Dr. Palacios is a NACE-Certified Chemical Treatment and Internal Corrosion Specialist with 28 years of effective work experience in mechanical integrity, corrosion, flow assurance and chemical treatment on offshore and onshore facilities worldwide.
With more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector, he has assisted in the development of NCCR's "Pipeline Operator Qualification Training" program, has presented seminars for local, regional and international NACE conferences and is an accredited NACE instructor for Basic and Advanced Internal Pipeline Control.
28 years as President of EnhanceCo with over 45 years of experience in international and domestic oil and gas production and pipeline operations specializing in corrosion and chemical treatment. He is a lifetime member of NACE and has authored papers and presented seminars at multiple venues on topics including all aspects of internal corrosion in production and pipelines.
