Christine is a highly skilled practice management coach with over two decades of experience in the dental industry. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management and having spent time working for Walt Disney World, Christine acquired a true customer-focused approach, which is evident in all of her business interactions.
Christine worked specifically as a specialty practice management consultant/coach for the last 12 years, where she had the opportunity to work with some of the most successful dental practices in the industry. A unique feature of Christine's career is that she worked with several De Novo and start up practices, serving as business advisor and project manager for organizations such as Mass General Hospital, where she was hired to create and open their first off-campus dental practice, to general dentistry, multi-specialty or single-specialty practices seeking to start or add new locations.
She provides innovative and strategic roadmaps to success for her clients, with a focus on sustainable growth. Christine, with her strong operational background, professionalism, extensive industry knowledge and solid relationship-building skills, has become one of the most trusted business advisors in the dental community.
Christine resides just north of Boston, Massachusetts with her children and two English Bulldogs. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, is an avid gardener and an eternal adventure junkie.
Debra has extensive experience in dentistry and currently holds the position as "Director of Coaching" for EndoMastery. Her initial career began as a Registered Dental Assistant leading to managing dental practices in California and Washington. She has been a consultant for three major practice management companies working with endodontists, periodontists, prosthodontists and general dentists. She has held the position of senior trainer specializing in practice analysis. She has a passion for technology and keeping abreast of the latest ways to be efficient and productive. She resides in Blaine Washington with her husband on a historical dairy farm. Her hobbies include zumba, biking, archery, golf, gardening, gourmet supper club and hiking beautiful trails of the North West. It's the simple pleasures in life that are most important to Debra.

Kelli West, a marketing strategist with over 30 years of marketing experience, brings a broad skill set ranging from website development to media buying, and creating marketing insights. She has worked at companies such as Ogilvy & Mather, Microsoft, Yahoo! with clients like Nike, Nordstrom, Expedia, Intel, Starbucks. She is a geek at heart and loves reviewing data; excited to see what gems of knowledge it will reveal. In her free time, she enjoys skiing and boating with her family, plus hanging out in nature with her dogs.
Tiffanie has been in administrative and supervisorial roles for 12 years. Having worked as an Endo Mastery office manager in her past career, she has had firsthand experience in successfully implementing the Endo Mastery philosophies into an endodontic practice. The combination of her administrative skills and dental knowledge allows her to be relatable to dental assistants and office managers alike. As our Coaching Coordinator, Tiffanie welcomes our Endo Mastery clients with a warm and bubbly personality. Once a client joins Endo Mastery, Tiffanie gathers your practice data in preparation for your Freedom Summit with Dr. Goerig and your Coach.
Tiffanie exemplifies the attitude of ‘whatever it takes' to make sure our doctors and team members are cared for at the highest level and are treated just like family. Coming from a small town in Indiana and then moving to the mountainous Arizona area, she has gained an appreciation for the outdoors. Tiffanie loves spending time at home with her wonderful family, facilitating Body Groove classes, going to the mountains, trips to San Diego beaches, sightseeing and fine cuisine.

Titina van Hoorn is the billing coordinator for Endo Mastery. Her aim is to make sure our clients experience the most out of our meetings. She is a trained Executive Life Coach, teacher and experienced logistics coordinator. She has traveled extensively throughout her life and for many years taught foreign languages in private schools to all ages, as well as privately to adults, and has served as a professional translator/interpreter in legal and conference settings. She has worked in an administrative capacity in the financial services sector. In addition, she is a trained silversmith/jeweler, dancer and artist and mother of two young children. Her passion is to assist people in realizing and developing their potential through creative means.
Trish is a future-focused coach who has over thirty years in dentistry, having held clinical, administrative and managerial positions within the dental office which gives her a unique perspective when training and guiding doctors and teams. She has been a dental practice management consultant for three national consulting companies before coming to Endo Mastery. Trish has had the privilege of personally coaching dozens of dental business owners and their teams in systems, processes and methods to help them improve the performance levels of their practices, offering essential, easy-to-use tools which can be implemented immediately. Having consulted with solo and group practices, she has a keen understanding of the operational issues that practices deal with on a day to day basis. She is known for bringing exceptional compassion and understanding into the process of change which help eliminate the emotional barriers that can impede the desired results.
