Thomas A. Butler, M.S., Ph.D., is the founder and President of Empire Site Communication Management, Inc. Mr. Butler has a Ph.D. in business management from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has worked in the wireless communication industry for over twenty years. Mr. Butler and the Associates of Empire Site have worked extensively with the major cellular carriers, tower companies and wireless communication companies in the wireless communication industry. Together, Empire Site has 100 plus years of combined work experience in wireless related lease negotiation, construction management, rooftop and tower management and site acquisition service activities.
