Abby is a Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Project Manager and Coach at Energy 350. She has over 8 years of experience as a program and project manager of utility funded energy efficiency programs. She finds joy and satisfaction in creating tools and processes that set others up for success and is always looking for ways to make energy efficiency more approachable for customers and clients. Abby has a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University, and a Master's degree in Natural Resources from Virginia Tech's Center for Leadership in Global Sustainability. Outside of work, Abby enjoys camping and hiking with family and friends, gardening, and searching for the best fried chicken sandwich.

Adam Scherba

Adam Scherba is a Project Manager at Energy 350. He is a Mechanical Engineer with 10 years of experience in the Energy Efficiency industry. Adam splits his time between working as an account manager for the Energy Trust Industrial Efficiency Program, and as our engineering lead for work with Puget Sound Energy. He has experience across industrial and commercial efficiency projects ranging from ammonia refrigeration systems to dust collection, compressed air, wastewater treatment, and HVAC systems. Adam is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP). He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State, and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University. When he's not analyzing trend data or installing dataloggers, Adam's busy enjoying the outdoors - often with his wife and two kids in tow. He enjoys biking (and tinkering/building bikes in the garage), hiking, skiing, and pretty much anything that will get him out of the house and into the mountains. He also bakes some really tasty pizza and desserts!

Alison Knoedler

She is always searching for ways to grow and improve processes and outcomes for her team. Alison has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Stanford University, a Multiple Subject Teaching Certification from California State University Long beach, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Sustainability from the University of Portland. When not working, Alison loves spending time with her family, crafting, playing games of all types (board, card, sports), and spending time outside. Having migrated from the Midwest, she loves the amazing scenery and access to the mountains and ocean that the Pacific Northwest provides.

Angelica Boehme

Angelica has extensive experience with organizational change, group facilitation, curriculum development and behavioral psychology. She enjoys building relationships, problem solving, and helping organizations achieve their goals. She is also passionate about empowering individuals to use their personal strengths in a dynamic team environment. Angelica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Willamette University with a focus on Behavioral Economics and Environmental Science. She later earned her Master's in Teaching with a focus on Secondary Mathematics and Science, also from Willamette University. Born and raised in McMinnville Oregon, Angelica is a self-proclaimed "townie". When not working, she enjoys: coaching, playing pickleball, boardgames, listening to podcasts, going to sporting events, spending time at home (and on the court) with her husband and snuggling her two littles.

Braydon Calder

Braydon is a Project Coordinator with Energy 350. In his role Braydon oversees the quality control, submission, tracking, processing, and reporting for all contract deliverables. With an eye for detail, Braydon takes pride in his professional communication skills, ability to prioritize, and coordination of several moving pieces. Braydon holds a B.A. in Civic Communication and Media Studies from Willamette University and is excited to work with the amazing team at Energy 350 to advance climate justice through their energy efficiency projects. In his time off, Braydon enjoys playing and coaching soccer, doing anything outdoors, reading, spending time with his nieces and nephews, and watching Love Island (the UK version).

Candace Matthews

With a diverse background spanning digital marketing, event coordination, content creation, and account management within the tech and manufacturing realms, Candace brings a unique blend of skills to the team. Specializing in B2B sales and marketing, market research, and event management, Candace is your go-to guru for all things strategy and creativity. From crafting captivating social media campaigns to orchestrating full-scale digital marketing initiatives, she's your ultimate problem-solving partner. With a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Howard University and a Master's in Integrated Marketing Communication from Florida State University, Candace is armed with both knowledge and passion for her craft. Chris Hohman

Chris Hohman is a Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Coach at Energy 350. He leverages 15 years of broad manufacturing experience in the alternative fuel, chemicals, and materials industries to help our clients realize programmatic change and energy savings. Having served in various operations and engineering roles for both start-up and mature organizations, Chris brings a uniquely empathetic perspective to technical and organizational challenges. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and an MBA from Oregon State University. He's also an EIT and Six Sigma Green Belt. Outside of work, Chris spends most of his time chasing around his toddler, fixing up his old house, and doing just about anything outside. After growing up on the east coast, he fell in love with Oregon and settled in Corvallis. You can probably find him pushing a baby stroller through one of the Willamette Valley's finest disc golf courses.

