Kevin is a tax attorney with a practice emphasis in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration, as well as handling tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Alabama.
A Dothan, Alabama native, Kevin began his career as an accountant working for a local accounting firm in Opelika, Alabama, and later worked with Ernst & Young, LLP, where he became a Certified Public Accountant in 1997.
Kevin began his legal career in Birmingham, Alabama in 2002 and has practiced in the areas of probate, trusts and estates since 2004. During this time, Kevin has assisted numerous of individuals and families with creating estate plans.

Joy was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. She obtained her college degrees from Beckfield College in Florence, Kentucky. She earned an Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal and a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal. She graduated Magna Cum Laude. Joy is also a member of Lamda Epsilon Chi, an Honor Society of the National Paralegal Association.
Nick began practicing law in 1993 after completing undergraduate studies at Auburn University and obtaining a law degree from the University of Alabama. Following law school, Nick operated a general practice law firm until he started working for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., in Bentonville, Arkansas as in house litigator. Nick obtained his Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M) from the University of Alabama in 1999.
