Emerge is committed to helping vulnerable people gain access to appropriate housing and necessary support... Emerge was originally formed in 2007 to support people with the transition from Primary and Secondary Drug/Alcohol Treatment Programmes to Third Stage Treatment. At this final stage of treatment, the primary focus is to assist reintegration into mainstream living.
