The Ernakulam Co-operative House Constuction Society Ltd No.E 169,Girinagar, Kadavanthra, Kochi - 20, one of the premier housing society in the state was formed and started in the year 1965 with the main objects to buy or acquire land, develop and sell land, Constructs Houses and buildings and amenities for the common benfits of its members. The area of activity spans the whole of Kanayannoor Taluk and Cochin Taluk, Aluva Taluk, Paravur Taluk and Kunnathunadu Taluk .