Chris P. Smith

Chris is the President of Energy 350. He is a Mechanical Engineer with 22 years of experience in the energy efficiency field. His experience includes: efficiency program design and management energy studies energy engineering & analysis project management energy performance contracting technology research, measurement and verification, and evaluation demand response energy policy Chris has conducted hundreds of energy studies, managed hundreds of efficiency projects. He has also designed, managed, and evaluated dozens of energy efficiency programs. When not working, Chris is most happy in the mountains. Chris P. Smith is an Senior Engineer at Energy 350 where he has worked for the past 3 years. His prior experience includes 3 years as a commercial equipment sales representative in Oregon for an international HVAC systems manufacturer. Chris utilizes his background of commercial HVAC equipment knowledge and technical sales to drive engagement and participation in utility efficiency programs throughout the Pacific Northwest. His outreach focuses on distributors, manufacturers' representatives, and mechanical contractors. His ability to relate to anyone and convey technical information simply and intelligibly makes him ideal for the outreach role. To support programs, he also assists in commercial technical energy studies, marketing material development, and HVAC market analysis and intelligence gathering. Chris is a Certified Energy Manager and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University (2016). When not promoting energy efficiency you can find him at Providence Park cheering on his beloved Portland Timbers. He is a nut for all things music, loves going to concerts, and prides himself in his tastefully curated vinyl collection. He also enjoys spending time in Eastern Washington with family, relishing the last few years he will be able to outrun his nieces and nephew when playing soccer.

Clark Fisher

Clark Fisher is the Director of Programs at Energy 350. He is a licensed HVAC Mechanical Engineer with 18 years of experience in the facilities and energy efficiency field. Specialties include managing the implementation of industrial efficiency programs as well as conducting industrial and commercial energy assessments. Prior to joining Energy 350, Clark oversaw the Nexant Portland office and was responsible for all active contracts as well as leading the business development effort for the Northwest. Before entering the energy efficiency field, Clark spent five years as a construction management facilities engineer, managing the planning, design and implementation of multi-million dollar capital improvement projects for the United States Government. Clark's focus while holding this position was on the design, implementation, and renovation of energy efficient mechanical systems.

Erin Donnelly

Erin Donnelly is a Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Coach at Energy 350. Erin has over 7 years of experience in the sustainability space with the last 3 years spent working directly with utilities to improve the energy efficiency of residential and commercial customers. She is a self-proclaimed "party planner for the environment" and enjoys empowering teams to take charge of their energy use. As a collegiate cheerleader, she has taken her skills out of the arena and into her everyday life, always encouraging and supporting her teams to help them reach their goals. Erin has a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with a focus on Environmental Action, Policy, and Communication from Grand Valley State University and a master's degree in Natural Resource Management from Virginia Tech. When not working, Erin loves to be outdoors. It was a big reason why she moved from Grand Rapids, Michigan to Portland, Oregon in 2023! She spends her time on long walks with her dog Omie, on the Jeep trails with her partner, enjoying a game of golf, and winding down from her poor golf game with some yoga.

Eva Haykin

Prior to starting at Energy 350 in October 2022, they worked as an Outreach Coordinator, Researcher, Communications Specialist, and occasional Graphic Designer within the non-profit sector. Eva holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Studio Art from Beloit College and is thrilled to work amongst Energy 350's incredible team of engineers, researchers, and industry workers to advance climate justice through the implementation of innovative energy conservation projects. In their off time, Eva loves drawing & printmaking, gardening, going to concerts, and doing just about anything outdoors with their loved ones.

Eve Green

Eve Green is the Director of People & Culture at Energy 350. She is a Mechanical Engineer with 14 years of experience in energy efficiency consulting. At Energy 350, Eve develops energy efficiency projects at manufacturing facilities, performs energy studies, and works to make sure installed projects are saving energy as promised. She works with facility personnel to optimize mechanical systems so customers can do more with less energy. She loves seeing how things are made in Oregon! Eve is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Oregon. She holds a master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Eve enjoys navigating rivers on her raft, traveling, and entertaining her pup, who is a very good boy.

