Elder Care Services is your service connection for older adults and adults with disabilities. We provide service to those who are aged 60 years and older and to those who are aged 18-59 living with a disability. ECS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency contracted by the State of Illinois to provide service in DeKalb County... The Money Management Program at Elder Care Services can provide free financial management assistance to qualified individuals participating in the Community Care and Adult Protective Services Programs.
