Aashish heads the product design, development as well as the Customer Success teams for EmployWise. He has over 23 years experience in the IT industry and started his career with HCL Hewlett-Packard right after completing his engineering studies. He took a break from work, after which he worked with Ramco Systems helping sell their ERP system before joining the Global Groupware team in 2001. Aashish earned a B.E. from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from IIM, Lucknow

Arun Seth

An alumni of the prestigious Le Martiniere school, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Mr. Arun Seth is recognised as among the earliest Indian Telecom leaders. He started out as the founding Managing Director of British Telecom in India in 1995, helping it acquire a 45% stake in Airtel and seeing through its transformation, first to Mahindra BT and eventually to Tech Mahindra. He relinquished office as its non-Executive Chairman in 2012 after an illustrious stint on its Board for 17 years. He has been a founding Charter Member of TiE Delhi and Indian Angel Network and advises/mentors a number of start-ups in the tech space in India and USA. An active evangelist of the Software product ecosystem, he co-chairs the NASSCOM Product Conclave and the NASSCOM Product Council. He had earlier served on the Executive Council of NASSCOM for 10+ years when in British Telecom and Alcatel. He is very active with NGOs, currently chairing NASSCOM Foundation which drives CSR initiatives across the IT Industry. His particular focus has been in working with NGOs that support the disadvantaged sections. He has served on the Board of Governors for IIM Lucknow and IIIT Delhi and also been an Advisory board member of TERI and a Governing Member of the TERI University board.

Samik Roy

Samik Roy is the Country Head for Corporate Segment, Microsoft India. Prior to this, Samik headed Microsoft Modern Workplace, which includes the productivity platforms of Microsoft Office, Windows, Enterprise Mobility and Security. He assumed this role in July 2018 and lead strategy for the entire suite of Microsoft Modern Workplace products in India. Prior to this, Samik was Country head of Microsoft Dynamics. He designed and executed the go-to-market strategy for Microsoft Dynamics across market segments, industry verticals, channel partner ecosystem and catapulted the business to great levels of success. Prior to Microsoft, Samik worked with Oracle for 11 years, serving over the years as the Head of CRM business, Head of Banking & Financial applications business and Head of the Mid-market applications business. As a member of the Board, Samik lends his years of experience and advises EmployWise on best practices around Marketing, Sales and Channels strategy. He is actively engaged to help the company build the product brand, clock aggressive growth rates and achieve its mission of becoming a leading provider of people management software.

Sumeet Kapur - CEO, Founder

Sumeet is a serial entrepreneur with a deep understanding of relationship management in business having worked in both Customer and Employee Relationship Management fields. He is among the early ones to understand the power of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) as an enabler for taking automation to millions of small and medium businesses across the world. Sumeet has nearly 30 years experience in the IT industry and started his career with Tata Unisys followed by a stint at Wipro Systems in its pioneering days as a product software company. In 1990 he started his entrepreneurial journey by co-founding Chipsoft Technology and helped build it into one of the most respected multi-vendor IT support services companies. In 1999 Sumeet co-founded a software company that built first a CRM Product and then EmployWise. Sumeet graduated from the University of Delhi and earned an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur in India.