Forest Giardina

Enjoys working with technical experts and customers to identify areas for improvement while conducting in-depth energy efficiency studies to maximize savings while reducing overall operation costs. Assists in the implementation of projects and verifying process improvements for greater energy efficiency. Forest has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University.

Gertrude Villaverde

Gertrude was just an intern at a manufacturing facility when Energy 350 happened upon her. She worked with the Energy 350 team on an energy study for the site and was hired right out of college. At Energy 350, she supports multiple contracts with technical analysis in production efficiency for industrial facilities, efficiency upgrades for existing buildings, and market transformation for regional energy efficiency. Gertrude is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP). She has an Honors Bachelor of Science in Energy Systems Engineering from Oregon State University - Cascades. Her involvement with the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) started in 2015, and she is currently president of the Columbia River Chapter in Portland, OR. When she's not digging through the data, she's digging through the dirt in her garden or getting muddy on a hike. Equally as in-doorsy as out-, she loves to cook/bake (as a precursor to eating, her one true love), knit and crochet, and dote over her animals (two birds & a bird-dog)

Gregory Annis

Jeff Davis

Jeff Davis is a Professional Mechanical Engineering and Senior Engineer at Energy 350 with 8 years of experience in the energy efficiency field, specializing in building science and mechanical and electrical systems. Jeff's core competencies are in technical evaluation, energy analysis, and excel-based energy modeling. In his tenure with Energy 350, Jeff has analyzed energy savings for hundreds of measures at industrial facilities across the Pacific Northwest and California. Prior to Energy 350, Jeff designed electrical systems in commercial buildings at Fluent Engineering. Jeff graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering where he specialized in energy efficient building design. In his free time, Jeff enjoys gardening, bio-construction, food forestry and reforestation.

Jerrine Wong

Jerrine Wong is an Account Manager with Energy 350. At Energy 350, Jerrine works with industrial customers to identify and develop energy efficiency projects as part of Energy Trust of Oregon's Production Efficiency program. She maintains customer relationships and assists in scoping, implementation, and the measurement and verification of energy projects. She has also contributed to actively expanding the program to include DEI customers. Prior to joining Energy 350, Jerrine worked in engineering positions in the pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). In her free time, she is typically walking through mountains, climbing up rocks, or cooking and eating with friends.

John Heflin

John Heflin is the HVAC Trade Ally Manager at Energy 350. John is an account manager with ten years of experience in the commercial and residential HVAC and plumbing industries throughout the Northwest region. John's sales experience and project management spans the range of small residential systems to large million-dollar commercial builds. In his previous role at Geary Pacific and Consolidated Supply, John worked with both the Hot Water solutions and Going Ductless programs run by NEEA. Building on this knowledge, he increased contractor acceptance of energy-efficient products while educating them on best practices for retrofit installations. John's extensive customer-facing experience allows him to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as navigate all aspects of mechanical projects, including manufacturing, distribution, building, and design. John is the primary outreach specialist for Bonneville Power Administration's (BPA) residential energy efficiency program handling direct HVAC and plumbing outreach to supply chain market actors, including manufacturers, manufacturers reps, distributors, and contractors. Outside of work, John enjoys traveling, hiking, camping with friends, Photography, and playing drums for various bands in the greater Portland metro area.

Jordan Pratt

Jordan Pratt is a Project Manager at Energy 350. He is a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for energy efficiency. Jordan manages a wide range of emerging technology field tests and market transformation efforts for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA). He has experience analyzing complex mechanical systems as well as installing, commissioning, and testing a variety of equipment and systems. He is an expert in long-term data collection and leveraging data visualization tools to communicate important insights from large, complex data sets. Prior to Energy 350, Jordan worked as a mechanical design engineer specializing in high performance, energy efficient systems. Jordan is a licensed Profession Engineer (PE) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM). He received his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Energy and Design Engineering and his Master of Science (MS) in Civil Engineering (Sustainable Design and Construction) from Stanford University. Jordan loves being outside with his wife and three kids. During his free time, he also enjoys golfing, running and surfing.

