Derek Brown joined Eisenberg Law Offices as an attorney in September, 2019. Previously, he worked for one year as a staff attorney for four Dane County Circuit Court judges. Derek earned his B.S. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2015. During his time at UWO, Derek worked as a teaching assistant, a research assistant, and a tutor. Derek also received the Chancellor's Award for Excellence and the best student paper award at the Midwestern Criminal Justice Association Conference. Derek graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2018. During his time at UW, Derek had the opportunity to work for the Wisconsin Innocence Project and as a legislative aide for Representative Terese Berceau. Donald S. Eisenberg is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. For over thirty years, he was a prominent civil and criminal trial attorney in Madison, Wisconsin. Mr. Eisenberg is now of counsel with Eisenberg Law Offices, S.C. He still practices law on a part-time basis, and he just celebrated the 50th anniversary of his admission to the bar. In addition, Mr. Eisenberg is a former director of the National Association of Professional Process Servers. He frequently writes articles and teaches CLE seminars about a wide variety of legal topics.

Jack grew up in Huntley, Illinois before moving to Northfield, Minnesota, where he attended high school. He then earned his B.A. from Carleton College, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2008. After college, he moved to Madison to attend law school. He graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2011. Besides working at ELO, Jack also had the opportunity to serve as an intern at both the Wisconsin Department of Justice and the Wisconsin District IV Court of Appeals during law school. He worked as a volunteer as well, and received the Pro Bono Partnership Award from the University of Wisconsin Law School for his efforts in 2010. Jack's practice at ELO encompasses both criminal law and civil litigation.
