Encore was founded by Greg Kaiser & Lisa Hiday in 1989, with the goal of bringing a fresh perspective and new approach to fruit ingredient marketing. Not satisfied with the idea of becoming just another brokerage or trading company, Greg & Lisa saw a need to merge processing technology and technical skill while truly serving the customer and the supplier for the mutual benefit of all parties involved. By combining an array of diverse, yet complimentary skills, and successful prior experience in domestic and international markets, Encore was able to offer suppliers and customers a new type of ingredient marketing company...
