Blair joined EnviroLogic Resources in 2006 and keeps the office running smoothly. She creates and maintains client and project databases, manages client files, and assists with the preparation of client reports. She provides editing assistance and does web research. She maintains the library and helps keep everyone organized.
Blair has over 10 years of administrative management experience and a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She also has training in and several years of experience fund raising in the non-profit field.

Cheri has been working in the IT field for over 10 years. She manages all aspects of information technology, networking, security, support and training for EnviroLogic Resources. She assists with the creation of customized IT programs, including advanced web form/application and tracking systems. Cheri uses problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit to ensure that EnviroLogic Resources has the technical capabilities to meet all of their clients' needs.
Cheri is a Colorado native and when she isn't trying to tame the latest technology dragon, she indulges in her vintage fashion passion, fitness, gardening, and considers organizing therapy.
Jason is a Hydrogeologist with responsibility for environmental site investigation and cleanup projects. Jason has specialized experience in the chemistry, fate and transport, and monitored natural attenuation of petroleum products in various environmental media. He has a strong technical background in investigating and remedying chemical compounds in diverse regulatory settings. Jason also oversees field work during the installation, development, and testing of wells. Jason spent seven years as a Leaking UST Enforcement Unit Case Manager with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality Tank Programs Division Corrective Action Section from 1999 through 2005. He was the Section representative on the ADEQ Compliance and Enforcement Committee from 2003 to 2005. In his ADEQ position, he managed up to 20 high-risk petroleum contaminant receptor sites at any given time, with UST corrective action costs under his oversight totaling in excess of $20 million. Prior to ADEQ, Jason was a Field Services Unit HAZMAT Team Chemist in Phoenix, Arizona, where he supervised hundreds of emergency and remedial actions for Laidlaw Environmental/Clean Harbors clients in the southwestern region of the United States.
John has been utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in the natural resources field for over 10 years. In his capacity as a GIS technician for the Oregon Departments of Fish and Wildlife, Water Resources, Environmental Quality, and Transportation, he analyzed and converted non-spatial datasets to geospatial data. He also worked on data standardization, sharing, and update issues amongst various stakeholders.
John has been with EnviroLogic Resources since 2007 and creates maps identifying stormwater management issues, including water flow, outfalls, catch basins, streams, and impervious surfaces. He also works to prepare maps of site clean-up data, such as monitor well sites and site contamination, and creates maps for water rights certificates and transfers. John has a M.S. degree in Geography and a B.S. degree in Agronomy. He moved to Oregon in 1990 from his native Oklahoma. His hobbies include building soil/composting, preventing soil erosion, and talking to people when he is not making maps.

Tom Calabrese is the founder and principal investigator of EnviroLogic Resources. Tom has been a technical leader in the environmental and water resources industries for 25 years.
Tom started his professional career in the gold exploration industry. This work solidified the education he received from Occidental College in geologic principles, earth chemistry, and mapping. Tom worked for a ground-water consulting firm doing geophysical surveys, ground-water exploration, and ground-water flow modeling, where he gained important experience in earth structure and solving ground-water flow problems. He then moved on to conduct hazardous waste investigations and remediation. He understands the hydrologic cycle, from precipitation to surface and ground-water flow, human and natural impacts, resulting water chemistry, and permitting.
Of particular interest to Tom is the planning and implementation of developments that mimic the natural hydrologic system or create net benefits to the environment. Local watershed restoration projects, postings on various City of Portland citizen advisory committees, and years of work on the Tryon Creek Watershed Council have provided opportunities to make a direct and positive impact on water quality in his neighborhood.
Nancy East-Smith is a Senior Project Geologist. She interprets and summarizes hydrogeological and chemical data to describe ground-water flow and contaminant transport. She has supervised and monitored removal of USTs at petroleum storage sites throughout Oregon. Nancy's responsibilities in this capacity included soil sampling in the tank pits, preparation of reports documenting field activities, and development of conclusions based on monitoring activities and chemical analytical results. She has also been responsible for and supervised routine ground-water monitoring activity for sites throughout Oregon and Washington. Nancy has been involved in designing hydrogeological studies for ground-water assessments and landfill evaluations, and has assisted in regional contaminant studies. She has a strong background in geologic mapping and interpretation. She has completed reconnaissance level mapping and geologic hazard evaluations for road alignments, a proposed coastal development, and has completed numerous landslide investigations.
Nancy has been the lead on-the-ground project manager for completing complex RI/FS projects. Nancy has 20 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental investigations and more recently has been involved in water rights work.
Nancy attended Humboldt State University, where she obtained degrees in Geology and Oceanography.
Nancy enjoys outdoor activities with her family and spends time every year skiing and rafting on Pacific Northwest rivers.

Pete has over 23 years of software programming and technical management experience. He owns Tebuco Inc./GigaLock Backup Service , a technical business-consulting firm. He provides clients a broad range of services including secure automated on-line off-site data backup, data mining, reporting, statistical analysis, cryptography, graphic editing, and videography. His experience includes quality assurance testing as well as legal/export control. His skills in programming, networking, utilities, documentation, and encryption are a valued asset to EnviroLogic Resources, where he provides database and website development and management services.
Pete has an A.B. in Geochemistry and a M.A. in Geological Sciences. Prior to his work in the IT field, he was an environmental consultant, where he utilized his science background to manage a $5 million groundwater remediation program.
