Alex, both a Certified Public Accountant and lawyer, is the Chairman and Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Philippines since 2013. He specializes in tax planning and business restructuring and reorganizations. His key expertise includes delivering an integrated tax, legal and accounting advice. He is currently a board member in PwC's Southeast Asia Regional Consulting practice. Before becoming Chairman and Senior Partner, he was Tax Managing Partner of the firm. He is also the managing partner of Cabrera & Company, a law firm he founded in 2002. Under his helm, PwC Philippines was recognized with an advanced rating in Integrity by Integrity Initiative, organized by the Makati Business Club and European Chamber of Commerce. Alex is a columnist of the Philippines' leading print and digital newspaper, The Philippine STAR, with his "As easy as ABC" column published every Sunday which tackles legal, commercial and social issues. "As easy ABC" is a finalist in the 38 th Catholic Mass Media Awards. Alex launched the Developmental Social Enterprise Awards in 2014 in partnership with BCYF that recognize, award and support developmental social enterprises. The Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants recognized him twice with an Outstanding CPA in Public Practice Award in 2015 and a Young Achiever in Public Practice Award in 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Philippine School of Business Administration, which in 2006 named him as one of its outstanding alumni. He earned his Juris Doctor at the Ateneo de Manila University in 1994 and became a lawyer in 1995. Alex attended a leadership and management program at Harvard Business School in 2006. He has recently completed Wharton University's CEO Global Transformation program. He currently chairs the Educated Marginalized Entrepreneurs Resource Generation (EMERGE) program, an initiative of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) to fund and help selected entrepreneurs become successful. He earlier chaired the tax committee of MAP. He also chairs the Franchise Excellence Awards.

Anthony "Anthon" A. Capati

Anthony "Anthon" A. Capati is the Manager of eData's Review of Records Department. He oversees the production of medical, legal and other technical record reviews, summaries and abstracts as well as the summarization of sub-rosa films. Anthon coordinates the day to day operations of the department, often interfacing with clients and their needs. He is also actively involved in marketing eData's various services, and has represented eData in trade shows and conventions including the annual conferences of the Southern California Orthopaedic Association (COA) and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS). Anthon has years of experience abstracting medical-legal records, and an expert in editing medical records and deposition summaries and reviews. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and has completed his executive training at the Asian Institute of Management, under its Management Development Program. Anthon is based in eData's Manila Office.

Carlos Baylon

Carlos is the Platform and Security Unit Manager in the IT Department. His team manages the deployment and maintenance of eData's Servers and Windows Applications. He has expertise in various IT technologies including systems management & support solutions. Carlos has eight years of experience working with and managing Windows Servers, Active Directory Administration and Messaging Technologies. Carlos has a BS degree in Computer Science and is credentialed in MCTS, MCITP, MCSA and ITIL.

Carmelle Balanza

Caren is an Assistant Manager in the Training Department. She is responsible for developing and executing the training needs assessment to assure that training fulfills company needs. She is a graduate of AB Political Science from the University of Santo Tomas. Her undergraduate studies took place at the San Beda Law School and her postgraduate studies include the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.

Christian Morales

Christian Morales is part of the team that manages the newly established Virtual Assistants Department that provides medical offices help with scheduling and confirmation, eligibility and benefits, bills posting, and other front desk activities. Christian has over six years of experience in abstracting medical-legal records and report editing having spent this time in the Review of Records Department as a Review Specialist, Editor, and Production Supervisor. He also has extensive knowledge of various other production departments in eData. Christian is responsible for revamping the Review of Records Training Program, setting the benchmark for productivity and streamlining the training process. He also spent some time working in the History Taking Department as one of the pioneer historians. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and passed the Board Examinations in 2010. Christian is based in eData's Manila Office.

Dennis De Leon

Dennis is the Infrastructure Manager in eData's IT Department. His responsibilities include oversight of the Application Software Unit. He oversees the day to day IT operation process and is responsible for monitoring all servers, workstations, and network equipment of the company ensuring the high-level performance of the IT infrastructure. His team also provides technical support for internal and external clients relating to any hardware, application, voice, and network issues. Dennis is a seasoned Network and System Administrator with over nine years of extensive hands-on experience in network and server management. He implemented and deployed many IT projects for multi-national companies. He has a BS Degree and is a licensed Electronics Engineer, Certified Cisco Network Professional, and Certified ITIL Professional. He also completed a Management Development Program at Ateneo de Manila University.

Dinah Barrete-Morales - COO, EVP

Dinah Barrete-Morales is in charge of U.S. and Philippine operations. She has been with eData since its inception and has held various leadership positions: anchoring and driving the growth and profitability of the company, building new solution offerings and competencies, and working closely with clients to help them realize the opportunities and benefits of outsourcing. She oversees client management, business development and strategy, operations and capability development. She works closely with all departments overseeing marketing, process development and continuous improvement protocols. Dinah also monitors the efficiency and profitability of each service department and has represented eData at various Philippine and US trade initiatives and conventions. Prior to joining eData, Dinah worked in the HealthCare Information Industry as a seasoned medical documentation specialist with vast experience in medical transcription, medical indexing and abstraction of medical journals, medical report editing, and training. She is a medical record and bill reviewer and is trained on medical chart auditing for reimbursement and is a certified medical coder in the Philippines. Her expertise extends to market research and is adept in the real estate industry. Dinah completed her Bachelor's Degree in Zoology and Medical Degree at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, and completed the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.

