Donna joined Edgemark in May of 2016, as a Senior Property Administrator. She has over 15 years of commercial property management experience and is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker. Donna is responsible for various retail centers throughout Northern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin.
Previously as a Senior Property Administrator, Donna worked directly with Senior Management and Property Managers in the day-to-day management of retail properties throughout Northern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin. She was involved with all aspects of management, including budget preparation, tenant construction, monthly financial reporting packages, revising the annual snow and landscape bidding processes, assisting in property inspections, marketing pitch books, processing and abstracting lease documents, as well as being responsible for all the accounts payable within her team.
Prior to joining Edgemark, Donna worked for NAI Hiffman as a Property Assistant within the Office/Retail sector of management. She worked in an on-site management office that had approx. 250,000 sf, as well as a class A Retail destination/mixed use (retail/medical) property in Oak Brook, IL.
Donna has a Liberal Arts degree and has been a licensed Illinois Real Estate Sales agent since 1991, and has held her Illinois Real Estate Brokers License since 2015.

George joined Edgemark in November of 1992 as a Senior Property Accountant. Moving his way up the ranks, he then became the Accounting Manager, Controller and now Sr Vice President. George's primary focus is on running the day-to-day operations of the business. He oversees the accounting department, computer systems and human resources, among other things. He is the architect of many of the company's policies and procedures and has utilized specialized computer
systems such as Microsoft Access to streamline internal control oversight and management.
Before joining Edgemark, George worked briefly with the Tucker Companies and then Landau & Heyman Inc., a mall/lifestyle center developer. George's role was to process accounts payables, account receivable and prepare monthly financial statements for a variety of retail properties.
George is an active member of the Real Estate Investors Association. He received a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and a Master's degree of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeff joined Edgemark, formerly Tanguay Burke Stratton, in 1990 as Vice President of Investment Sales. Jeff is currently the Senior Vice President of Investment Sales and oversees the Investment Department.
With over 35 years of retail brokerage experience, Jeff has sold over $2 billion of investment real estate and land encompassing over 7 million square feet. He has represented national, regional and local investors throughout the U.S. and Midwest. Past clients include RREEF, Citicorp, TBS Development, Heartland Bank, The Crown Group, Lincolnway Community Bank and many more.
Prior to joining Edgemark, Jeff established The Kowal Company in Phoenix, AZ. The Kowal Company was a multi-faceted commercial brokerage and development company involved in the ownership and management of retail and industrial buildings throughout Arizona. Jeff was also a Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, AZ.

Mark joined Edgemark in November of 1999 and is currently Senior Vice President of Edgemark Asset Management LLC. He is responsible for the management of over 1,000,000 square feet of retail assets throughout the Chicagoland area. He oversees a staff of Administrative, Accounting and A/R collection specialists with the handling of all company
management and client related matters.
Responsibilities include client relations, negotiating all service contracts, implementing all preventative maintenance , safety, green/sustainability initiatives, including those for LEED certified assets, tenant relations, construction projects, tenant buildouts, recommendation and implementation of capital improvement projects, budgeting, lease administration, marketing and financial management reporting.
Current and former clients include, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada, Bentall Kennedy, First Washington, American Realty Advisors, Sun Capital, CBREI Global Investors, AmCap Inc., C-III Asset Management, LNR Partners, LLC, GE Capital, US Property Trust, along with a large number of independent and partnership owned assets.
Prior to joining Edgemark, Mark was Vice President of Property Management for Jos. Cacciatore & Co. He was responsible for overseeing the management of a portfolio of properties which included retail, office, industrial and a luxury townhome development. He was also the President of Hunter Parking, Inc., (a subsidiary of Jos. Cacciatore & Co.) an independently owned parking lot company that managed several Chicago business district parking lots, including the largest independently owned Chicago White Sox parking lot.
Mark is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker. He received a Bachelor's degree from Loyola University of Chicago.

Matthew joined Edgemark in 1997. Matthew is a Senior Vice President. His focus is in commercial retail real estate leasing, sales and tenant site selection. His expertise includes market research and analysis, development implementation of a marketing plan for retail centers throughout the Midwest, drafting and negotiations of proposals, lease and contract negotiations, lease renewal negotiations and identifying and securing sites for national, regional and local retailers.

Prior to joining Edgemark, Mike was Director of Leasing for Landau & Heyman Inc., a mall/lifestyle center developer. Mike's role was to manage the leasing staff for all 50 properties throughout its portfolio. Before joining Landau & Heyman Inc., Mike had 10 years corporate finance and real estate experience at Continental Illinois National Bank focusing on investment and financial management of properties worldwide.
Mike is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers and Retail Broker's Network (RBN). He received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Finance from Elmhurst College, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Loyola University and is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker in Illinois.

Randy joined Edgemark in March of 2020. He has over 20 years of commercial property management experience and is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker. Prior to joining Edgemark, Randy worked for Inland Real Estate for 10 years where he directly managed as well as supervised a team of property managers and administrative support staff for millions of square feet of Retail, Industrial and Office for a nationwide portfolio. Randy has also worked for CB Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield managing diverse commercial real estate portfolios in the Chicago area. Randy has a BS in Economics from Northern Illinois University.

Randy joined the Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services leasing team in April 2016.
With over 10 years of office and retail commercial brokerage experience, he currently works on Edgemark's diverse retail property portfolio which consists of lifestyle centers, power centers, grocery anchored centers, retail strip malls, and retail outlots in the Chicagoland suburban submarket.
Randy has also represented "mom and pop" tenants as well as regional and national brand franchisees such as Andrew's Garden, Closet Factory, Hot Tub Tony's, Jackson Hewitt, Pro Nails and Smallcakes.
Prior to joining Edgemark, Randy's previous career in design/build architecture encompassed everything from designing "from the ground up" shell buildings to interior space planning and construction drawings. His architectural background includes design for retail spaces, professional offices, medical offices, industrial office/warehouses, educational facilities, call centers and corporate headquarters.
Randy is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Retail Broker's Network. He received his degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Illinois.

Stephanie joined Edgemark in May 2022 as an Associate Broker and began working closely with landlords and tenants. She has over 20 years of Real Estate experience including Residential Multi-Family Property Management and new home sales throughout the Chicagoland Suburbs.
Prior to joining Edgemark, Stephanie has worked for REIT and owner-operated Property Management Companies including Trinity Property Management, RMK Management Corporation, Equity Residential, Lincoln Property Management, and various privately owned firms. Her experience of overseeing all aspects of management for 2,545 units which combined for mixed-used commercial spaces and residential homes. Stephanie has been a licensed Illinois Real Estate Sales Broker since 2014.
