Andrew has played a key role in many of Champlin | EOP's most high-profile projects. He has served as project manager for large mixed-use developments, academic/institutional facilities, research facilities, historic preservation/adaptive reuse and the largest Net Zero project in the Commonwealth. His areas of expertise include cost and schedule control, project management, construction administration, life/fire safety and code compliance.

"You have to understand how people heal to design an environment to help them." April specializes in healthcare design and has a deep understanding of the importance of patient-centric design. April's work blends staff functionality with factors such as the careful use of color, texture, and materials as well as space planning that creates a pleasant environment for all users. April brings the goals of the client to the forefront.
April's abilities to connect with the clients and effectively communicate with them to understand and address their needs stems from her previous teaching experience. She was formerly an Instructor of Interior Design at Antonelli College, where she was hired for her commercial design experience. Being in front of the classroom honed April's communication and adaptability - skills she is today able to offer her clients.
April is certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) and has a certificate in Historic Preservation. In her free time, April enjoys creating and selling one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces and taxiing her children around town.

Involved. It's the best word to describe Becky, from her architectural style to her work with the Salvation Army, her church, and her children. Specializing in healthcare design, Becky loves problem-solving and discovering the conceptual needs and vision of each client. She's driven to excel and exceed expectations. Taking pride in her work, Becky is a dedicated team member and approaches each project with a sharp focus and attention to detail. Becky is a member of the program committee for the Salvation Army and spends her free time watching her kids play sports. She is also a member of St James of the Valley PSR (Parish School of Religion) Parent Group and a PSR Room Parent, as well as an assistant Girl Scout Daisy Troop leader.

One of the critical attributes of an active leader is their ability to teach and model a path for their people. It's no wonder that Ben, Champlin | EOP's CEO, exemplifies leadership for his team from his areas of architectural expertise to his personal life. Ben's passion for sharing knowledge and creating positive experiences is why he developed an expertise in adaptive reuse, rehabilitation, and modernization of existing buildings, including projects involving contemporary worship and higher education design. Plus, Ben loves a good challenge.
Ben uses his extensive experience to see each project through from conceptualization to construction. His commitment to achieving the client's vision is evident through his clear communication and hands-on involvement from project kick-off to closeout and beyond. His success at maintaining client relationships comes from being proactive in his design approach and a leader of the project process. Every day, Ben builds successful client relationships with a range of project Owners, stakeholders, and team members.
Of course, he finds time to participate in events outside of work. Ben is a member of AIA Cincinnati and a Vistage Group Member. Actively involved in the community and his church, Ben spends his free time volunteering alongside his family and occasionally sneaking in a round of golf.

Brent draws inspiration from sources as diverse as New York's High Line to his own backyard. He has designed a range of project types with a focus on private sector clientele across the region. From the initial programming phase through construction completion, he is involved at every level. In 2006, Brent became a Principal with the Champlin | EOP.
His passion is driven by a commitment to client relationships and providing each client with a unique architectural response. His experience includes a number of educational, civic & cultural, workplace, retail, restaurant, auditorium and museum projects, both small and large in scale.

