Ashley started her career with Elegant Restoration Inc in 2020. As the executive assistant she works directly with the CEO and executive team. In addition, Ashley is responsible for working with our customers and vendors on every project. Ashley enjoys time with family, Scouts with her son and loves a good roller coaster.

Bob has over 25+ years of experience connecting and assisting people with their needs. He has been his career with Elegant Restoration Inc in 2021 in his role at the Commercial Sales Partner. He specializes in helping businesses be prepared for any size of emergency or disaster. Bob loves spending time with his family, gardening and enjoying local independent breweries.

Buck has been in construction for 35 years and has worked in home building and remodeling. He is the Construction Project Manager for all repairs. Buck excels in the rebuild phase of the project helping both commercial and residential clients rebuild after a loss to their building. He is an avid duck and bird hunter and enjoys going crabbing in the summer.

Cali has been with Elegant Restoration for 2+years. Cali works directly with our client helping with the clean-up process. His attention to detail makes the process easier for our clients. Cali works hard to take care of his wife and son.
Dave started his career as a carpenter in 1986 and has over 34 years of experience in the industry. After the tragic death of his boss, Dave assumed the responsibilities of the company to keep the other carpenters and himself employed. In 1996, he incorporated an Elegant Builders, Inc. for home building and remodeling. In 2007, he began to transition the business to restoration work after helping one of his remodeling clients recover after a fire. Dave is certified in Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Large Loss Cleanup. He is a licensed contractor and remodeler. Dave has the need for speed and loves to ride jet skis, ATVs and snow mobiles.
Dave Chmura came to our home and did a complete home inspection including our garage. He was thorough and so honest about our problem. He referred us to someone he respected because our problem was not the type of problem his company handled. He was so nice and competent and spent an hour with us describing what he thought the problem could be and then refused payment for the time he spent at our house! In today's world, who does this? I can't recommend Elegant Restoration enough. Also, Ashley and the entire office staff was great!

Julie has been working with Elegant Restoration, Inc. since 2015 and began her career as a consultant to implement a new customer relationship management system. She has over 35+ years of experience in leadership, information technology, process development and implementation. Julie loves spending time with family, her dog and adventuring with her husband.
Rebecca graduated with her degree in Business Management with a minor in HR, Graduate of 10,000 Small Businesses program. She works and guides our customers through the entire clean-up and repair process. Becca started working in the company as an assistant to Dave, filing and answering phone calls when she was 15 years old. As a leader in the company and CEO in training, she helps to educate and set policy for our employees. She loves to shop, spend time with her family and her Russian Tortoise, Walter.
