With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Ted's strong management and engineering background is an integral part of ENRC's success. He matriculated from Widener University with is Bachelors in Science in Chemical Engineering while working for a prominent southern New Jersey well drilling and wastewater company. Throughout Ted's career, he achieved much success and served as an Executive Vice President for a large turn-key environmental remediation company.
Feeling that some clients were underserved from his employer, Ted decided to form his own environmental remediation company in 1992 and now owning Enterprise Network Resolutions Contracting, LLC (ENRC). Ted has vast knowledge in proposal development, estimating, project administration, contract negotiations, and field operations.

Tom has over 35 years of experience in the remedial and demolition industry. He graduated with a BS from Rowan University in 1994. He started as a laborer in 1988 for the Glassboro Highway Dept and held positions as a supervisor and/or foreman for a number of remediation companies until he started with ENRC in 2006 as a Site Forman/Supervisor.
In 2023 Tom was promoted to Operations Manager which he transitioned into with ease. Due to the knowledge that he has and his ability to communicate well with clients he has been an asset in his new role.