Bryan received his Bachelor of Architecture in 1997 from the University of Cincinnati after working as an intern architect for Earl Swensson Associates in Nashville, Tennessee; Kann & Associates in Baltimore, Maryland; Kohn Pedersen Fox International in London, England; and Lehman, Smith, Wiseman in Washington D.C. After graduation, he joined Kann and Associates, in Baltimore, to work on various retail projects.
Technically adept, Bryan has fulfilled and exceeded client expectations for numerous clients across several market sectors, including higher education and workplace. This experience with various project types and teams gives him an insightful advantage to managing a systematic project approach. Bryan approaches every project by first analyzing its unique aspects and needs and then throughout the entire cycle of design, development, documentation, and construction. He focuses on problem-solving and executing exceptional designs. His knowledge of building systems, design, construction and client and partnering relationships is what makes him an asset to any project. Outside of the office, you'll find him spending time with family or working on the house.
As one of the leaders in our Dayton office, Bryan focuses on design and project management for civic & cultural, healthcare, higher education, and workplace clients. While managing his project teams with precise instruction, he also coordinates design and details with outside consultants and contractors. Bryan is known for his responsiveness and prides himself on the ability to provide excellent project support for his clients. He oversees his design teams with a sense of openness, making his clients and consultants feel comfortable while fostering a healthy work environment for all.
Bryan is a graduate of the AIA Greater Cincinnati Vision - Architect's Leadership Forum for Emerging Architects, and is currently a class member of Leadership Dayton. Outside of the office, Bryan enjoys hunting, fishing, and providing support to his kids as a Lebanon Youth Baseball and Fastpitch Softball Coach. He very involved in the Dayton community, serving on The Big Hoopla NCAA First Four local organizing committee, the Culture Works Board of Directors, and is the Secretary of the Board of Directors of AIA Dayton.
Since joining Champlin | EOP in 1998, Chris's efforts have been focused on ensuring that the firm's design commitment is executed appropriately with respect to the built environment to serve our clients.
His client base during his tenure with the firm is widely diversified and includes project types for corporate workplaces, hospitality, commercial, education, healthcare, retail, and others. Chris has created interior environments for the award-winning Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Office Building, KCTCS Administrative Offices, the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts Emergency Renovations and the Louisville headquarters of ORi among many others. He has been an instrumental designer on the firm's award-winning projects such as the Paris-Bourbon County Public Library, UK's Lee T. Todd, Jr. Building (College of Pharmacy) and the state's first LEED-certified building, Lincoln Hall on the campus on Berea College.

As an interior designer and the firm's workplace market leader, Christy specializes in helping her clients utilize space to reflect their unique corporate identities and cultures, resulting in an inclusive and collaborative design process. With her passion for space planning and design, she has the ability to organize spaces while creating impactful interior environments. She is a member of CREW (Commerical Real Estate Women), serving on the Special Events Committee, and a graduate of ArtsWave's Business on Board program, serving a three-year term on the arts board for Manifest, a creative research gallery and drawing center.
When she is not designing workplaces for Champlin | EOP's clients, Christy spends her free time as an active dance mom, a school classroom volunteer, and practicing her photography skills. She is also involved with Center Pointe Christian Church assisting with the children's ministry program, NextGen, and with Cinderella's Closet.
Daniel joined Champlin | EOP in 2006 and was made a Principal of the firm in 2019. His experience involves varied typologies including healthcare, academic, multi-family residential, residential, retail, fitness/recreation, and workplace. A graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Design, Daniel served as the President of AIA Kentucky, and was the first recipient of the AIA Kentucky's Emerging Professional Award in 2010.
Daniel has exceptional organizational and communication skills, design talents and a well-rounded project management process.
It's critical in healthcare to set clear expectations and manage the patient experience with precision, clarity, and extensive organization. Those are the same words that we use to describe what you can expect when you work with David. David, who runs the day-to-day operations in our Dayton office, has been specializing in healthcare design for more than 30 years and his clients describe him as reliable, focused, and efficient.
He has designed and managed a variety of projects, ranging from small renovations to new patient tower developments. His experience in leading projects from land acquisition to construction has earned his projects recognition in the Dayton community. David's pledge to each client organization provides a feeling of security for his clients as well as the Champlin | EOP team. His approach to a project follows suit, responsibly prioritizing goals throughout the design process. A recent graduate of Leadership Dayton, David also participates professionally in the community as a member of ASHE and Tri-State Society of Healthcare Engineers.
David isn't all hospital corners. In his off-time, David enjoys spending time with family, taking nightly walks, and working around the house.

If all the world's a stage, Doug is the right guy to build it. With a particular interest in structural engineering, Doug utilizes his experience to develop design solutions for clients and is inspired by architects such as Antonio Gaudi and Norman Foster; as their buildings' aesthetics are a direct result of structural innovation. A strong advocate for the story of design, Doug enjoys design development, whether it be detailing a façade or researching an innovative new product.
Doug's desire for expression undoubtedly comes from his passion for theater and the arts. Doug is a member of the Cincinnati Opera Advisory Board, Chief Grant Writer for the Cincinnati Men's Chorus, and Past President and Board of Trustees at the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company. Doug also participates in Habitat for Humanity and is fluent in conversational French, having studied abroad in Versailles during college. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening and working out.

