Ana joined Egret Consulting in 2022 after spending a year working in electrical distribution in candidate research. Ana works exclusively with wholesale distributors in the Building/Construction Material, Plumbing, HVACR, Industrial & Electrical industry. Ana moved to the United States from Brazil in 2021 and brings a wealth of business experience to the role. She has a degree in Interior Design from Universidade Positivo in Brazil. She has worked with companies as a designer and as a freelances, giving her a unique view of the electrical industry. Ana truly understands the complexities and nuances of each channel. Areas of expertise include positions that require significant product, customer, or market intelligence tied to all levels of revenues, including sales, branch, operations, purchasing, pricing management, product experts in sales and applications as well as new market penetration.

Brooke Ziolo joined Egret Consulting in 2008 as an executive recruiter and excelled. She became a Partner in the firm in 2013 and the Managing Director in 2016. In 2019 Brooke purchased Egret from Ted Konnerth and is now the President & CEO. Brooke was also inducted into the Pinnacle Society, the top 80 industry leading recruiters in North America, in 2016. Brooke holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois. Brooke is exclusively a lighting recruiter who works with manufacturers of lighting and LED fixtures, lamps, ballasts, drivers and lighting controls; as well as lighting design firms, MEP firms, architectural engineering firms, consulting engineering firms, independent rep firms, and ESCOs. Brooke's experience in all facets of the lighting industry allows her to quickly assess her clients' needs and identify the right talent. Brooke recruits for individual contributor roles to VP and C-Suite level positions in functional disciplines including Sales (calling on specifiers, contractors, distributors, OEM's, ESCOs, end users, national accounts, showrooms, etc.), Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and more. Her background includes human resources, banking, marketing and project management.  Heather attended the American Academy of Art in Chicago and studied marketing at Parkland College in Champaign. Heather's attention to detail and organizational skills make her an asset to Egret.

Jacque joined Egret in 2022. She focuses on the lighting industry working with lighting manufacturers and lighting design firms. She recruits for entry level / individual contributor positions to VP & C-Suite positions in the areas of sales, marketing, operations, engineering, product management, lighting design, etc. Jacque formerly worked at KSA Lighting for 12 years in both inside and outside sales. Her experience at the lighting rep agency gave her a strong understanding of how the lighting industry works and an understanding of the relationships between manufacturers, rep agencies, distributors, specifiers and contractors. Jacque graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in Communications - Advertising.

Jim joined Egret Consulting in 2020 following 2 years as a recruiter in the financial industry. Prior to that Jim had a 30-year career in Finance, ultimately as a CFO, on 2 continents for international logistics companies. As a CFO he was responsible for Finance, Admin, HR and IT team recruiting. Jim has a genuine interest in people development and it was a logical progression for him to move into Executive Search. "During my career I have grown to appreciate those in recruitment who "Get it right," and see the process as a way of bringing two equally important elements together: the business with a talent need, and the candidate with the skills and resources to bring value to the role. Jim is working in the lighting industry with manufacturers of lighting fixtures, lamps and ballasts, lighting controls and LEDs; as well as ESCOs, lighting contractors, etc. Jim recruits for a variety of functional disciplines including sales from regional, national and international sales management; calling on specifiers, contractors, builders, national accounts, showrooms, distributors, OEM's, etc. to VPs of sales, engineering, operations, etc., product management, marketing, design engineers, finance to CFO's, HR, logistics, and more.