Josh Weissert

Josh is a Principal Engineer at Energy 350 and a Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in energy and industrial engineering. He manages large projects across a diverse array of evaluation, research, and implementation. Currently, he is completing an evaluation of California's first Strategic Energy Management (SEM) programs launched in 2018 for CPUC. In addition to his role in evaluation, he has been an integral member of the Energy 350 team implementing industrial programs including SEM for Energy Trust of Oregon. Beyond SEM and industrial, Josh has experience with commercial building auditing, including leading a demand response assessment at the University of British Columbia (Point Grey Campus), conducting numerous building ventilation assessments for certification (LEED and Fitwel), and supporting Energy Trust, BPA, Puget Sound Energy and City of Seattle with commercial building studies. Outside of work, Josh enjoys being a parent, camping with his family, woodworking and fishing.

Jude Kirstein

Her approach is person-centered and collaborative, helping teams set and achieve ambitious goals (and having fun doing it!). Jude is a life-long learner with a dedication to personal and professional development. Jude has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. When not working, Jude answers the call to adventure in the great outdoors. Justin Ramsay is a Senior Energy Engineer at Energy 350. He's a is a Mechanical Engineer with 13 years of experience in the Energy Efficiency field. Justin serves as a Senior Energy Engineer, performing technical analyses for commercial and industrial customers. In this role he works with program administrators, equipment vendors, and site personnel to identify, quantify, and implement energy efficiency upgrades. He has established himself as a subject matter expert for compressed air, vacuum, dust collection, and pumping systems, working with customers across various industries to identify unique solutions to save energy and improve operation in these systems. Before his time with Energy 350, Justin was a Senior Project Engineer with Nexant, Inc. and Compression Engineering Corp. Justin is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Oregon. He has his Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, coaching tee-ball, and attempting to leave the world a better place.

Kari Hidle

Kari Hidle is the Program Operations Manager for Energy 350's Energy Trust of Oregon Production Efficiency contract. Kari has been with Energy 350 since 2016, when she was hired as an Administrative Assistant. With a passion and skill for quality control, she quickly moved into the project coordination role. In this role, Kari oversees the quality control, submission, tracking, processing and reporting for all contract deliverables. She has a B.A. in English Literature from Southern Oregon University and enjoys utilizing her technical writing review skills to ensure that all deliverables meet Energy 350's high quality-standards and to keep project timelines on track. Outside of work, Kari enjoys camping, gardening, traveling, reading and spending time with her family.

Kelson Redding

Kelson Redding is a Mechanical Engineer who has lent his talents to Energy 350 as a Project Manager since 2015. His contributions include new customer and contractor outreach and education, account management and engineering analysis. Kelson prides himself on resourcefulness, results, and engaging and informing customers and clients on energy efficiency in an approachable way. In fact, he is most excited when faced with the challenge of motivating our more reluctant customers to work with our team on efficiency. Kelson is particularly adept at putting himself in the customer's shoes as he joined our team after doing his first efficiency project as an industrial customer himself. Seeing the immense impact this work can have, inspired him to pivot into a career in energy efficiency. Prior to joining Energy 350, Kelson dabbled in the construction trades, served in the Navy, and after getting his mechanical engineering degree, worked as a manufacturing engineer in the automotive and metals industries. His broad experience earned him the ability to connect and communicate with most folks. Kelson's credentials include his license as a Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Oregon Tech. When Kelson is not working you will find him spending time with his wife and two kids, riding bikes, skiing, daydreaming, building something interesting, or finding just about any excuse to spend time outside.