Haidee Tan Virador

Haidee is the Manager of eData Services' Bookeeping Department. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations and delivery of financial services such as Expense Reporting and Online Bookkeeping. Her vast experience in program implementations, hiring profile creation, building training curriculum, performance management, and financial analysis, ensure that the programs achieve goals to the satisfaction of all stakeholders, including employees. Haidee has over 10 years of experience in people management, customer service and quality assurance in the BPO setting and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Hazel Marie Yadao

Hazel Marie A. Yadao has been with eData Services since its inception. She started as a Medical Record Reviewer in 2001, and was promoted to Editor position in 2002. She worked as a Production Supervisor from 2004 to 2013, and was promoted to Assistant Manager position also in 2013. Hazel directly reports to Anthony Capati, the Manager of the Review of Records Department. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy; coordinating operations; ensuring schedules and objectives are met; communicating with clients; creating reports, analyzing and interpreting data; driving recruitment process and training and development, and securing adherence to company policies and guidelines. She also has good interpersonal and mediation skills which are very useful since she is often acting as a point of contact between manager and employees. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Physical Therapy from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center. She also has completed a Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.

Jimmy Fernando

Jonathan Venus is Chief Financial Officer and Controller based in eData's Manila office. Jon is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines, a Certified Management Accountant in the USA, a Certified Financial Consultant, and a Certified Forensic Accountant. Jon brings in his knowledge, expertise, and experiences in the fields of external and internal finance. His experiences include setting up organizations, creating and improving processes, compliance, and a partner in achieving goals. He gained these experiences from the various industries and multinational companies he worked before such as Accenture, TMF Group, and Aswig Solutions. Jon obtained his Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy degree through a scholarship program in Technological Institute of the Philippines. Jon directs the financial affairs of the Company and provides the financial information and analyses for the guidance of management. He is responsible for the company's financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with government regulatory agencies, banks, clients, suppliers, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports.

Jonnahlyn Eleazar-Trinidad

Jonnahlyn Eleazar-Trinidad is the Manager of eData's Transcription Department. Jonna began her stint with the company as a medical editor and rose through the corporate ranks. She has an extensive understanding of the Workers' Compensation System and has kept track on various regulatory changes that may impact the processing of the client's reports. She directs and coordinates the activities of the department, overseeing production of the hospital, medical and legal teams. She also handles various client concerns and always looks for ways to improve current processes while maximizing her attributes.

Marie Joyce "Jo" Reyes

Jo is part of the power house that leads the Virtual Assistant Department. She started with eData in 2005 as a medical transcriptionist. She was a pioneer in the Utilization Review department, brainstorming and creating the foundations of the responses to treatment denial service. She rose to the management team in 2009 as a supervisor. Since 2011, she has trained and led the medical historians. Jo holds a Medical Degree from the University of Perpetual Help - Jonelta Foundation School of Medicine. eData is fortunate to have Jo as a member of its management team because she brings to the table a vast amount of medical knowledge and experience. Jo also completed the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.

Mary Joy Villamin

Joy is the Assistant Human Resources Manager, primarily responsible for the recruitment and staffing of eData. She works with Department Managers in developing qualified and talented individuals to become valuable additions to the company. Prior to joining eData, she worked in various industries including logistics, restaurants, architecture, and manufacturing. She has extensive experience in recruitment having performed these services for companies that required sales engineers, business development executives, architects, accountants, etc. Her expertise also includes developing employee welfare programs and employee grievance handling. She is a graduate of Psychology and Marketing Management from De La Salle University and has a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology from the same institution.

Maurice Silberstein - Founder

Maurice has many years of experience in international business activities, including outsource manufacturing and services in numerous countries. Maurice provides extensive support to eData in financial, technical and operational logistics.

Mayflor Jimenez is the Director of Human Resources and Administrative Services. Her team is responsible for HR Management and HR Development Processes, and Training of personnel. Ruby is the Manager of the Accounting and Logistics Unit in the Finance Department. Her team is responsible for maintaining and documenting eData's accounting policies and procedures, treasury functions, preparation of financial management and statutory reports as well as overseeing logistics operations. Prior to joining eData, Ruby gained extensive experience, while employed by an audit firm, performing tax audits, tax advisory, preparation of complex financial statements. Her experience extends to several industries including construction and real estate, food and commodities, manufacturing and distribution, BPO and not-for-profit entities. Ruby is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Saint Louise De Marillac College of Sorsogon.
