As our Claims Manager, Sue is well regarded by our clients for her personal approach and providing exceptional customer service.
Sue has done a great deal of travelling and ended up in working in London for several years.
