Allison has been working in the insurance industry since 2009 when she started with an agency in Burlington Iowa, working as a personal lines account manager. She joined Edwards-Brandt Insurance in July 2015, where she works with commercial accounts.
Allison lives in Clear Lake with her husband Josh and their two children, Silas and Scarlet. She enjoys gardening, hiking and teaching her children to cook.
Cindy grew up in Ringsted and moved to Mason City to attend Hamilton Business College. Upon graduation she worked for Cerro Gordo County Farm Bureau Insurance before joining the Edwards-Brandt family in 1985. Cindy works with commercial accounts.
Cindy lives in Mason City with her husband, Jim and family dog, Lilly. They have two sons, Parker and Blake.

Connie has been with the EBA team since 1993. She is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life, Accident and Health. Upon graduating from Hamilton Business College, Mason City, IA in 1986, she has spent her entire business career working with the public in Customer Service Relations. Connie works with commercial accounts.
Connie is a lifelong resident of the North Iowa area and is married with two daughters and five grandchildren, who continue to be a constant joy in her life.

Darcy joined the Edwards-Brandt team in September of 2012. She is a personal lines account manager for our agency.
She has been a licensed insurance agent since 2000 in Property and Casualty, Commercial, Life, Accident and Health.
Born and raised in Harlan, IA, she and her husband, Chuck, have four children, and 13 grandchildren. Darcy enjoys being outdoors & spending time with family.

Debbie has been a part of the Edwards-Brandt team since July 2002, but has worked in the insurance business since 1994. Debbie is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life, Accident, Health and Crop Insurance. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. degree in Clothing & Textiles Business with a minor in Management. Debbie works with commercial accounts.
Debbie's hometown is Decorah, Iowa. She and her husband, Bruce, along with their two boys have lived in Ventura/Mason City area since August of 1999. Her hobbies include attending her boys school events, motorcycle riding, cheering on the UNI Panthers, and traveling.
Doug is originally from Rockwell, Iowa. He has been with Edwards-Brandt since 2007.
Doug enjoys golfing and rooting for the Iowa Hawkeyes. He lives in Clear Lake with his wife, Cindy, and three boys, Austin, Duke, and Trey.

Mark has been a licensed agent since 2001 and has been with Edwards-Brandt & Associates since 2004. He works with group health and life accounts.
Mark is very active in the community serving on many civic boards.
Mark, his wife, Kristin, and two daughters live in Clear Lake. He enjoys hunting, fishing and sailing as well as spending time on the lake with his family.

Steve has been a licensed agent since 1998. In 2002, Steve became a partner. He graduated with a degree in marketing and has over 25 years of industry experience. Steve has served on numerous boards and is very active in the community. He is the past president of Cerro Gordo Association of Independent Insurance Agents, Mason City Family YMCA, Agents Advisory Council Illinois Casualty Company, and is a member of the Newman Catholic High School Finance Committee. Steve offers Auto, Home, Life and Business insurance.
Steve and his wife Carleen reside in Mason City. They have two sons Hunter and Isaac. He enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, golfing, hunting, and fishing.
Teri has been with Edwards-Brandt & Associates since August of 2011 where she provides a warm welcome to all who enter and a friendly voice to callers. Along with her front desk duties, she also assists with advertising and promotional products for the agency, as well as meeting the needs of the agents and account managers.
Teri and her husband reside in rural Clear Lake. They have two grown sons. In her free time she enjoys family time, being outdoors, boating, gardening and staying physically active.

Tom has been a licensed agent since 1989. He is a graduate of Newman High School in Mason City (1982) and the University of Iowa (1986). Tom has been in the insurance business since graduating from Iowa, and moving back to his hometown to go into the family insurance business. Tom handles all Personal Lines, Business Insurance, and Life Insurance.
Tom has a wife, Erin, and three children, Molly, Morgan, and Adam.
