Fredericka Lynn Mitchell

Mrs. Mitchell has 14 years of experience in the fields of occupational hygiene, health and safety. She brings experience to EIHS consulting as a former industrial hygienist for a facility contracted by the U.S. Department of Defense to destroy outdated chemical weapons. In that capacity, she assisted the plant in applying the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to ensure safe operations. She developed safe approaches and aided in finding solutions to problems encountered by the site and provided regulatory interpretation and technical advice. Her duties included development, implementation and maintenance of safety and health programs, systems and procedures. She performed employee exposure assessments for chemical and physical hazards such as noise and heat stress. Additionally, Mrs. Mitchell helped investigate accidents, injuries, and complaints concerning hazards in the workplace and recommend improvements in processes, design, procedures and operating equipment to minimize hazards. She developed and conducted employee training, as well as, assured the quality of programs offered by the facility's training department. When needed, she served as the on call Duty Safety Manager to work with other duty management to resolve elevated safety issues or concerns during nights and weekends. Mrs. Mitchell holds a Master of Science in Public Health with an emphasis in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Mrs. Mitchell is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and a Certified Safety Professional.

Michelle L. Dunham-Faure

Mrs. Dunham-Faure has 17 years experience in the field of industrial hygiene, health and safety. She brings experience to EIHS consulting as former Senior Research Scientist / Industrial Hygienist with the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) Safety and Health Consultation program. Ms. Dunham-Faure performed over 250 consultation site visits, training and health program development for small businesses and construction clients in Georgia. In addition, she served as Course Director and Trainer for the OSHA Training Institute and Georgia Tech Professional Education programs. Courses included OSHA 10 & 30 hour General Industry and Construction safety, Indoor Air Quality, Nursing Home Safety, Pandemic Flu preparedness, and Process Safety Management. Mrs. Dunham-Faure has extensive experience developing and implementing workplace exposure assessment strategies, ventilation surveys, and general safety reviews. Mrs. Dunham-Faure holds a Master of Science in Public Health with an emphasis in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Master of Science in Management of Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alabama.

William H. Bullock

Dr. Bullock has over 28 years of environmental, health and safety experience characterized by strong leadership and proven results. He has a broad background with expertise in industrial hygiene, workplace exposure assessment, safety, workers' compensation management, behavioral based safety processes, and OSHA voluntary protection program (VPP) preparedness. Dr. Bullock has experience leading health and safety efforts in the Pulp & Paper, Wood Products, Pine Chemical, and Rail Transportation industries. His past experiences include the implementation of comprehensive health & safety programs at facilities in the US, Europe, and South America. Dr. Bullock holds a Doctorate in Health Science from Nova Southeastern University, a MSPH in Industrial Hygiene from Tulane University School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine, and a BS in Physical Geography/Geology from the University of South Alabama. Dr. Bullock is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and a Certified Safety Professional.
