Ainslie R. Rhoads

Ainslie R. Rhoads joined Eastburn and Gray in 2022. Previously, she was a summer law clerk with the firm and is currently working in the areas of business law, education law, employment law, tax assessment appeals, and general civil litigation. While attending law school, Ainslie worked as an in-house legal intern for a Philadelphia-based finance company. She was also selected to participate in the Drexel Entrepreneurial Law Clinic where she provided legal assistance to early stage startups in the Philadelphia area. Prior to attending law school, Ainslie worked as a Community Relations intern for the Philadelphia Flyers, a Marketing Assistant in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Pennsylvania and as a Marketing Manager and Director of Recruiting at an educational nonprofit in Wilmington, Delaware. Ainslie is a member of the Bucks County, Chester County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. She is a member of the Business Law and Civil Litigation sections of the Bucks County Bar Association and the Young Lawyer's Division and Women's Law Division of the Bucks County Bar Association.

D. Rodman Eastburn

David Rodman Eastburn, known as "Rod", is a highly-regarded Bucks County estate and tax attorney, chairs the firm's estate, estate planning and tax departments, and is an active participant in its business practice. Rod is a great grandson of Eastburn and Gray's founder.

David L. Marshall

David Marshall has extensive experience in bankruptcy, commercial litigation and insurance coverage. He initially represented businesses and homeowners who had suffered casualty losses. That work has expanded to include claims for disability insurance coverage and coverage under the National Flood Insurance Policies. David also handles personal and corporate bankruptcies and loan workouts. His practice includes representation of debtors and creditors in bankruptcy court litigation involving preferences and adversary actions. His experience includes:

Derek J. Reid

Derek Reid began his practice at Eastburn & Gray as a clerk during the summer of 1971. His practice has been centered in business, primarily in transactional, finance and real estate aspects, but also including personal and personnel matter representation. Long standing, local clients are suburban school districts, manufacturing and service corporations, and financial institutions. Derek serves on the management committee of the firm. Grace M. Deon

Job Titles:

Grace M. Deon is the President and CEO of Eastburn and Gray. She is also a Shareholder and a member of the firm's Management Committee. Grace is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association ("PBA") and the Bucks County Bar Association ('BCBA'). Grace, by appointment, chaired the PBA's Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee from 2011-2015. In that capacity, she oversaw one of the preeminent statewide conferences in the area of special education. She was honored in May of 2015 with a PBA Special Achievement Award for her efforts supervising this Committee. In 2018, she was again appointed a member of the committee. Grace has served multiple terms as a member of the Board of Directors for the following non-profit organizations: the Bucks County Historical Society ("BCHS"), VITA Educational Services/Bucks County Literacy Center and the Community Conservatory of Music. Grace and her husband co-chaired and served on the committee for the BCHS' Savory Sampler, a black tie affair benefiting the museum's educational programs since 1994 and they also chaired the "Crusader Ball" for the benefit of the Bucks County Unit of the American Cancer Society on multiple occasions. For three years, they co-chaired the Mercer Museum's premier fundraising event, 'Cocktails at the Castle.'