Jason Dunn has led a variety of projects throughout his career for civic & cultural, institutional, academic, and commercial clients helping shape his understanding of the unique requirements of both public and private sectors. He is an expert at construction administration and documentation and has coordinated teams of multiple consulting disciplines. Throughout the construction process, he reviews the project schedule, work in progress and payment applications to ensure effective implementation of the documents.
To be great as an architect, you have to draw on your knowledge, your experience, and the vision and objectives of your clients. Jason's expertise and commitment to merging the art and science of architecture on each project is a unique asset to the Champlin | EOP team. Jason has adopted an exploratory design process that combines detailed research, creative drawing, and advanced computer technologies. Through his commitment to sustainable excellence, advancements in building technologies, and creative artistic expression, Jason provides a foundation for the success of each of his projects and vision for each client.
Jason is a member of the Board of Directors of the Architectural Foundation of Cincinnati and is a graduate of ArtsWave's Business on Board program. An avid sports fan, Jason enjoys cheering on the Chicago Cubs, University of Notre Dame football, golfing, and spending time with his wife and three kids. Jason is also an assistant coach for his son's baseball team, as well as a parent volunteer at both Nagel and Maddux Elementary Schools.

Jeff has been a Project Manager with Champlin | EOP for more than 25 years and focuses on the planning, programming, and implementation of innovative workplace projects. He takes an active leadership role with each client and strives to earn the satisfaction of everyone involved in the client organization.
An outdoorsman at heart, Jeff is the Mountain Bike Trail Steward/Liaison to Caesar Creek State Park on behalf of the Cincinnati Off-Road Alliance. In his volunteer role with CORA, he is responsible for communication with the US Army Corps of Engineers and Ohio Department of Natural Resources officers at Caesar Creek. More recently Jeff led a two-year effort to plan, coordinate and build three miles of new trail at Caesar Creek near the Campground for beginner riders, young and old. Jeff also enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and snowboarding.

Joey is a seasoned project manager with experience in both architecture and construction. An expert at 3-dimenstional modeling and detailing, he has worked on large mixed-use developments, government office buildings, and a new senior center. While in school, Joey received many awards including the First Year Drawing Award.

Justin's experience brings more than 20 years of architecture design, administration, and project management in healthcare and workplace market sectors. For nearly 10 years, he has been dedicated to the healthcare sector, working with most of the large regional hospital systems. Justin has a strong passion for the built environment and quality of care and while serving the healthcare community. Throughout his project management experience, he understands the importance of patient care and is empathetic to the complexities of delivering a project within schedule and budget.
Each project is unique, and Justin understands that while clients have a developed standard way of practice, each project team brings its own priorities and needs. He is responsive to the unique and particular needs of each project while working within the client's culture and goals.
Justin also serves his community through his leadership in the Blessed Sacrament Church and participating in local parish men's groups and enjoys spending time with his kids and getting to know them as young adults through adventures and activities.

Kelly is experienced with a multitude of client and project types, including working with DECA on several large and complex projects. Currently a Project Manager, Kelly was promoted to Associate in 2022 and is looking forward to rocking the boat and pushing boundaries.
Kevin Gough joined Champlin | EOP in 2017 with over 20 years of experience in architecture. Kevin has been the lead architect on a wide variety of award-winning project typologies including office, multi-family residential, retail, and hospitality. He has a particularly expansive portfolio of historic rehabilitation and preservation projects and is skilled at assisting his clients with the historic tax credit process. He possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills, which he combines with his design talents to deliver a well-rounded project leadership process.
Kevin provides planning and concept services to a wide variety of clientele who rely on his experience and expertise to make good first decisions when trying to determine a project's viability. His knowledge of both contemporary and historic construction practices makes him a specialist in diagnostics and assessments of existing buildings. Together with his deep experience with scheduling and cost control, this expertise ensures his clients have confidence in the data and know what to expect in the process of planning, design, and execution of great projects.

