Amanda Gretton

Amanda is an owner of E & H Property Management. Amanda is a principle with E & H Property Management with over 20 years of experience in condominium management. She is proficient in building structure and excels at identifying and resolving both mechanical and structural issues. Amanda's priority is her clients and she works hard to ensure that all of the properties her team manages are maintained to a high level of standard. Amanda is the managent partner in the Owen Sound office and is working on assisting corporations in Grey & Bruce County.

Amanda McKay

Amanda has been with the Owen Sound team since 2021. Most recently she has taken on the role of maintenance coordinator. Amanda is a strong member to our team, who works closely with assisting Amanda Gretton & Lea Anne Goods. Amanda facilitates owner requests by working closely with her managers to ensure work orders are scheduled and completed quickly. In her previous role of Office Administrator, Amanda connected with owners and board members and looks forward to maintaining those relationships while establishing new connections. Amanda has outstanding attention to detail, which she uses to ensure a high quality of service from our trusted contractors and suppliers.

Amy Stanley

Amy joined our team in 2021 and works along side with Elizabeth Wegner to ensure the day to day operations of the corporations are executed.

Ashley Vandermeulen

Ashley has been with E & H since 2019. She worked at our head office as the assistant to our Partners on a number of properties and is now the assistant at our Lighthouse Point location.

Beckie Reekie

Beckie started working with E & H in the late 2000's. After years of dedication starting in administration and working towards becoming a Property Manager, Beckie is now a partner of E & H Property Management. Beckie works from our Lighthouse Point location.

Cameron Mitchell

Cameron has been with E & H since 2014 and manages the Shared Facilities and Marina at Lighthouse Point.

Cindy Gretton

Cindy is one of the principals of E & H Property Management. She assumed the role from her parents, Horst & Elisabeth. Cindy is the lead manager with 30 years experience, and is very knowledgeable of The Condominium Act, 1998. She has taken the lead to help corporations through difficult situations. Her experience and knowledge has been a valuable tool in rectifying problems. Cindy has been hands-on with substantial changes and major repairs throughout her career. From developing the specifications for projects to developing funding plans to get corporations on the right track.

Deborah Miller

Debbie Miller has been with E&H for 20 years, and brings a wealth of experience to the table, with the accounting requirements for condominium corporations. Debbie enjoys the challenge of completing complex and diverse requirements for the individual corporations. Debbie heads up the accounting department and can be counted on to attend Board meetings should difficult issues arise with financials.

Kim Taylor

Kim has been with E & H Property Management since February 2011. Having originally started as our Maintenance Administrator, Kim has made the move to the Accounting Dept. as our Accounts Receivable employee. Kim collects and deposits all of the monthly condo fees for the Condominium Corporation's and is your main contact for any questions related to the payment of the monthly condo fees.

Lea Anne Goods

Lea Anne has been with E & H Property Management since 2020. During that time, she's built strong relationships with owners, Boards and vendors. Lea Anne fits her management style to meet the unique needs and priorities of each client and has a particular interest in the day-to-day operations of townhouse communities. ion. Additionally Lea Anne acts as a liaison between the Owners and the Board of Directors.

Marsha Jones

Marsha is responsible for all administrative matters including status certificates and new owner information. Marsha joined the E&H team in 2023 and is the perfect addition to the Owen Sound Office. She has many years of experience in customer service and has excellent communication and people skills. As a valued member of the team, Marsha delivers exceptional customer service in her role as the first point of contact for our clients.

Nichole Martin

Nichole is continuing in the family business. She is an owner of E & H Property Management, and is now the third generation to become a Registered Condominium Manager. Nichole received her R.C.M. designation in 2011 and manages multiple corporations from Meaford to Collingwood. Nichole has gained extensive knowledge of the Condominium Act, 1998. She also excels in dealing with difficult situations and legal matters. Nichole also consults with Self-Managed corporation to help them better understand the operation of Condominium Corporations and the legalities that need to be followed.

Pam Murphy

Pamela has approximately 12 years experience in Condominium Management in both small and large urban communities. She has her RCM designation with ACMO and her CMRAO license. Pamela has experience in both High-rise and several types of townhouse styles ranging from 8 to 257 units. She looks forward to working with her Boards and unit owners and protecting their investment in their Condos.
