Colleen Hoy

  • Director of Product
Colleen joined ENA in 2017, bringing with her a unique background in the intersection of education and technology. She has experience supporting K-12 instructional technology strategy, product development in the fintech and financial education space, supporting access to technology education for students of all ages, and a range of experience navigating and working in the policy arena of public education in Tennessee. As ENA's Director of Product, Colleen oversees product management and product strategy activities. She currently serves on the PENCIL Foundation board of directors, a nonprofit organization that links community resources with public schools to help make an impact. Colleen has been recognized by industry peers for her many achievements, winning Nashville Technology Council's Product Manager of the Year award and being named by the Nashville Business Journal as a 40 under 40 winner.

Cory Ayers

Job Titles:
  • Chief Architect
Cory joined ENA in February 2000 as one of the company's first network engineers. Since then, his role has greatly expanded, and he has served in several architectural roles.  As Chief Architect, Cory leads ENA's team of network, security, wireless, radio frequency, and voice architects. This team is responsible for developing customer solutions, guiding technology initiatives, and supporting ENA product designs and deployments. Cory also provides strategic oversight of ENA's broadband portfolio, including backbone, transit, and peering relationships.  Cory holds Cisco CCIE, RedHat RHCE, Fortinet NSE7, and CEH Master certifications.  Prior to joining ENA, Cory served in the Army for eight years and is a Desert Storm veteran.

Dana Moore

A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Dana was elected to the Tennessee House of Representatives in the 1980s, where she served on the House Education and Judiciary Committees. She has spent the last 20 years in marketing and business development in both the private and non-profit sectors. Dana came to ENA from Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, where she served as director of the popular Early Childhood Literacy Program.

Gayle Nelson

Job Titles:
  • Chief Revenue Officer
Gayle joined ENA in 2004, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in technology sales focused on customer service and high performance cultures, and driving growth in new and mature markets. At ENA, she is responsible for national sales and business development, customer relationship management, and community relations. Gayle's active participation in regional, state, and national associations helps to guide ENA's advocacy efforts and ensure that our customers' needs and expectations are always met.

Kitty O'Connor - Chief Legal Officer

Job Titles:
  • General Counsel
Kitty O'Connor serves as ENA's General Counsel and is a strategic leader for legal and regulatory initiatives across the company. She advocates for ENA as an active participant in the E-rate and Rural Health Care programs at the Federal Communications Commission. Kitty's dedicated work and expertise with USAC and the FCC has helped navigate complex appeals and approvals; resulting in the successful funding for key technology programs for customers such as school districts and healthcare institutions across the nation. Kitty is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and Tennessee. She is a member of the following associations: The American Bar Association; the Federal Communications Bar Association; The Tennessee Bar Association; and trained as a Rule 31 Mediator. Prior to ENA, Kitty worked at Samsung North America in California and New Jersey on the Strategic Planning Team and at Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas on the Government Relations and Corporate Responsibility Team.

Michael McKerley - President

Michael joined ENA in 2000 as a systems engineer and has served in a variety of roles at ENA, most recently as Chief Technology Officer. As President, Michael leads ENA's overall technology solutions portfolio and market strategy. He is proud to have spent most of his career at ENA and he is passionate about bringing scalable, reliable, and useful solutions to community anchor institutions across the nation.
