Our office staff will be open for in-person visits by appointment only. We hope to handle most requests via phone, fax, email, and/or utilization of our 24-hour drop box... Our maintenance team will limit contact as much as practical with current tenants by holding off on completing non-critical and/or cosmetic service requests. We will, as always, remain on call 24/7 for emergency services such as no heat, sewer backup, or water supply line leaks... We have voluntarily implemented daily temperature checks for every employee prior to the start of each work day, per the request of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine. Any employee with a fever will be required to go home until they are well. As a company, we have simultaneously implemented unlimited paid sick time to ensure that this doesn't create unnecessary hardships.