Kevin Campbell

Kevin Campbell is the Director of Strategic Energy Management (SEM) at Energy 350. He is a Mechanical Engineer with 10 years of experience in the Energy Efficiency industry. Kevin manages Energy 350's SEM delivery including program design, contract management, and measurement & verification (M&V). He is Energy 350's subject matter expert on whole-facility M&V. While at Energy 350, Kevin has conducted numerous energy studies, managed relationships with key customers and clients, and completed research and evaluation studies. Prior to joining Energy 350, Kevin worked at Portland Energy Conservation, Inc. (PECI), where he primarily supported energy efficiency efforts in the commercial sector. Kevin is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP). He has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Portland State University. Leia Adkisson - COO

Leia Adkisson is the Director of Operations at Energy 350. Energy 350 runs on Leia's tenacity to get things done. She started with the company as a part-time Administrative Assistant in 2014 and quickly moved up to Office Manager. Wanting to help the team as much as possible, she stepped up to assist in all areas of the company. Now she handles most operations for Energy 350 from payroll, accounting, AP/AR, invoicing, billing, contract management, human resources, benefits administration, project coordination, information systems management, website updates, and social media communications. Leia is energized by working with Engineers who use their knowledge and skills to make the world a more sustainable place. In her off time, Leia enjoys spending time with her family on their quiet property or camping around Oregon. They have an apple orchard and take pleasure in making hard cider each season for sharing with friends.

Luis Morales

Luis Morales is an Account Manager at Energy 350. He engages with manufacturers face-to-face, with an emphasis on first-time customers, and underrepresented clients in minority groups and rural areas. Luis introduces available resources for energy efficiency, and conducts preliminary assessments of cost-effective energy efficiency measures through energy audits. He assists our clients through project implementation and conducts measurement and verification activities for final closeout. Prior to Energy 350, Luis held several positions in Quality and Production Engineering, and Research & Development at PCC Structurals. There, he worked on the development of Quality Management Systems, and automated processes using robotics and vision systems. Luis is an Engineer in Training (EIT), and Energy Manager in Training (EMIT) with the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). He received a Bachelor of Science degree with a Minor in Business and Entrepreneurship at Oregon State University - Cascades. Outside of work, Luis likes bingeing movies, tv, and video games with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys Djing and producing electronic music, bouldering, and practices Jiu Jitsu.

Matt Lucas

Matt Lucas is a Project Manager at Energy 350 with 17 years of experience in the Energy sector, starting as an Engineering Intern at a coal-fired power plant in Mississippi. Now Matt is responsible for managing the delivery of our Technical Analysis Studies for the Energy Trust's Production Efficiency program. He loves getting into the weeds of large industrial systems to find ways to lower their energy use. Matt is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State. Other than work, Matt enjoys playing in the ocean at Short Sand Beach, long walks in the Northwest's Old Growth forests, runs in Forest Park, and snowboarding down Mt Hood's slopes.

Matt Martinez

Matt Martinez is a mechanical engineer with 7 years of experience in the HVAC and energy modeling fields. Prior to Energy 350, Matt worked as a lead design engineer at a design-build firm, creating mechanical systems for commercial buildings, multifamily high-rises, laboratories, data centers, and industrial processes. He also built performance energy models for buildings meeting LEED or California Title 24 benchmarks. At Energy 350, Matt is a Senior Engineer who works on Strategic Energy Management (SEM) and Existing Buildings programs. Matt graduated from Portland State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California. In his free time, Matt enjoys the outdoors: biking around town, bicycle touring, backpacking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. He and his wife Julia recently returned from Germany, where they lived for eight months.

Meg Waltner

Meg is a Project Manager at Energy 350. She is a mechanical engineer with over a decade of experience identifying and achieving energy savings in buildings and equipment from the individual building to policy scale. Meg combines deep energy policy expertise with skills in mechanical design, retrocommissioning, and energy analysis. At Energy 350, Meg both identifies and verifies energy savings at the individual facility level and informs building codes and policy with her technical expertise. Prior to joining Energy 350, Meg was a Senior Consultant at Arup and the Manager for Building Energy Policy at the Natural Resources Defense Council. At Arup, Meg's work spanned from HVAC design to energy efficiency program design and delivery. At NRDC, Meg was the lead advocate and negotiator for strong appliance efficiency standards, building codes, and test procedures set in CA, the US, and internationally. Meg holds an MS and BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of California. Outside of work, Meg enjoys spending time outside backpacking, biking, and skiing, renovating old houses, and spending time with friends and family.

