Bindi Patel serves as ENSCO's Vice President of Contracts & Procurement and Corporate Risk Officer. Ms. Patel oversees the execution of critical responsibilities including strategic contracting; supply chain management; proposal and contract administration; export control; and corporate risk management. With more than 20 years' experience in the global consulting industry, Ms. Patel possesses a wealth of expertise in enterprise risk management, compliance, corporate governance, contract negotiation, global supply chain management, and operations management. As a former Principal/Director, Enterprise Risk and Resilience at Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH), Ms. Patel led the strategy and operations of the risk office. Prior to her 13+ year tenure at BAH, Ms. Patel served in roles at Raytheon, ExxonMobil, and Procter & Gamble. She earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Investments from The George Washington University School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.

Denise Perry is Vice President of the Human Resources (HR) Division at ENSCO, with more than 25 years of experience in strategic HR leadership. Since her promotion to Vice President in 2015, she has played a key role in shaping HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational efficiency. Ms. Perry oversees critical HR functions, including Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Training and Development. She has led the introduction of initiatives such as the Workplace Awards and Military Awards programs, the HR Connect series, and wellness programs that promote work-life balance. An active member of the HR community, she participates in professional organizations such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), World at Work, the HR Council at WashingtonExec, and the SHRM Executive Forum. Before joining ENSCO, she held key HR leadership positions in major corporations. She holds multiple professional certifications and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.

Doug has spent nearly 40 years leading technology-driven national security programs across Government, industry, and FFRDC (Federally Funded R&D Center) organizations. His defense research, engineering, and acquisition knowledge have been broadly applied to customer communities in weapon and sensor system development, protective systems, intelligence, special operations, international cooperative engagement, and nuclear deterrence. Doug previously held positions as the Associate Director for Global Security at Sandia National Laboratories, Vice President of Leidos as their Senior Account Executive, and Chief Strategist for the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) portfolio. He was also the Director of Research and Development for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Director of Combating WMD Support at DTRA, a special assistant and liaison to the Office of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Programs, and a submarine design engineer for the Naval Sea Systems Command. During the final 13 years of his government career, he served as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES). Doug has received the two highest awards for government executives: the Presidential Rank Award, Distinguished Executive (B. Obama, 2011); and the Presidential Rank Award, Meritorious Executive (G.W. Bush, 2007). He has a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Michigan.

Gregory Young is the former President and CEO of ENSCO, Inc., where he served for more than 30 years. Prior to joining ENSCO, he held numerous scientific, engineering and leadership positions at the CIA and in the Air Force, including the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, the Air Force Technical Applications Center, and the Space and Missile Test Center. He has published numerous technical papers and government reports. Mr. Young chaired the 40-plus member Dean's Leadership Council for the College of Science at Purdue University and the Research and Academic Committee at George Washington University. He was twice nominated for the High Tech Entrepreneur of the Year award by the Northern Virginia Technology Council/KPMG, and has received numerous military awards and decorations. Mr. Young is an active participant in industry, including the Northern Virginia Technology Council, a NATO advanced studies institute, and the University of Virginia Systems Engineering Advisory Board. Mr. Young holds a master's degree in geophysics (Distinguished Graduate) from Purdue University and a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a graduate of the Air Command and Staff College and received the Distinguished Alumni Award from Purdue.

Jeffrey Stevens is President of ENSCO, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries ENSCO Avionics, ENSCO Rail, ENSCO Rail Australia Pty. Ltd., ENSCO Technologies of Brazil LTDA/ENSCO Tecnologias do Brasil LTDA, and KLD Labs, Inc. Prior to his appointment to President, Mr. Stevens was Senior Vice President of the ENSCO's Surface Transportation Group (STG). Mr. Stevens has been with ENSCO for over 20 years, and brings a unique combination of proven leadership in governmental, commercial, and international business. This has resulted in significant expansion in ENSCO's surface transportation business and has led that team to introduce core ENSCO capabilities in CBRNE and cybersecurity to the surface transportation industry. Mr. Stevens brings a wide range of experience to the position, including governmental research and development, systems engineering, product development, product manufacturing, international business operations, and diverse operational management experience. Mr. Stevens received his Bachelor of Science in cartography from Ohio University.

Joanne McDonald is Vice President, Chief Ethics Officer and Corporate Secretary, reporting to the Chairman of the Board Gregory Young, providing corporate leadership and advice on corporate governance and ethics issues, including developing and disseminating corporate ethics policies and ensuring they are upheld. She also investigates complaints and conflicts of interest. Ms. McDonald previously served as the ENSCO Vice President of the Administration and Human Resources Division, where she worked closely with executive leadership to create a competitive advantage through talent development and acquisition. Ms. McDonald's responsibilities also included corporate communications; employee relations; compensation/benefits; succession planning; diversity; and organizational effectiveness. Under Ms. McDonald's leadership, ENSCO has been the recipient of several awards that recognize the family-friendly program at ENSCO: the Companies As Responsive Employers (CARE) Award, the Torchbearer Award, and the Washington Business Journal's Best Place to Work award. Previously, Ms. McDonald oversaw a $6 million technical training program to train the Royal Saudi Navy for HBH Company. Ms. McDonald has been with ENSCO for more than 35 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, holds a Certificate of Director Education from the National Association of Corporate Directors, and is actively involved in the National Association of Corporate Directors, Women in Technology, the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and the Society of Human Resource Management.

