Amanda Brady

Amanda joined Edge in 2007 as Director and Client Specialist and served as a vital connection between our clients, portfolio managers and investment advisors. In that role, she ensured a smooth transition process for new clients, was responsible for portfolio administration, facilitated internal and external marketing and events, and coordinated human resources. She was also instrumental in consolidating Edge's charitable giving to several local charities and causes for maximum impact in our community. In her current role as an Edge Ambassador, Amanda continues to serve a vital connection between clients and our team while bringing the Edge brand and mission to life. The opportunity to build relationships and work with clients drew Amanda to the investment industry after she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Spanish at Hollins College in Virginia. She brings a wealth of experience, including a senior client service position with the highest-producing team at Morgan Stanley and assisting the Regional Manager at Credit Suisse. She interned at Bear Stearns in New York on the Equity Syndicate Desk and began her career in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley in New York. Amanda also served as Chief Administrative Officer for Octagon Advisory Group, an international hedge fund; was a Registered Sales Assistant in the Institutional Bond Department for Synovus Securities in Columbus, Georgia; and was the assistant to the Retail Branch Manager at Interstate/Johnson Lane in Atlanta, Georgia. Although Amanda is a rare Atlanta native, she has also enjoyed living in both Aspen and Telluride, Colorado. In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

In her role, she assists with the onboarding of clients, account support services and maintenance, distributions and reporting. She is passionate about building relationships with people and believes financial planning services is a great opportunity to have an impact. Upon graduation from Texas A&M, Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and minored in Business and Financial Planning. A Texas native, she is often found fishing with her niece at her family's east Texas ranch and supporting her Texas Aggies. Amanda is active in her church, enjoys traveling and being with her family and friends. I am passionate about building intentional relationships and making a positive impact with the established value that you should treat others how you want to be treated. With that value instilled in me, I approach my role as a Client Specialist Associate by providing personalized service that creates space for team members to do more for our clients. Amy Tierney - COO, Managing Director

Amy serves as Edge's Managing Director, Director of Operations. Her primary focus is collaborating with executive leadership to implement the overarching vision and mission of the firm. Amy serves as a resource in all phases of the firm's management, operations, business development, and client service teams by strategically integrating processes and developing and deploying best-practice workflows designed to deliver operational excellence. Amy graduated from the University of Houston and also earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. Additionally, she is a graduate of the Schwab Executive Leadership Program and has served on the TD Ameritrade Client Experience Board, the Schwab Technology, Operations, and Service Board and the Pershing Technology Advisor Board. Amy is a well-rounded operations and client experience professional. She enjoys working collaboratively with all stakeholders to develop and implement processes designed to balance scalable growth and the delivery of a white-glove client experience. Prior to joining Edge, Amy spent 15 years with an Atlanta-based investment advisory firm serving in cross-functional leadership roles focused on client experience and operational excellence. Amy also served as VP, Relationship Manager in Bank of America's Premier Wealth Management Group, Registered Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley, and in Investor Services at Van Kampen Funds. Amy grew up in Houston, Texas and met her husband, Kevin, in Charleston, South Carolina. Moving to Atlanta in 2004, Amy and Kevin live in Roswell with their two children, Suzie and Edward, and two schnauzers, Lucy and Koko. The Tierneys enjoy cooking together, soccer and volleyball tournaments, and lots of time on the beach. I am unwavering in my commitment to personal and professional growth utilizing an ongoing learning, curiosity, self-awareness, and coachable mindset as key pillars. Ann Claire Lathem

Ann Claire is a Director and Client Specialist located in the Edge Capital's Tampa office. In her role, she works with the wealth advisors and portfolio managers to ensure that clients' needs are met on a daily basis. She has over 20 years of industry experience in operations, technology and trading. Prior to joining our firm, she was with an Atlanta-based asset manager. Ann Claire loves serving her clients and fellow team members at Edge. She grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Davidson College. Her passion is for the great outdoors and enjoys hiking, kayaking and hunting for shells on the beach. Some of Ann Claire's favorite spots are the John Muir Trail, Mount Le Conte and Fort De Sota Park.

