Our reputation for reliability, honesty and good work has been built over our 30 years in business... Eric and Cher started the Eric Townsend Construction Company in 1978. Moving to Idyllwild in 1986 to raise their young family, the business soon established a name for itself amongst the local community... We are a family-run business specializing in residential remodeling, additions, decks and garages. Our skills have been honed on "the Hill" and our designs and craftsmanship reflect the unique aesthetic of this beautiful mountain town. We work with local architects for larger projects and utilize local sub-contractors, employees and suppliers.