Natalie Sherwood

Natalie Sherwood is an Engineer III at Energy 350. Natalie is a licensed Mechanical Engineer with 7 years of experience in HVAC systems design and building energy modeling. At Energy 350, Natalie serves as a general "Nerd", producing energy audits and working with utilities and regional energy conservation programs to incentivize upgrades to a variety of mechanical systems. She has considerable experience with large commercial HVAC and a recent crash course in commercial refrigeration and compressed air systems. Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University, where she received several academic awards in the building science discipline. These honors include first place in the ASHRAE Integrated Sustainable Building Design Competition and a Green Building Scholarship from the National Science Foundation. In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her partner, making stuff, traveling, writing songs, and losing a little piece of her soul every time the Dodgers don't win the World Series.

Nick Lorenz

Nick Lorenz is an Industrial Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Coach at Energy350. He spent close to a decade as a founder and business owner of Nectar Creek until the company was acquired by 2Towns Ciderhouse. Nick's understanding of program design, organizational development, and business operations are key to his ability to fuel the growth and health of organizations. Nick has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Ecological Agriculture from University of Vermont, an Executive MBA from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Nick is native to the southern Willamette Valley in Oregon. Outside of work you are most likely to find him running through the woods, floating rivers, playing music, or traveling.

Ola Miles

Ola is the Office Manager at Energy 350 where she manages day to day operations including snack and beer acquisition, party planning, and office administration. Her favorite part is when she gets to assist the engineers and pretend to be a scientist. Ola studied as a vocal major in jazz school and then went on to be an elementary school music teacher. That did not last long though as that is the work of actual superhumans, which Ola is not. Ola brings her big heart to our culture at Energy 350. Her positive and loving personality make the office a second home for our employees. In her free time, she enjoys long walks with her best friend Peppers, contemplating life, the universe and everything, and trying to initiate dance parties wherever she goes.

Phil Gordon

Phil Gordon is an Senior Engineer at Energy 350. He has 9 years of experience working with energy efficiency, and 5 years of experience working as an Energy Engineer. In his time at Energy 350, Phil specialized in utility energy efficiency program evaluations, particularly with Strategic Energy Management (SEM) and custom industrial, agricultural, and commercial programs. He is a "utility player" and performs engineering for a variety of project types including energy efficiency studies and verification, energy efficiency measure development, utility evaluations, and others. Prior to joining Energy 350, Phil worked extensively with commercial energy efficiency, particularly with Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) and Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) projects. Phil has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Vermont. When he is not working, Phil is often snowboarding, dreaming about snowboarding, camping in the mountains, playing tennis, or riding an electric skateboard around Portland.

Phillip McNamara

Phillip McNamara is the Engineering Manager (Nerd Wrangler) of Energy 350. A Mechanical Engineer with 17 years of experience in energy efficiency, mechanical systems, and building science, Phillip is an expert in HVAC and refrigeration. He has designed and overseen the installation of dozens of systems and led and conducted over 1,000 energy efficiency studies. Phillip is a Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He is also a Chapter Officer for the Refrigerating Engineers and Technicians Association (RETA).

Roger Courtain

Roger is an account manager at Energy 350. Roger genuinely enjoys helping industrial customers improve their viability through the synergistic benefits of energy conservation. Prior to joining Energy 350, Roger was a Facilities/Plant engineer for 25 years at Siltronic Corporation, a semiconductor grade silicon wafer fab, where he was responsible for many critical manufacturing support systems such as, dry-side and wet-side HVAC systems, process vacuum, process cooling, compressed air, steam boilers, high-purity bulk chemicals, exhaust treatment systems, new wafer manufacturing and lab tool installations, and cleanroom construction. In addition, Roger supported other fab systems, including ultrapure water, and wastewater treatment. Roger implemented and sustained energy conservation efforts in each of these systems.
