Ashok recently retired as Quality director from Fujitsu where he worked for 25 years. Before Fujitsu, he worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories for 8 years in Chicago. He is in the quality management field for 25+ years. Ashok is a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the TIA/QuEST Forum. He has been with QuEST Forum since beginning and has held several leadership positions. He was Chair of the Global Business Excellence Workgroup for 10+ years. He has published papers on software quality and has co-authored a book on TL 9000 implementation. He has a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, India and a M.S. degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, USA.
Ashok helped set up quality system at Fujitsu Network Communications, Inc. He is also an internal auditor for TL 9000 and ISO 9001 standards. He is currently the Convenor of Communications and Product Support task group with ISO's Technical Committee 176 which defines the contents of management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 9004, etc.

David's common-sense approach and technical background in food safety software, food safety audit management has allowed him to develop a consulting approach that produces shorter implementation and certification times. David has supported and brought over 100+ food service clients seeking GFSI certification to successful implementation. His focus is a business-driven initiative of food safety management systems to ensure food facilities are audit ready daily. He has worked supporting both auditors and certification bodies in the scheduling and category management for all levels of GFSI, FDA, 3 rd party addendum (Cosco, etc), SMETA and GMP certification. He has been entrusted to develop and train QA/QC Technicians and practitioners for many of his clients. His current clients include Bakery, Snack Food Processing facilities, Fruit, Fruit Juices, Recipe Meals Manufacture, Manufacture of Dietary Supplements, Food Ingredient Manufacture, just to name a few.
David is HACCP, PCQI, Traceability, and Internal Audit Certified and has become the key recommended food-safety and 3rd party consultant contact for his clients nationwide.

Farhan Ahmed is a Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) field. During his career he worked with multiple large-scale global Testing, Inspection and Certification companies and was responsible for managing operations in Asia, Middle East, and North America.
He is an experienced professional in product, personnel and management systems certification field with technical qualifications and vast experience in Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety and Social Accountability compliance management and assessment areas.
He participated at various levels in developing and implementing policies and processes in achieving and maintaining multiple accreditations and license to operate on various accreditation standard.
He is a seasoned resource in providing consulting services, and developing & managing various certification, assessment, assurance, and verification schemes in the fields of ESG, Sustainability, Social Accountability, Supply Chain Sustainability Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality and Energy management fields.
Farhan has conducted over 2000 man-days of auditing in quality, environment, occupational health & safety, social accountability, sustainability, and responsible sourcing fields, provided consulting various companies and delivered over 200 public training courses.

Geoff Hager has two years' experience as Quality Manager in a converting operation, four years as Quality Supervisor in a corrugated manufacturing facility, thirteen years as a project manager and two years in sales. He worked his way to these positions by starting as an auditor and has hands on experience in daily operations and ISO 9001.
In the mid-1990s he began writing his first ISO work instruction and ultimately assisted in implementing ISO 9001 in 3 facilities. He also implemented FSC and SFI chain of custody systems while serving as quality manager.

Natasha Ellison is a Quality Professional with 24 years' experience working in various manufacturing, warehouse & distribution and logistics industries. Her career as a Quality Professional consist of managing Multi-Site Quality and Environmental Systems, Quality in Manufacturing, Supplier Management, Import/Export quality, Product Inspections and Testing, Product Certifications and product quality for various End User Home Retail Products in multiple industries.

Robert Brueggeman has 12 1/2 years' experience as Quality Manager in a large machine shop and 8 1/2 years as Quality Supervisor in a high-volume injection molding facility making 20 to 25 million components per day. He worked his way to these positions by starting as an inspector and has hands on experience in daily operations.
In the early 1990s he began writing his first ISO work instruction and ultimately assisted in implementing four ISO 9001 systems prior to his hire at Quality System Enhancement.
Mr. Brueggeman is also a member of American Society for Quality and has served as Chairman for his local Palmetto Chapter as well as being a board member for a number of years.
Mr. Brueggeman has assisted with 60 plus facilities implementing ISO Quality, FSSC, AIB, and SQF food safety systems since joining QSE.
