EII is on a continuous R&D dumbwaiter program. We continue to modify our dumbwaiters when we receive dealer and installation technician input on possible changes. These changes are to make the residential dumbwaiters and commercial dumbwaiters more robust and easier to install. Our dumbwaiters are by far the most innovative on the market with the fastest installation time when compared to the other dealer based major dumbwaiter manufacturers.