Kristie Stanfield's commitment to the community, as well as her work ethic and commitment to quality design and project management, make her a desired leader for any project. An award-winning interior designer, Kristie creates design solutions in a way that allows clients to clearly understand a concept. She leads a client through the design process by sharing options that can be quickly evaluated and provides timely deliverables, which are important when leading a collaborative team process.
Kristie is a former adjunct professor of Interior Design at the University of Cincinnati. She is a Fitwel Ambassador and is a site visitor for the Council of Interior Design Accreditation of post-secondary interior design education programs in the US and Canada and is a member of IIDA and USGBC. Kristie is also very active in her community, both professionally and personally. Kristie participates in the Women's Initiative of the United Way in the Greater Toledo Area, volunteers with the junior high ministry at St. John XXIII in Perrysburg, the Kids Coalition Against Hunger, WORC (women in commercial real estate networking group) and is also a member of the Toledo Chamber of Commerce.
Kru lends his talents to numerous non-profit community organizations and is actively involved in their fund-raising and capital improvement projects. Kyle's goal is to create projects that not only surpass client expectations, but also to allow clients to feel a sense of ownership when experiencing the finished design. His strengths include the ability to absorb the vision of his clients, balance multiple facets of project design, and consistently complete projects within their deadlines. His dedication to each client and project allows him to enjoy the fact that his work can positively impact countless lives.
With his passion for research, Kyle leads Champlin | EOP's internal innovative research committee and works directly with student co-ops to create an engaging place to work. He is also a graduate of the Cincinnati AIA Vision program and is a participant in ArtsWave Boardway Bound 2022. He also enjoys being in the know when it comes to architectural best practices and raising public awareness about beautiful architecture, and he holds a certificate in historic preservation.
In his free time, Kyle is a Prayer/Community Care Team Volunteer at Crossroads Church and serves on the Local School Decision Making Committee for his children's school.

Working primarily out the Dayton Champlin | EOP office, Liz lends her sense of her humor mixed with professionalism to project teams to make things more productive during the design process. She has also been an integral part of the construction phase of many of our larger projects. A dedicated Champlin | EOP team member, Liz wants to continue doing what she loves and play a large part in contributing to big projects that have a significance to the world out of the ground.
In her free time, she belongs to and works at a new nearby farm co-op, enjoys hiking and walking, and seeking out local music!

Mark is interested in all aspects of architectural design: from working out the big picture to resolving intricate details. He is most passionate about solving complex geometric problems that require creative solutions. This often requires exploring form through the use of a variety of computer modeling and visualization software.
Mark has served in many roles on a broad range of projects including as Project Manager for the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Cancer Center, the University of Dayton Roger Glass Center for the Arts, Bon Secours Mercy Health Harbour View Hospital Expansion the University of Cincinnati, Washington University, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Mark had also been the lead designer for several projects including: the West Chester Public Library, multiple MidPointe Library projects, the University of Cincinnati Progress Hall, and Cooper Condominiums to name a few.
Outside of the office, Mark serves on the Fort Thomas Design Review Board and is a frequent guest juror at the Miami University Department of Architecture. In his free time, he enjoys drawing, cooking, and just about any outdoor activity including cycling, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, to SCUBA.
After working at leading firms in Louisiana and Mississippi, Matthew joined Champlin | EOP's Louisville team in 2015. He is an experienced architect whose work has focused on academic, institutional, office, civic & cultural, and retail. He is a valuable project manager who has led design teams on successful projects including new builds, expansive renovations, and high-profile restorations.
Matthew's attention to detail and mannered approach provide a great foundation to help navigate complex projects through each phase of the project. Along with delivering a quality product, he strives to provide excellent client service throughout the entirety of each project.

