Mr. Duk Nin

Mr. Duk Nin is from Cambodia and currently the Managing Director of Franklin Covey Education Cambodia (FCE-Cam) where he supervises a team of staffs on varieties of programs and services such as 7 habits of highly effective people, other educational training, consulting, setting up and managing of new school at province around Cambodia. He is also the pioneer batch of coach/consultant for the Franklin Covey (aka 7 habits) Cambodia that provide training and implementation of the Leader in Me program at schools. He started his career as a government public secondary school teacher of Math, Physic and English. Later he moved on as a branch Manager with Newton Thilay School and later as a chief of provincial operations for Newton Thilay Community. These jobs required him to supervise and manage more than hundreds of staffs, supervisors and managers to ensure operational ready at all time.

Mr. PEN Chamroeun

Mr. PEN Chamroeun is a master's degree holder in education experiencing in training primary and high school teachers for both public and private sectors. Remarkable, he is a good leader through-out his education-related career as the program manager to the internal quality assurance director in the one-well-known educational company. Exclusively, he is a great teacher trainer on methodology in teaching and learning, material development, classroom management, practical or hands-on activities for science classroom and fieldwork setting as well as integrated digital education for teachers and students. Additionally, he has excellent experience in teaching and training for the training institutes for almost 20 years.

Mr. Tum Tola

Mr. Tum Tola is the Academic Manager in charge of the Life Skills of Westline Education Group. He was the Adult English Program Manager. He has been working in the education field; especially in the private sector for about 10 years. He has spent his years with teaching, training, designing curriculum, developing teaching materials, staff professional development and organizing educational research, workshop, seminar, and conference. He holds a Master's Degree in Arts in English majoring in Literature and TESOL and a certified trainers Financial Literacy (MoneyTree).

Ms. Keat Senet

Ms. Keat Senet has impressive experience in the educational and social development fields. She started her career at a very young age as an ESL teacher and then as an international relationship manager for Westline Education Group. From 2016 to 2018, Ms. Senet managed several projects and events under the company and gained many skills in international trips and education tours. She managed and worked with many countries to send students on overseas fieldtrips. She transformed herself from being a teacher and manager to becoming a certified facilitator. She trains The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Teens, provides education consultancy, and mentors the Leader in Me Program at the Educational Development Institute. Ms. Senet has great team-building, motivational, and sales skills for the education section, school, and NGO. And she has worked in the fields of management and organizational business development for a couple years. She manages and supports many international license programs and has expertise in event management at EDI.

Ms. Pel Makara

Ms. Pel Makara is the Managing Director of CAM IDEAL Child Care Center. She has worked in the kindergarten field for 20 years. She has been training teachers, developing a curriculum, and creating teaching/learning aids for pre-school and kindergarten levels. She participated in many professional development workshops locally and overseas. She graduated with a Master's Degree in Art in English.

William Yap

William Yap has a class of his own as a trainer and motivational speaker. He has conducted training and team building in Cambodia, India, Thailand, and Malaysia about the challenges of creating high-performing teams, leaders and organizations. He graduated with a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of New Castle, Australia. He holds a diploma in Business Administration from the Associate Business Executive and Advances Diploma in Business Management from the Swansea Institute of Higher Education from the United Kingdom.
