Bryan is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and Environmental Scientist with over 15 years experience in both scientific disciplines. Early in his career he played a role as a founding partner of Skyside; an emissions monitoring business servicing clients throughout Africa. Under Bryan's guidance this business was the first stack testing business in the African continent to achieve ISO17025 accreditation. From Africa Bryan started working in New Zealand, where as a leader at Watercare he serviced a wide range of industries and bespoke monitoring programs. Since joining the Emissions Assessments Air Team in 2022, Bryan has been managing our largest air program contracts. Bryan leads our team of Environmental Scientist providing them and our clients quality assured and controlled stack testing program. Committed to continually improving stack testing in Australia, Bryan is a member of Standards Australia and New Zealand technical committee. He is responsible for reviewing AS/NZ point source emission and odour testing methods.

• Principal HAZMAT Laboratory

Monika is a tertiary qualified biologist with over 30 years post graduate experience in scientific disciplines. She is a senior laboratory analyst in Emission Assessments NATA certified Hazardous Materials Laboratory responsible for asbestos and hazardous materials testing and identification. Monika has 30 years analytical laboratory experience. Monika holds a long-standing NATA signatory status for the fields of microbiology (standard microbiology, Legionella, Protozoa), dust (quartz and diesel particulates), asbestos fibre identification (bulk and soil), air volume measurement and airborne fibre counting. Monika is also involved in supervising, training and mentoring the Occupational Hygiene Team of the laboratory. Monika joined the Emission Assessments HAZMAT Team in 2013 where she has extended her analytical expertise in asbestos fibre identification and counting to now also include on site asbestos surveys, inspections and clearances after asbestos removals.

Regi is experienced in several roles in a range of industries including: cement manufacturing, lithium refinery commissioning, nickel processing and pilot plant development. Regi has 25 years' experience in QHSE Integrated Management Systems certification, technical reporting, environmental project management and process engineering. Regina has received highly positive feedback from peers and clients. Her leadership skills include excellent organisational capacity, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively managing large multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired outcomes. She has project managed large complex projects to ensure compliance with organisational business plans, departmental budgets and regulatory requirements. Regi is Green Belt trained in LEAN manufacturing. This has given her the skills to apply statistical tools when interpreting data and provides a means for easily displaying results to clients. Her highly developed skills in data management allow her to collate, interpret and present large data sets in a user-friendly manner. Throughout her career Regi has prepared technical reports producing papers for a wide range of audiences from operators, management, annual reporting and government agencies. She is confidently provides concise findings and recommendations. Regi has been part of the Emission Assessments team for over 10 years, leading the team to focus on continuous improvement and business innovation.
