Alexander "Ander" Shimek joined Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon in September 2022 as an associate attorney and works with our Personal Injury Law Group. Ander received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University in 2019 and his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law. Ander began working with us as an accounting intern after receiving his bachelor's degree and then worked two consecutive summers as a law clerk, with his second clerkship working specifically with the personal injury team.

Alexis L. Mays is a director who practices commercial and construction litigation in Florida and Alabama. As a Shareholder at Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon, Suzanne's practice involves serving as legal counsel for numerous condominium and homeowners' associations throughout Northwest Florida. She has also represented buyers, sellers, and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
