Dr. Shah, part of Englewood Orthopedic Associates, is chief of orthopedic surgery, director of orthopedic implants, and a founding member of the Joint Replacement Center at Englewood Hospital. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery. His clinical interests include minimally invasive knee and hip replacement and complex revision knee and hip reconstruction. Dr. Shah received his MD, as well as a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology, from Jefferson Medical College (now the Sidney Kimmel Medical College) of Thomas Jefferson University, in Philadelphia, where he also completed a National Institutes of Health molecular biology fellowship. He did his orthopedic surgery residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital, in Manhattan, and a hip and knee implant fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, in Boston. Dr. Shah is a co-author of the book chapter on orthopedic geriatrics in a geriatric medicine and gerontology textbook and a co-author on numerous research publications in peer-reviewed journals. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, an oral examiner for the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, and Eastern Orthopedic Association.

Dr. Carlin is chief of pediatric newborn medicine at Englewood Hospital. Board certified in neonatal-perinatal medicine, she specializes in providing medical and intensive care to newborn and premature infants. Dr. Carlin received her MD from Boston University School of Medicine and did her internship and residency in pediatrics at Boston City Hospital. At Englewood, Dr. Carlin has been a member of the medical executive committee, breastfeeding task force, ob/gyn committee, bylaws committee, and medical PPE. Her research has appeared in numerous peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Carlin is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and of the American Academy of Pediatrics-Section of Neonatal/Perinatal Medicine. She has particular interest in neonatal nutrition and blood management.
Dr. Lobel is chief of anesthesiology at Englewood Hospital. He specializes in pediatric anesthesiology and oversees critical care medicine, the hyperbaric oxygen therapy program, and pain management.
After receiving his MD from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, he completed an internal medicine internship at Maine Medical Center, an anesthesiology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center and a pediatric anesthesiology fellowship at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago at Northwestern University.
He is a past president of the medical staff at Englewood Hospital, treasurer of the New Jersey State Society of Anesthesiologists and a delegate to the American Society of Anesthesiologists. He serves on the Committee on Patient Blood Management of the American Society of Anesthesiologists. A co-author of numerous articles that have appeared in peer-reviewed publications, Dr. Lobel has contributed chapters to several books.
Dr. Lobel has volunteered on close to a dozen international medical missions with Healing the Children, New Jersey, where he provides anesthesia and medical care to children in need.

Dr. McGinty is chief of surgery and surgical services at Englewood Hospital. After receiving his MD from Drexel University School of Medicine, he did a surgical residency at Allegheny General Hospital and an advanced laparoscopic surgical fellowship at the Minimal Access Surgical Center at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center.
He specializes in laparoscopic bariatric surgery, performing the full array of weight-loss procedures, including revisional and gastric bypass surgeries. He also performs advanced laparoscopic general surgery, including foregut procedures. Dr. McGinty is a member of the board of directors of the Association of Program Directors in Surgery. He is the author and co-author of numerous articles that have appeared in peer-reviewed publications, and he has contributed chapters to several books. He has lectured extensively on weight-loss and minimally invasive surgery, both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Yao is board certified in neurological surgery. He is chied of neurosurgery at Englewood Hospital. His main clinical interests are the neurosurgical management of primary brain and spine tumors; metastatic brain and spine disease, as well as nonmalignant tumors of the brain and spine; degenerative spinal disc disease; and trigeminal neuralgia. He has expertise in complex brain and spine tumor surgery; spinal surgery for herniated discs and stenosis; endoscopic pituitary surgery; and Gamma Knife® radiosurgery. Dr. Yao received his MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his neurosurgery residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and then completed a neurosurgical oncology fellowship at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. He is a fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and of the American College of Surgeons, as well as a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.

Peter Shin, MD, is chief of medicine and hospital medicine at Englewood Hospital. Dr. Shin is board certified in internal medicine and specializes in caring forhospitalized patients. He works closely with the Internal Medicine Residency Program at EHMC and supervises medical residents and students to help manage patients through a continuum of multidisciplinary hospital care. Dr. Suri is chief of family practice at Englewood Hospital. She is board certified in family medicine, geriatric medicine, and hospice and palliative medicine. She earned her MD from Lady Hardinge Medical College, in New Delhi. She did her internship in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Elmhurst Hospital and Medical Center, her residency in family medicine at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, and a geriatrics fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Suri specializes in primary care and geriatrics, in particular, the treatment of dementia. She participates in clinical research and has lectured across the region on palliative care and hospice. She is a past president of the Bergen Indian Medical Association and president-elect of NJ Long-Term Care Coalition and NJ American Medical Directors Association (AMDA). She is a member of the American Association of Physician Leaders, New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians, and National Assisted Living Committee at the AMDA.

Dr. Scheller is medical director of the Graf Center for Integrative Medicine at Englewood Health. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and integrative medicine. Dr. Scheller completed an integrative medicine fellowship at the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. She has been an attending physician at Englewood Hospital for two decades. She received her MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Medical School, followed by an obstetrics and gynecology residency at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center. In addition to her MD, she holds an MBA from the University of Houston and an MS in human nutrition from Columbia University's Institute of Human Nutrition.
