Nick coordinates the marketing functions for EDGE. His exceptional verbal and graphic communications skills allow him to articulate the EDGE brand to a variety of audiences, including our clients, partners, and the public. Nick coordinates project proposals, marketing materials, and social media platforms while implementing annual marketing strategies for all EDGE office locations.
Brian's design and land planning skills have allowed him to excel in both large-scale master plans as well as detailed site design. A LEED Accredited Professional, he seeks innovative ways to integrate sustainable site technologies into his project work.
Working on all project phases, from conceptual design to construction documentation and administration, Brian has been involved in projects ranging from public plazas and campus courtyards to residential, commercial, and mixed-use master plans. He has a strong interest in traditional neighborhood design principles that promote walkable, healthy environments.
Buzz is a Partner at EDGE with professional experience in a wide range of project types. His strength lies in site planning, design development, and construction documentation for higher education projects, K-12 school facilities, residential communities, and mixed-use environments.
Buzz provides clients with creative site design solutions while delivering construction documents that maximize bidding accuracy and minimize errors in the field. In addition, his communication and organizational skills allow him to collaborate efficiently with all project partners and stakeholders.
Caleb is a landscape designer with a passion for creating outdoor spaces that foster a sense of community and place. He uses a deep understanding of landscape design principles, site analysis, and construction methods to create sustainable and functional outdoor spaces for mixed-use developments. His keen eye for detail helps him to find creative solutions to complex design problems.
Cam's exceptional design ability provides creative and innovative solutions for complex site development projects. He has collaborated on a wide variety of project types, including urban parks, streetscapes, sports complexes, and mixed-use development.

Carolyn manages the business practices for all EDGE office locations, including accounting and human resource management. She establishes and monitors company policies and procedures, and her organizational systems and efficiency are the key components that drive our operations.
Chris is a high energy landscape architect who thrives in a collaborative environment to achieve innovative and meaningful design solutions for his clients. He utilizes his experience to successfully navigate complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams. His ability to communicate project goals and design intent to the team, while incorporating the client's brand and identity has proven to be an invaluable asset.
He has experience on a wide range of complex project types including mixed-use, corporate, commercial developments, higher education, healthcare, public spaces, and parks domestically and internationally. Chris brings a strong sense of care, craft, and vigor that carries throughout all phases of the project.
Chris's passion and professional leadership continues beyond the office as an active leader in the community. He volunteers his time as the current President of The Ohio Chapter of The American Society of Landscape Architecture, supporting and promoting the profession of landscape architecture.
Clint's professional experience has included involvement in various projects, from residential site design to large-scale master planning. He has led projects in all phases of design and construction, including site research and analysis, schematic design, master planning, zoning document preparation, construction documentation, detailing, and presentation development.
His communication and organizational skills make him a valuable project manager capable of leading complex site development projects.
A Founding Partner, Dick continues to take the lead design role on numerous projects. His experience as a landscape architect includes all phases of landscape architectural design, construction documentation, and construction management.
Dick loves the process of design and enjoys time at the drawing board. His public and private-sector projects include single family estates, sports and recreation complexes, urban parks and streetscapes, and mixed-use environments.
Doug's wide breadth of experience covers many facets of landscape architecture. His project work ranges from therapeutic gardens and outdoor educational spaces to corporate headquarters and community plans.
Drew provides functional solutions for challenging sites through analytical planning and creative site design. His professional experience at EDGE has included a variety of project types, including large-scale community planning, multi-family housing, and corporate office parks.
Jack's interest in landscape architecture is derived from the social and interactive experience of the landscape. His past involvement with charrettes and public engagement helps bridge the gap between client visualization and design in the studio.