Anna Katharyn "AK" Hendrix

Anna Katharyn "AK" Hendrix is a Partner and Director of Wealth Strategy, beginning her career with Edge in 2010. She formerly led the Client Specialist Team and served on the Capital Advisory Committee. AK graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. While working full time, she also earned a Master of Personal Financial Planning degree from Georgia State University. Prior to joining Edge, she worked in a client service leadership role at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette, as well as in senior client service roles at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. In addition, she owned Private Wealth Administrative Services and assisted a private family office. AK works closely with Edge Senior Wealth Advisors to deliver customized planning solutions to clients, and she enjoys adding depth to the total client experience at Edge. AK is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and holds a Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor license. She is also a member of the Financial Planning Association of Georgia. AK lives in Roswell, Georgia with her husband, two teenage boys and two dogs. In her spare time, AK enjoys cooking, music and spending time with family and friends - especially fishing at the beach with her boys! She supports The Drake House, a local organization benefitting homeless mothers and their children and is a member of Metro Atlanta Women in Business for Good. Ansel L. Davis

Ansel joined Edge Capital to establish its Nashville office as Managing Director and Senior Wealth Advisor. A Nashvillian for over 35 years, Ansel has devoted his professional life to protecting the financial and legal interests of high-net-worth individuals, whose own careers are as varied as those of international performer Keith Urban, cotton giant Billy Dunavant, and renowned surgeon and medical entrepreneur Dr. G. Patrick Maxwell. He has spent most of his career in Nashville, most recently as the founder of his own law firm and entertainment management firm. He served as Head of Business Affairs for Capitol Records, Nashville, as Counsel to the law firm Neal and Harwell, and as General Counsel and member of the Board of Directors of Jacques Miller Inc., an NASD (now FINRA) registered broker-dealer and real estate syndication firm. In Atlanta, he was Co-Managing Partner of the Atlanta office of the multinational law firm Greenberg Traurig, and he served as General Counsel and Secretary of the world's largest cotton trader, Dunavant Enterprises, based in Memphis. Ansel has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Performing Arts Commission, and member of the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of the Country Music Association, and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Country Music Association, and Academy of Country Music. My goal is to provide the same level of service in this industry as I did in the music management business, which is exemplified by the test of whether my clients are better off because we have worked together, than they otherwise would have been had we never met.

Barrett serves as Edge Capital's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, charged with bringing energy and action to everything from talent management to the integration of new technologies. In this role, Barrett brings clarity and focus to Edge's overarching firm strategy. A graduate of Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, he was a Captain and point guard on the men's basketball team. Barrett earned an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) from the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. Prior to joining our firm, Barrett held leadership positions with Courtroom Connect, a professional services company that invests in technology solutions and platforms that transform the way attorneys prepare for, participate in, and learn from litigation. A Florida native, Barrett met his wife, Heather while attending Oglethorpe, where she was a standout on the women's basketball team. Heather is the Assistant Head of School at Whitefield Academy in Atlanta. Barrett and Heather have two daughters, Ava and Aubry, and two Labrador sisters, Sadie and Jordan.

Bert Rayle

As a Founding Partner, Senior Wealth Advisor, and member of the Investment Team for Edge Capital, Bert brings over 30 years of industry experience to our private and institutional clients. He takes great pride in learning the individual needs of our clients and has formed many enduring friendships in the process. Born and raised in Atlanta, Bert had an early interest in financial markets, which led him to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Vermont and a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. Before co-founding Edge, Bert spent 25 years with the Private Wealth Management division of Goldman Sachs, where he started in Dallas and was then Regional Manager of the Miami and Atlanta offices. Bert is married to Betsy, and they have a daughter working in the financial industry in New York and a son and daughter-in-law working in Park City, Utah. Bert enjoys spearfishing in the Bahamas and spending time outdoors.

Brad Parsons

Brad is a Managing Director and Senior Wealth Advisor with Edge Capital Group. In his role, he is responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management services to our clients. Prior to joining the firm, Brad spent 13 years as a Private Wealth Advisor in the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for managing over $2 billion in assets for a select number of individuals, families, and business owners. Prior to his role as Vice President at Goldman Sachs, Brad obtained his MBA from The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Before receiving his MBA at SMU, he played five years of professional hockey in the Washington Capitals organization of the National Hockey League. Brad has a BA in Economics from Princeton University where he was a four-year member of the Men's Ice Hockey team and a member of the University Cottage Club. In the community, he is an avid supporter of Teach for America and is a board member of Hockey Players for Kids, serving as a mentor to underprivileged children through academics and athletics. Brad is married with two children, Connor and Caroline, and enjoys traveling, golf, and playing guitar.

