Has over 15 years of international experience in the food, complementary medicine and cosmetic industries. She received her doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles in Toxicology and Pharmacology. She received her Masters of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Harvard University and her Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois.
Has over 25 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. He has consulted on formulating cosmetic and toiletry products while based in the United Kingdom, Australia and in Taiwan, to countries around the world including Switzerland, USA, Japan, Australia, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Scandinavia and Canada. He has assisted in preparing quasi-drug product, medicated product and other therapeutic goods applications to governments in a number of countries, across products ranging from creams, lotions, hair products, dental products and vitamin tablet and capsule preparations.
Renee received a Bachelor of Science at the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) at Macquarie University and in 1997 she was awarded a PhD (Medicine) at the University of NSW. In 2005 she completed a Master's Degree in Industrial Property at the University of Technology. Renee has been Director at Engel Hellyer & Partners since 2013.
A chartered chemist of nearly 15 years standing, he started his career in the QC laboratory of a multi-national pharmaceutical company and then progressed to more senior roles within pharmaceutical QA, dealing with quality systems and manufacturing. In performing this role he has developed a strong understanding of the regulatory framework pertaining to cosmetic products and industrial chemicals at the federal and state levels.
