EMEMANDU Chinedu Abraham is a versatile, dynamic and experienced Business Development and Tender Consultant with over 14years experience in the Oil, Gas & Marine services Industries. He had been a Technical Bid Advisor, providing support and delivering various successful bids and tenders from the IOCs and NOCs before joining ELPER.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State, including other professional certifications in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, SAP ERP Applications, Project Management, Key Account Management from the Lagos Business School et al.
He has attended several courses locally and internationally on Commercial Negotiations for Offshore Vessel Chartering, Health Safety & Environmental Management and Maintenance of Rotating Equipment. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Mechanical Engineers (NIMECH), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), as well as the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
Has over 28years working experience in project management, quality management system, HSE management and commercial activities in heavy-duty manufacturing and oil & gas sectors of the economy.

- Manager, Commercials & Tendering
Mr. Olumide Ogundoyin manages the commercial and tendering activities of ELPER. He is responsible for the preparation & submission of Expression of Interest, Prequalification, Technical & Commercial proposals and RFQs from client e-procurement portals. He is also involved in third party procurements during project executions as well as contract reviews and amendments, amongst others.
He holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the University of Lagos, after bagging a Bachelors degree in the same discipline and from the same university. He is a Member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and also a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
He has undergone many industry-relevant professional trainings, some of which include ISO Quality Management Standard (QMS), ASNT Non-Destructive Testing, several HSE trainings, proficiency in Management (NIM) and Prince2 Project Management certification from Axelos, UK. He has over thirteen years relevant working experience.
Mr Osagie Okunzuwa manages and coordinates all finance and accounting operations of ELPER. He is responsible for contract finance planning, finance risk management, budgeting, cost control, regulatory tax compliance and financial reporting of company's fiscal performance amongst others.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting from the University of Benin, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He has over fifteen years relevant working experience.
Mr. Opara Victor Uche is responsible for the management of ISO Quality certification, Company's Health, Safety and Environment for the execution of multidisciplinary contracts.