Bradley Williams

Bradley Williams, CFA is a Director and Portfolio Manager. He joined Edge Capital with extensive experience in investment management, particularly as it relates to high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and institutions. Bradley takes a holistic view of each client to include their overall financial planning so that portfolios are customized to their unique needs and circumstances. Prior to joining Edge, Bradley worked as a Vice President and senior portfolio manager at Bank of America Private Bank, where he helped high-net-worth clients meet their goals through investment management and comprehensive financial planning. Bradley is a summa cum laude graduate of the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University with a BBA degree in finance. He is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) and enjoys volunteering and participating with the Atlanta CFA Society. His general passion for finance and investments is obvious and he gladly volunteers as a mentor for the annual southeastern CFA Institute Research Challenge, where he can transfer his passion by mentoring competing college teams. Over the years, Bradley has also enjoyed volunteering in a number of community capacities, including for Big Brothers Big Sisters, a tax preparer for VITA (the IRS program for lower-income tax-payers), and a board member for Midtown Assistance Center. In addition, he serves as Lead Portfolio Manager of the Blue Current dividend strategies, which generate rising income streams across all market environments throughout the business cycle. Prior to joining Edge Capital, Dennis spent several years as a sell-side equity analyst with firms such as SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist) and Credit Suisse covering a variety of media and telecommunication companies. Following his time in the sell-side trenches, he joined an emerging hedge fund in 2007 for a brief stint as a buy-side analyst before joining Edge Capital in 2010. Prior to his investment career, he spent five years as a telecommunications engineer and project manager for two large publicly listed companies. Born in New Jersey, Dennis has resided in the Southeast for most of his life and has lived in the Atlanta community for more than 20 years. In 1996, he graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, and in 2002 he graduated from the University of Georgia with a Master of Business Administration degree. With three young children, he has little time for hobbies, but he is a member of the CFA Society Atlanta, enjoys Atlanta sports, and is an avid classic car enthusiast. As a Senior Wealth Advisor, she works closely with our ultra-high-net-worth clients to develop customized wealth strategies, construct client-specific portfolios, deliver complex administrative reporting, solve the unique challenges of multi-generational families and build relationships with our clients' extended family of trusted advisors. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Elizabeth is intimately involved with the strategic direction of our Wealth Strategy team and our clients throughout the holistic wealth planning process - from goal setting to retirement planning to estate planning reviews. Prior to joining Edge in 2007, Elizabeth began her career as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst and Young and was a Senior Accountant on the Coca-Cola Company Engagement Team. In 2013, she moved to her hometown and opened our firm's Tampa office. She is thrilled to lead our firm's regional efforts in providing comprehensive wealth management for individuals and families in such a growing and dynamic state. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed being a guest speaker at several regional and industry conferences and building long-term relationships with her clients. She joined Edge Capital from Credit Suisse, bringing over 20 years of experience as a Senior Sales Associate in private banking. The enjoyment of building client relationships, working with family offices, and meeting the challenges of financial investing has kept Ginger in the investment industry for over 25 years. A Texas native, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a business minor from the University of Texas. In the community, she supports Friends of the Katy Trail, the Perot Museum, as well as Operation Care International, which serves the homeless and veterans in Dallas. She is a member of the Texas Wall Street Women's Group, where she enjoys networking with other professional women in the finance industry. Harry Jones is the Managing Partner of Edge and has been instrumental in building Edge's disciplined investment process and Research Team. In addition to his leadership position at the firm, Harry is a Senior Wealth Advisor and Portfolio Advisor of the Blue Current Global Dividend equity strategies. Born in Manhattan and raised in the Garden State, Harry has a passion for investing that began with a college internship on the New York Stock Exchange in 1991. Before co-founding Edge Capital, Harry spent his entire professional career in the investment advisory business at Credit Suisse in Atlanta, Morgan Stanley in Atlanta and New York, and as an analyst for the Excelsior Value & Restructuring Fund in New York. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics with distinction (Omicron Delta Epsilon) from Hampden-Sydney College, where he was a Captain of the lacrosse team. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, which presented him with its Young Alumni Award in 2009. When he is not analyzing the equity markets or managing the firm, Harry is active with community endeavors, including his time as a youth lacrosse coach. He is a member of YPO and the Advisory Council of Pershing Advisory Solutions. He serves on the St. Catherine's School Foundation Board and the Board of Visitors of UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Jacobi frequently speaks with economists and other industry experts to help source investments that meet our clients' specific objectives and has implemented an efficient order management system for the trading of client accounts. He began his career at Edge as an intern and Client Specialist responsible for daily client communication and account needs. That position evolved into his current role as a Managing Director within the Research Team. He has also assisted with the launch of the Blue Current Global Equity Dividend strategies and several private partnerships that the firm manages. Born in Dawsonville, Georgia, Jacobi graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA). He loves the finance and investment industry because it presents a unique challenge every day and requires him to react and position himself accordingly. He appreciates that the industry rewards both him and his clients when he prudently invests their assets. Hailing from Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, Jake is an Analyst at Edge Capital's Atlanta headquarters. Growing up in the United Kingdom, he earned a tennis scholarship to Furman University, in Greenville, South Carolina, where he earned a spot on the Southern Conference Academic All-Conference Team while achieving his degree in Accounting. Before joining Edge, Jake was a Business Development Specialist at Sourced, where he focused his efforts on building brand awareness and client retention. Utilizing his strong drive and curiosity, Jake plays a key role with Edge's reporting, fixed income, audits, Sarbanes Oxley and compliance activities, alternative holdings valuation reviews, recruiting, and has been taking over the general administrative functions in the Atlanta office. He also supports portfolio management, client service, and operations. When not in the office, Jake enjoys playing and coaching tennis around Atlanta, and spending quality time with his wife, Vanessa, and their dog, Luna. Working as part of a team gives me far greater fulfillment than achieving an outcome by myself. What drives me is helping others grow, learn, and achieve more. Jimmy Patrick