Jim is a Principal Emeritus of EDGE and a Fellow in the American Society of Landscape Architects. He is also an Associate Professor Emeritus of Landscape Architecture at the Ohio State University, where he taught for over 25 years.
Jim is a Founding Partner and the glue that brought all of us together to form EDGE. His passion is residential landscape architecture, and he continues to create memorable outdoor environments for homeowners throughout the region. Jim's design skills are showcased in many of EDGE's most visible projects.
As a Partner, John oversees daily operations and guides the strategic growth of the firm in the Southeast. He is also actively involved in project work, with expertise in managing complex projects from visioning to implementation.
John is passionate about creating healthy, dynamic, and economically sustainable places - because quality planning and urban design create the framework for lasting value in properties, neighborhoods, and regions.
Josh uses his experience to evaluate the potential of a site and design comprehensive solutions that provide economic, social, and environmental benefits for future generations.
Lydia is a meticulous designer with an eye for linking intricate details to the overarching goals of a project. She studies how the built environment shapes the social and economic fabric of a community and strives to create spaces that facilitate wellbeing and connection.
Lydia draws inspiration from the sustainable urban practices she experienced firsthand when travelling abroad and looks for ways to relate them to her own work.
Paul's professional experience focuses on site design and construction documentation on a variety of project types. Representative projects include multi-family residential, hotel and retail developments, healthcare environments, public parks, and university landscapes. He is a LEED Accredited Professional who brings his knowledge of sustainable site technologies to all his project work.
Paul's design experience and understanding of site construction makes him an exceptional project manager. His communication and collaboration with various project stakeholders have consistently led to successful site solutions.
If one word could summarize Rodrigo Mayet, it would be innovative. Rodrigo is one of EDGE's cutting-edge visualization leaders, and stays up-to-date on industry best practices in technology. He understands the difference visual communication can make for clients and their constituents. His skills help create clarity around design decisions in addition to building excitement and support for a project. His passion for 3D modeling, animation, and film has taken his projects to the next level.
Originally from Mexico, he embraces the influence of cultural diversification in his work and brings a unique perspective to the team. He prides himself on his ability to think outside the box to create original solutions that are as vibrant and aesthetically-pleasing as they are practical.
As a Partner, Ryan manages the operations of our Columbus office, where he has been involved in the planning and design of corporate office campuses, commercial/retail centers, and numerous residential/apartment communities.
With his in-depth understanding of the development process - from the initial site evaluation and program development through zoning entitlements - Ryan pays close attention to how construction details directly impact the lives of those who live or visit each new environment. He uses his knowledge of natural, economic, social, and political parameters to create balanced solutions that meet the owner's goals while providing a sense of place and community.
Sharon's professional experience ranges from mixed-use private development projects to a wide variety of public landscapes. She provides clients with clear working drawings that maximize bidding and construction accuracy.
Her technical experience and knowledge of the latest software allows her to efficiently coordinate with a variety of consultants and deliver high-quality documents to our clients.
Tammy Monnin is a dynamic member of the EDGE team, offering a diverse blend of skills and interests. With a background in architecture, Tammy's career has taken her across four continents, exposing her to a wealth of international and cultural design experiences. Her expertise in both architecture and landscape architecture showcases her commitment to creating harmonious and functional spaces. This dual passion and knowledge offer her a multifaceted perspective in collaboration with our industry partners.
As EDGE's in-house Revit expert, Tammy has elevated our entire team's technical expertise and helped seamless integrate our design process with our partners' building information modeling systems. Her enthusiasm for the intricate and subtle aspects of landscape architecture, where projects seamlessly blend into their surroundings, is a testament to her commitment to creating timeless, captivating environments.

Tedd is a Partner of EDGE. While guiding the growth of the company, he also remains actively involved in the design, management, and administration of multiple on-going projects. He specializes in the visioning and planning of a wide range of environments, including neighborhoods, campuses, open space systems, and downtowns.
Tedd believes that our physical environment is the foundation for a healthy lifestyle, a topic he has spoken on at venues including the American Planning Association, the American Public Health Association, and HUD's Healthy Homes Conference.
Tessa's deep appreciation for the transformative power of landscapes inspires her to create meaningful outdoor spaces that encourage people to connect with nature. Understanding the societal and environmental challenges we face today; Tessa continues to advocate for the preservation of our environment through her designs.
She integrates her passion for nature and landscapes into her involvement with Best Buddies, an international organization fostering friendships between individuals with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities. Serving as the president of the The Ohio State University chapter, Tessa organized events that focused on connecting people to the outdoors, where she was able to witness the significance of inclusive design and creating spaces that promote equality and belonging.

In addition to providing leadership to the EDGE team, he provides "hands on" project management through all phases of design and construction, including site analysis, concept development, master planning, construction documentation, and client communications.
Promoting a collaborative approach, Tim balances clients' goals with the thoughtful integration of architecture and site-specific factors to ensure that each project exceeds expectations from conception to completion.
