Dan Pepper - CMO

A veteran marketing strategist and sales executive with a track record of substantially increasing sales revenue and company value, Mr. Pepper brings more than 25 years of enterprise software sales management and marketing experience to his role at Eeminder. During his distinguished career, Mr. Pepper has worked for industry leaders including Oracle, where he was twice top U.S. sales representative, Dun & Bradstreet and General Electric as well as successful startups including Versant, PureEdge, BenefitAmerica, AppStream and Responsys.

Denise Peterson - CFO

Denise has a 20 year career in corprorate finance with a special emphasis on early stage ventures. She has helped thousands of small and medium sized businesses to maximize the benefits of accounting for over 20 years Peterson is a former scientist with General Atomic and the US Nuclear Power program.

Thomas Utsch - CEO, Chairman, Founder

Tom Utsch founded Eeminder in 2004 with the vision of making the wireless handheld device the sole platform needed for a person to be completely effective and connected to corporate data and other information sources and services. Prior to Eeminder, he founded, along with one active and two silent partners, a software company, PeopleMover, that created enterprise professional services automation software. Utsch was responsible for sales, marketing, and product development. PeopleMover merged with Opus 360 in Jan 2000 and had a public offering on NASDAQ in April 2000. Prior to founding PeopleMover, Utsch served as National Account Manager and Regional Account Manager for Micro J Systems, where he exceeded annual quota every year. Before joining Micro J Systems in 1994, Utsch worked for France Telecom in Paris, France, where he was responsible for product marketing of teleconferencing services. He also spent seven years with the U.S. Air Force Space Division, the last three at the rank of Captain, where invented and was responsible for the deployment and operations of a national reconnaissance space system which served as part of the proof of concept of GPS guidance and he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal. The extremely successful proof of concept led to an operational system that is widely used in all military operations today and is called JDAM. Utsch holds B.S. and M.S. degrees magna cum laude in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University. He is a former volunteer calculus teacher at an inner city high school in Los Angeles and a former Assistant Scoutmaster and Eagle Scout, Boy Scouts of America. When not helping banks and credit unions save hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, he is a rugby player, amateur violinist, and rides a 1992 FLHS. Utsch also holds a commercial multi-engine instrument certificate.