In 2014, Jimmy joined Edge as a Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor. In his role, he serves the unique investment and financial planning needs of his private and institutional clients and guides the strategic direction of the firm. He builds enduring relationships and believes a willingness to listen is paramount for the success of an advisor as he develops and implements creative solutions for the specific circumstances of each client. Within his twenty plus years of serving as a Senior Wealth Advisor, Jimmy has worked with several reputable investment firms including Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse and Morgan Creek Capital Management. A graduate of the Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia, he received his Bachelor of Science degree and MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Born and raised in Hickory, his North Carolina roots run deep. Jimmy serves on the UNC Board of Libraries at UNC Chapel Hill and is an active volunteer for the Chapel of the Cross and the Ronald McDonald House -an organization that provides housing and other support for families of children with serious illness. Recently Jimmy has begun volunteering as a student advisor for the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School's Leadership in Action program. Outside of the office, Jimmy enjoys deep-sea fishing and spending time with his wife, Deanna, and son, JT. When I was young, my grandfather instilled into me a few timeless virtues ... the importance of hard work, the absolute necessity for honesty, and the value of a dollar ... he taught me the significance of "compounding" long before UNC Business School. Born and raised in Atlanta, Julia earned a Bachelor of Arts degrees in International affairs and Spanish and minored in Sociology at the University of Georgia. During her time in college, Julia traveled extensively throughout Latin America, and she is looking to add new destinations to her list. Prior to joining Edge, Julia worked as a Client Service Associate at another Atlanta wealth management firm. In her free time, Julia enjoys running, playing golf, hiking, traveling, and supporting the University of Georgia Bulldogs. In the community, she is an active volunteer with Atlanta Habitat for Humanity and has assisted with the building of eight local homes. In 2011, Kendrick joined the Edge team as a Partner, Senior Wealth Advisor and opened the doors of our firm's new Charlotte office. In his role, he is responsible for leading our firm's regional efforts in providing comprehensive wealth management for individuals and families. Upon graduation from the Woodberry Forest School, Kendrick earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his MBA from Georgia State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA North Carolina Society. In 2022, Kendrick was a featured speaker on National Public Radio and was recognized in Forbes magazine as a top advisor in the state of North Carolina. In addition to serving as a Senior Wealth Advisor, he is an investment manager who works closely with his clients as he designs, implements and monitors customized investment portfolios. At Edge, Kendrick has served on the Asset Allocation Committee, Board of Trustees, Leadership Committee, and Discovery LLC Board. Kendrick volunteers his personal time and is active in the community regionally and at the state level. Prior to joining our firm, Kevin served as the dedicated planner for the Sports & Entertainment Group at SunTrust Bank, where he worked closely with clients and advisors to build custom cash flow based financial plans in support of ultra-high-net-worth balance sheets. From professional athletes to entertainers, corporate executives and business owners, Kevin has worked with a variety of individuals and families. What he enjoys most about financial planning is the unique challenge of helping clients organize, map out and put together their financial puzzle. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Insurance and Risk Management from the University of Mississippi. After graduation he completed the University of Georgia's Financial Planning program and is a Certified Financial Planner™. He is also a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council. She enjoys building relationships and working in a service-oriented environment, and especially enjoys the constantly evolving nature of working in the financial markets. Born and raised in Atlanta, Michelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Georgia State University. Prior to joining Edge, she held positions in marketing, operations management, and portfolio trading with GLOBALT Investments. Michelle believes in showing support for our military and community through her work with HeroPortraits, an organization which provides oil portraits to the families of fallen soldiers, as well as assisting with care packages to "adopted" U.S. Marine battalions. Michelle is a former President of the Georgia Securities Traders Association and currently serves on the DSTA board. Nancy "Nanny" McFadden

