Ciprian is the Vice President Product Engineering at CoSoSys. With a BSc in Computer Science from UBB Cluj-Napoca, he joined the company at an early stage and was fundamental in forming and growing the Engineering team, which he actively runs. Taking advantage of his strong leadership skills, together with Roman, Ciprian successfully implemented engineering and product management strategies for CoSoSys' fast-paced delivery processes. He works closely with various departments, including Sales and Marketing, taking into consideration every aspect in defining the product roadmap. Ciprian's vision is to deliver innovative and high quality products, meeting both customers' expectations as well as keeping the R&D team fully engaged and challenged.

Cristina is the Director of Sales and Business Development at CoSoSys. Being among the first employees to join CoSoSys, Cristina was fundamental in the strong growth of the company. With her positive attitude, deep understanding of different markets and security challenges, alongside Roman and Michael, she created and implemented the right sales strategy and go-to-market plan. Besides managing and overseeing Sales, Cristina works closely with R&D and Product Management teams, developing the company products, as well as managing the white label OEM projects related to DLP. Her vision is to offer great solutions at affordable prices, changing the data security landscape for the better.

Edina is the Vice President of Operations at CoSoSys. Throughout her 12 years with CoSoSys, she played a central role in forming and growing the company's legal, finance, administrative, and HR teams. In her current role, she oversees global operations, including legal and regulatory compliance, HR and employment, fulfilment, and facilities. With her can-do attitude, Edina consistently demonstrates the ability to lead change, achieve cost & growth goals, and build optimised processes yielding increased productivity and exceptional performance. During her career, Edina also consulted for technology startups in setting up finance, legal and operational processes, and teams.

Jonathan is the Chief Technology Officer at CoSoSys, being responsible for overseeing the technological development of the company's Data Loss Prevention solution. With more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, he has a comprehensive background of working with SaaS companies, holding executive positions for product companies, and supporting large multinational customers. Currently, he leads the technology strategy at CoSoSys to ensure that the business delivers effective value to stakeholders and customers. Jonathan has a track record of building high-performing global teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. Before joining CoSoSys, he worked for Huddle, Impact, Over, and Visa.

Kevin is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at CoSoSys and he brings more than 25 years of cybersecurity and software experience to the role. Most recently he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Austin-based Invicti Security. During his time at Invicti, Kevin grew the company from 40 employees to over 300, exceeding Rule of 90 revenue growth and delivering strong profitability; leading to Invicti becoming one of the largest cybersecurity software acquisitions of 2021. Prior to Invicti Security, Kevin held leadership positions at Vaau, Sun Microsystems, Brinqa, and BeyondTrust.

Mark has been in software sales leadership roles for over 20 years. Prior to CoSoSys, he led teams at PTC, BMC, and most recently at Pindrop Security. Mark earned a BA in Economics and an MBA from Duke University. He currently resides in the Washington, DC area.

Paul is the Manager of Customer Support Services at CoSoSys. He is a graduate of the Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca with a BS in International Business Relations, German study line. Paul joined the company in 2010 and played a fundamental part in building, training and growing the Support Team. With large experience in providing customer services in the IT field, he manages our worldwide portfolio of partners and customers, continuing to build a trustworthy and reliable business relationship. His aim is to motivate and guide his entire team into providing excellent, customer-orientated solutions and services.

Robert is the software architect and technical lead for the Client team. He graduated from the Faculty of Automation and Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and has a broad experience in several programming languages and technologies. He previously worked in software engineering at TATA Motors. In 2007 Robert decided to join a young and innovative product focused company and found his role in developing the client components for our Data Loss Prevention products. He was a pioneer in development of the client software for macOS, making the architecture and implementation of innovative features like the Content Aware Protection scanning engine.
Roman Foeckl - Chief Strategy Officer, Founder

Roman is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of CoSoSys. Before founding the company in 2004, Roman worked for Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt, Germany and Paris, France. He studied business in Wiesbaden, Germany. After the acquisition of CoSoSys by Astaro and the subsequent acquisition of Astaro through Sophos, Roman together with Michael Bauner took the company private again in a Management Buyout (July 2011), with the goal to build CoSoSys and its Endpoint Protector product family in the leading Content Aware Data Loss Prevention (DLP) offering on the market. Roman's vision is to offer an easy to use and implement Data Loss Prevention Solution that covers all popular platforms, from macOS to Windows and Linux, so large and small businesses can protect their data against accidental loss or intentional data theft.

Tim is the Chief Marketing Officer at CoSoSys and is responsible for the company's global marketing and demand generation strategy. He works closely across all business functions and with the management team to ensure the business delivers its mission to lead the market in innovative cross-platform DLP solutions. Tim has spent more than 20 years leading marketing teams, building high-performing marketing programs, and developing SaaS brands. Before joining CoSoSys, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Huddle and has held a Vice President role at Xerox. He has also consulted for some of Europe's most exciting SaaS businesses.
Tony is the Manager of QA at CoSoSys. He graduated from the Faculty of Automation and Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and joined the organisation in 2011. His expertise includes monitoring of all QA activities, test results, leaked flaws, root cause analysis and discovering areas of improvement. At the moment, Tony is leading the QA team and is responsible for managing our Data Loss Prevention products quality through the development and production workflows. Tony has strong technical and communication skills, and he is known internally as the advocate of Quality Assurance.