Originally from Midland, Michigan, Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Sustainability and a Bachelor of Science in Facility Management from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. While attending Ferris State University, Melanie was awarded the William J Clinton Scholarship where she had the opportunity to study abroad in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She has also participated in construction in Juarez, Mexico, and worked on a maintenance staff at a resort in Florida. Melanie hopes to contribute to the industry by creating something that corroborates and improves the lifestyles of a community in need. Her visualization and having a wide spectrum of inspiration and experience allows her to understand perspectives and create the best possible solution for a design problem.
When she's not busy at work, Melanie is actively involved with the youth at her church and teaches and organizes events for children ages 11-18. She also loves to travel, stay active by going to the gym, and spending time with her dog, Iris.
As the leader of all marketing, communications, and public relations in the firm, Melissa is responsible for the brand and image of Champlin | EOP. Melissa manages and develops targeted business development and marketing strategies with each market team to create unique opportunities for the firm. Using her skills as a Community Liaison, she also serves as a team member on various public projects.
If that wasn't enough to keep her busy, Melissa is also an active and current member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services. Melissa was one of the Researchers and Authors for the SMPS Foundation's recently-published book, A/E/C Business Development - The Decade Ahead. Melissa's community and professional involvement also includes: Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Diverse by Design; Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors; CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) of Greater Cincinnati, Past President; Leadership Northern Kentucky, Class of 2000; Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Women's Initiative Connect Team Member. She is also a member of the Advancement Committee of the Children's Home of Cincinnati, and volunteers for the Carnegie Arts Center in Covington, Kentucky, and performs in the "Suits that Rock" charity event each year, which benefits the Carnegie's children's education programs.
Throughout his 18 years of experience, Mike has had the opportunity to specialize in healthcare design and exterior envelope technology with multiple clients. He has a great passion for healthcare design and working with users to provide efficient and effective spaces to better serve the workflow and patient experience. While carefully listening and engaging in a group effort in the design process, Mike gets all parties involved and ensures a positive influence to provide clients with their healthcare needs.
Mike enjoys engaging with the community and for the past several years, he has been a volunteer at Mentor Plus, a non-profit organization focusing on caring for the next generation that have had a difficult beginning. Outside of the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his family including his dog, Heidi.
Mike is an award-winning architect with a passion for design excellence, and he directs the design efforts of Champlin | EOP. Mike has an intuitive grasp of project budgets and schedules and is able to design appropriately and creatively to meet the needs of each client. An ardent advocate of architecture's power to improve life, Mike remains a constant student, keeping abreast of design trends and techniques.
It's no surprise that with Mike's diverse and extensive project background, he has the rare talent and ability to quickly, clearly, and concisely create environments which embody the essence of a client's vision.
But awards and happy clients aren't the only things in Mike's life. Mike is a member of AIA Cincinnati and has served on many committees, and he has also been a Trustee of the Architectural Foundation of Cincinnati.
"Projects with a purpose" is the best way to describe the projects that Mike loves most. From his work at Champlin | EOP to his passion for his community and family, Mike seeks the higher meaning to every task to ensure he gives it the proper attention. Which is why Mike focuses his talents on civic, healthcare, and higher education design work.
Mike strives to work directly with project stakeholders to ensure he meets the goals and objectives of each client. While coordinating multi-disciplined project teams, Mike embraces sustainability in all his projects. Mike has also presented on best LEED practices and tactics for achieving maximum sustainability benefits.
Because community matters to Mike, he is a former charter board member and officer of the historic preservation/business development organization, Historic Downtown Lebanon, Inc. He is an AIA Vision 2010 graduate and the President of the Wesley Community Services Board of Trustees. And since Mike can't be all work, he enjoys tropical vacations, long walks on the beach, and spending time with his family.
When designing for healthcare, you need a deep understanding of the purpose of space, equipment requirements and the expectation for the caretaker/patient experience. Then you need the vision and guts to be willing to experiment to create something new and exciting that works in a sophisticated and controlled environment. You need Priya.
Priya Dhuru works with healthcare clients to develop exciting design concepts through creative problem-solving skills and project organization. Drawing on her specialized experience in medical equipment planning and coordination, her goal is to make each project a unique and thoughtful experience for the client. Priya strives to maintain client objectives throughout the design process through her attention to detail and close collaboration with the design teams. Priya also uses her design and construction experience to create contemporary design solutions for home remodeling projects with a hands-on approach, a passion she shares with her husband.
Priya isn't all work though; she enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, experimenting with new cuisines, and watching sports. Priya is a member of ASHE, serves on the Creative Aging Cincinnati board of directors Like her designs, she appreciates a perfect balance.