As Edge Capital's Reporting and Investment Operations Manager, Nancy "Nanny" McFadden provides leverage and scale to the critical administrative, reporting, and operational functions related to our investment services. In her leadership role, she serves as a point of contact for the Strategy, Advisory, Portfolio Management and Client Services teams. Nanny moved to Atlanta from Memphis, Tennessee. She graduated from the University of Georgia in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Terry College of Business. Prior to joining Edge, she interned with Green Square Capital in Memphis and Raymond James in Athens, Georgia. In her free time, Nanny enjoys riding horses, playing with her dog, Banks, hiking, and running. She was a competitive sporting clay shooter in high school. Nanny also enjoys traveling, and she studied abroad in Australia, Africa, and Switzerland.

Neal Deaton - Managing Director

As a Managing Director and senior member of Edge Capital's Strategy and Portfolio Management Team, Neal collaborates with his colleagues in determining the appropriate asset allocation for clients, overseeing portfolios, generating investment recommendations, and communicating frequently with clients. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Neal is not only involved with the planning team's strategic direction, but also intimately involved with the holistic financial planning process - from goal-setting to retirement planning to estate planning reviews. Over the last 20 years, Neal has spent most of his career in the financial services industry. The initial portion of his post-MBA career began in equity research as a Stock Analyst, providing a unique perspective for performing manager due diligence and evaluating different public and private investment strategies. He then transitioned into wealth management in 2012 with the desire to positively impact the lives of individuals and families by helping them achieve their long-term objectives. Prior to joining Edge, Neal served as an Associate Advisor for two smaller independent firms and as a Portfolio Manager for Parsec Financial. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Mason School of Business from The College of William and Mary, where he served as an Analyst and Portfolio Manager on the student-managed Frank Batten Investment Fund. In 2007 Peek opened the doors of our firm's Lexington office and in 2017 he started Edge Capital's Nashville presence. Prior to co-founding Edge, Peek held executive positions with The Garlington Group, Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse. A Georgia native, he graduated from Georgia State University and has earned professional designations as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM). Peek gives back to the community in many ways. He is a co-founder of FACT Relief Foundation which supports families of people battling debilitating diseases and other catastrophic life events. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Bluegrass Land Conservancy and as a Commissioner on the Paris Pike Corridor Commission in Kentucky. Peek is a former member of the Board of Trustees of The Sayre School and serves as an honorary Trustee of the Turner Foundation. An avid outdoorsman and conservationist, he is involved in several wildlife and fishing conservation efforts across the world.
