Fran Balleste guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. Fran originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Mr. Lugo brings more than 13 years experience in air traffic test engineering and simulation in Enroute & Oceanic systems for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Having been involved the lifecycle of various air traffic systems, he has acquired an extensive technical skillset. He also brings over 10 years of corporate experience in managed services from private industry. Being a marketer at heart, Mr. Lugo has assisted several companies in marketing and business development efforts throughout his career.
Mr. Balleste, a proud 82nd Airborne service-disabled veteran who has more than 40 years experience in executive and senior management roles in the development and execution of strategic Information Technology business solutions. Since its inception, Bill has guided EES' maturity to its present complement of highly-skilled professionals who provide innovative IT solutions, improving both the business processes and systems of its customers.