Focusing on the design and management of healthcare-focused projects, Ross understands the complexities within healthcare facilities and has extensive experience working with contractors during construction. His level-headed, realistic approach to problem solving during both design and construction has gained him respect and appreciation from both healthcare clients and the construction industry. Ross describes himself as a visual learner, a trait he uses to help communicate effectively to our clients to see their vision come to life.
Ross is a member of the Board of Directors of AIA Cincinnati. Actively involved in his community, he is also a board member of the College Hill CURC where he is co-chair of the property and major projects committee. He reviews potential acquisitions, drawings contracts, existing properties, etc. and helps to guide the organization in a direction that creates successful projects which help to revitalize the Hamilton Avenue business district in Greater Cincinnati
In his spare time, Ross enjoys rock climbing, backpacking, camping, hiking, and skiing. As a personal goal, he hopes to one day helicopter ski in the deep backcountry of Alaska.

It's not a leap to say that Sean's energy and edge take every project to new heights. Sean leads our Indianapolis office. His 30-year career has been focused on providing planning, design, and development services for various clients including those in the higher education, workplace, healthcare, civic & cultural, and worship market sectors. Sean also leads planning and design services for two Fortune 500+ energy service providers which has resulted in projects located in nearly 70 Indiana communities. He routinely conducts feasibility and assessment studies for Champlin | EOP clients prior to land purchase or renovations. He has also developed superior project delivery and team management skills and has proven to be an invaluable resource for clients through his utilization of a servant leadership approach and philosophy.
Sean serves as Co-Chair of the Outreach Committee for Indiana Construction Roundtable and volunteers regularly for local non-profits such as Habitat for Humanity and Gleaners Food Bank. He is also a member of the Society of College & University Planning (SCUP) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Sean currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana, with his wife and two sons. When not in the office or maintaining motorcycles, he enjoys spending time at the barn with his wife's horse and is a master of the backyard grill.

Ted brings over three decades of architectural expertise to the table, with 17 years dedicated to strategic planning, campus development, and project leadership in higher education. His career includes key roles at both Miami University and the University of Cincinnati, where he most recently served as Senior Director of Projects. There, Ted led a multidisciplinary team of 19 professionals-including architects, engineers, interior designers, and construction managers-steering a massive portfolio of 175 projects totaling an impressive $1.4 billion.
A registered architect in Ohio, Ted holds both a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from Miami University. He now brings his wealth of knowledge and collaborative spirit to Champlin | EOP where he now serves as an Associate and Senior Project Manager-bringing big-picture thinking and detail-driven leadership to every project he touches.

Tracy Pohl is the perfect fit for Champlin | EOP and its clients. The real question is are we fit enough for this former collegiate athlete. Tracy focuses on design for workplace projects and clients. In her role at Champlin | EOP, Tracy's expertise is in conceptualizing client needs into a creative space plan, incorporating design details such as furniture and finishes which carry the client's brand through the interior design of their space. Fortunately for us, Tracy's passion for wellness extends beyond her work. Tracy helps organize wellness activities throughout the office, specifically planning the American Heart Association's Mini Heart Team for the entire Champlin | EOP office. She is also very active with the Cincinnati Recycling and Reuse Hub, helping to mitigate the effects of climate change and landfill diversion rates in the Cincinnati area!
And of course, when she's not playing soccer, softball, volleyball or running, this interior designer enjoys finding time to work on her house. Good luck keeping up with her!

With a dedication to perfection, Tracy has been one of our key project managers since 2012. She has a never-ending drive that allows her to fully delve into projects for extended periods of time with meticulous attention to detail. Tracy focuses on healthcare projects within the firm which she tackles with an enthusiastic outlook and optimism. Tracy has also been a member of the last three award-winning CANstruction teams at Champlin | EOP.
Tracy is working towards becoming a licensed architect in the future and continuing to enjoy her work, raising her family, and finding the perfect work/life balance.
After an internship with Champlin | EOP during graduate school, Tyler joined the firm full time in 2016 and is now an Associate in the Louisville office. Growing up in Louisville ignited a passion for architectural theory and urbanism, which were his focus in graduate school. Tyler works on all phases of the project from design to project management. His work has focused on offices, civic & cultural, and retail. Tyler earned his architecture license in 2019.

Originally from Lanzhou, China, Ye (Leon) Jin is a talented young architect motivated by design challenges and has become a strong voice for elevating the firm's design presence and dedication to excellence. Leon sees each project through, turning creative visions into reality and understands that the details matter. He has worked on a range of project types including education, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and workplace. Leon was made an Associate with the firm in 2022.