Kevin Pruett is the Executive Vice President for the Mission Systems Group (MSG). In this capacity, he is responsible for ENSCO's government aerospace, avionics, cybersecurity, and IC businesses. He also oversees ENSCO's commercial aerospace and aviation meteorology disciplines. Prior to ENSCO, Mr. Pruett was a Senior Business Development Manager at Harris Corporation, leading teams to secure multiple programs over $100 million. Earlier, he was with Terion, Inc., a Harris/Penske Corporation joint venture, as a Product Line Director responsible for wireless product development. He began his career with Rockwell, Inc., as a subsystem analyst on the NASA space shuttle program. Mr. Pruett has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He served ten years as a Board of Trustees member for Health-First, Inc., a $1 billion multi-hospital health care system in Central Florida. He served three terms on the City Commission for Cocoa Beach, Fla.

Paul W. Broome is the former Executive Chairman of the Board, a position he held for six years. In that position, he guided strategic planning, technology development, and vision and values for the company. Mr. Broome has been a member of ENSCO's Board of Directors since 1990, serving as the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Board from 1997 to 2010. He is an active member of the technology community, having served on the George Mason University Information Technology and Engineering Advisory Board, and the Board of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the largest technology council in the nation. In 2005, Mr. Broome received the Outstanding Alumnus Award from the Volgenau School of Engineering at George Mason University for his achievements and contributions to the university. Prior to joining ENSCO, Mr. Broome was a senior mechanical engineer with VSE Corporation, an engineering and technical services organization. He holds a Master of Science in electrical and computer engineering from George Mason University and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Virginia.

Scott Webster was a co-founder and Director of Orbital Sciences Corporation, a first mover in the commercial development of space, and a Director of its successor, Orbital ATK, a global aerospace and defense system prime contractor. He provided strategic direction from startup to 12,000 employees and zero to $5 billion sales. He was Chairman of the Board of Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, an $800 million electronics system subcontractor; Chairman of the Board of MBDA, Inc., U.S. subsidiary of the world's second-largest missile system prime contractor; and is the current chairman of the Board of Telesat U.S., a global satellite services provider. Mr. Webster's executive experience includes: President of Space Data, Orbital's launch system subsidiary that completed over 40 successful space launches, and CEO of ORBCOMM, where he managed launch and operation of its constellation of 35 low-earth orbit satellites and inaugurated worldwide data communications service. Mr. Webster was a member of the team that developed Pegasus, the world's first privately developed space launch vehicle that resulted in Orbital winning the National Medal of Technology, America's highest science and technology honor. Mr. Webster is the recipient of the Harvard Alumni Achievement Award, the highest honor conferred by the Harvard Business School. The Arthur Rock Center for Entrepreneurship named him a "Rock Star." Steven D. Nixon is President of the SmallSat Alliance advocating for U.S. government adoption and support of transformative smallsat (and related) capabilities. Previously, he was Vice President for Strategic Development at Stratolaunch Systems Corporation, leading the company's activities involving strategy, government affairs, business development, marketing, and communications. He is a former strategy consultant and former CTO of the U.S. Intelligence Community, a position that helped shape the science and technology activities of 16 U.S. intelligence agencies. He was the founder and first acting director of IARPA, the Intelligence Community equivalent to DARPA. Prior to that, Mr. Nixon was a long-time professional staff member on the House Appropriations Defense Subcommittee. In 2008, Mr. Nixon was awarded the National Intelligence Medal of Achievement. In 2005, Space News recognized him in its global top 10 list of people making a difference in space. The same year, the National Journal recognized him in the "Hill 100" as a top congressional staffer in the category of "Defense Transformation." Before working for Congress, he was a Navy analyst at the Pentagon. Mr. Nixon participated in the Executive Leadership Training at the Kellogg School of Management and has a master's degree in national security studies from Georgetown University. He has bachelor's degrees in both mathematics and electrical engineering from the University of Kansas.

Mr. Meltzer represents numerous private and publicly held businesses in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, divestitures, joint ventures, and public and private securities offerings. He counsels companies and investors in capital formation, governance, securities compliance, employment and compensation matters, and shareholder issues. Mr. Meltzer chairs the Board of Trustees of the New England Institute of Technology, and serves as Secretary, member of the executive committee, and legal counsel of the Maryland Technology Council. A frequent speaker in the U.S. and abroad on capital structuring, information technology, and biotechnology topics, Mr. Meltzer has authored several articles on technology and capital formation. Mr. Meltzer has a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Harvard, and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Mid-Atlantic Venture Association, Northern Virginia Technology Council, Maryland Technology Council, Economic Club of Washington, and is active in the Biotechnology Innovation Organization.

Ted Freeman has spent his career developing a reputation for being a performance-driven and quality-focused IT executive experienced in building and managing secure, reliable and cost-effective technical infrastructures. He has a consistent, proven record of aligning technology with business, including identifying and capitalizing on process improvements, executing complex projects, and driving development and implementation of world-class technical solutions. Mr. Freeman's career encompasses working with one of the first desktop computer resellers to a regional support manager in Southern California, Senior Information Technology Manager at a major bank, and a niche provider specializing in the convergence of full motion desktop video and communications technology in the areas of business learning and training. Mr. Freeman holds a master's degree in telecommunications from George Washington University, a bachelor's degree from the University of San Francisco, and numerous industry certifications.

Tom DeFrank oversees all aspects of ENSCO's corporate finance and accounting functions, treasury management and corporate facilities. Mr. DeFrank is an accomplished finance and accounting executive with extensive knowledge of business operations, shared service environments, internal auditing and business re-engineering. He previously served as CFO/VP of Finance at L3 Technologies in Hauppauge, N.Y., where he directed all aspects of accounting operations and financial analysis. Prior to that, he held positions at Delphinus Engineering, NRG Energy, SAIC and Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Services. Mr. DeFrank earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Hawaii Pacific University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
